Resume:
Dover – An investigation conducted by the Delaware State Police, Dover Police Department, Tracy (California) Police Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration resulted in the seizure of a large amount of marijuana yesterday.

At 7:25 p.m. a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 100 block of Midessa Crossing. Detectives made forcible entry into the residence after the occupants refused to answer the door. Recovered from the residence were over four pounds of marijuana from a box that had just been delivered from California. Also recovered were 12 grams of marijuana stored in a freezer, a digital scale, and a marijuana pipe.

Detectives determined that the resident of the home, Larry Feldman, 63, had shipped the marijuana from California to himself. He was taken into custody and transported to Troop 3, where he was charged with attempted possession of a controlled substance in a tier 2 quantity, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,500 unsecured bail.

Why don't they worry more about the Heroin and pills on the streets, Weed should be legal like alcohol except you don't kill some one driving when you smoke weed like you do with alcohol.

He probably was tired of waiting for Gov. Markell to open up those dispensaries that were going to open up this year for medical marijuana patients. You know, the ones that Delaware is afraid to open because they are afraid of the big bad Federal wolf. What was the sense of passing the law to make medical marijuana legal and then go no further. Oh yeah, thats right, it is the politicians game. Say one thing, do another.
