The Jury has awarded the City of Salisbury over $2,000,000.00 against CDG (Construction Dynamics Group) the company that oversaw the construction at the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
The total awarded was $2,130,643.00, which included $162,225,00 in money CDG over charged the City for.
This is the final lawsuit against those involved in the construction of the WWTP. More to come...
