Voter ID laws, which the Dems/DOJ vigorously fight.
I just finished the training to be a Maryland election judge. Believe me, I was looking for a way to keep this out of the polls. There is no way to detect this except to cross check all the state's voter rolls and attach them to SSN's.
To date, it is apparently never been done. This is how screwed we are.
