When my husband came home from Vietnam he was spit on
We try to welcome home our boys home. We just had dinner with the Wounded worriers when they were here two weeks ago.
They didn't ask to be sent to war and come home with no legs, burned, etc.
These boys are over there just like my husband defending our sorry a$$es.
It had been 43 years when someone looked at him shook hands and SAID WELCOME HOME! He broke down in tears. When you see a vet say thank you and welcome home. Its means a lot.

There is a program now called OPERATION WE CARE. There are boxes out in restaurants, etc you can help fill. the filled boxes are sent in time for Christmas to our troops overseas. Go to operationwecare.org@gmail.com There you will find a list of what is being sent. This is a way to give our troops something they need and to show you care.
OR Call Jeff Merritt 410-713-8940.
Praying these troops will be home SOON.
