because if you do not work for anything, you dont really care and expect more handouts. nothing to lose. start paying for your own and making more people responsable for their actions then we might start seeing a (CHANGE).

He is saying what a lot of people have been saying for a long time.
Most black people do not know how to act. They always want to fight and shoot people.
He is calling for black people to change their ways.
