Three Arrested for Drug Sales

Arraigned at JP Court 2 and released on $3000.00 unsecured bail

Vincent Tolomeo, 50, Millsboro, DE
Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin
Possession of a Narcotic Schedule II Prescription Drug
Possession of a Non-Narcotic Schedule II Prescription Drug (2 counts)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts)
Arraigned at JP Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution for lack of $36,000.00 secured bail.

John J. Ford, 57, Milford, DE
Conspiracy 3rd degree
Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic Prescription Drug
Arraigned at JP Court 2 and released on $750.00 unsecured bail.

Millsboro- The Delaware State Police Sussex County Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Sussex County Governors Task Force, as well as the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team executed a search warrant at a Millsboro residence following a several month long investigation into illegal drug sales in the area.

On Friday, May 18th, members of the State Police Sussex County Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a home located in the 200 block of Long Neck Circle in the development of The Pines of Long Neck. Two residents of the home, Theresa Tolomeo and Vincent Tolomeo, as well as John J. Ford were taken into custody at the residence. During the search of the home, detectives located approximately 20 mg. of heroin packaged for sale, (2) Oxycodone 30 mg. pills, (8) Endocet 10 mg. pills, (81) Oxycodone 10 mg. pills, (4) Alprazolam 1 mg. pill, (44) Oxycodone 5 mg. pills, (1) Tramadol 50 mg. pill, and approximately $49,000.00 in suspected drug proceeds.

Theresa Tolomeo, Vincent Tolomeo, and John J. Ford were arrested and charged with the above list of crimes. Theresa Tolomeo was arraigned and released on $3000.00 unsecured bail. John Ford was arraigned and released on $750.00 unsecured. Vincent Tolomeo was arraigned and then committed to the Department of Corrections after failing to post $36,000.00 secured bail.

The relationship between Vincent and Theresa Tolomeo is unknown.
