The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office has obtained an arrest warrant for 45 year old, David Andrew Harris for violations of laws that pertain to his status as registered sex offenders.
The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office is seeking 45 year old, David Andrew Harris, his last known address was 507 Philadelphia Ave, Apt # 2 Ocean City Md. 21842. He is a Tier 2 sex offender wanted for failing to re-register as a sex offender within three days of moving to a new location. Mr. Harris is wanted in Delaware for numerous unrelated matters.

It's too bad that sex offenders can't be incarcerated indefinately.I can't pick up a newspaper or log on to any website without seeing issues that they've created.Prison cells must be in short supply for citizens to constantly be at risk.
