Resume:
Georgetown-A Multi-Agency Drug Investigation initiated by Milford Police Department and then joined by the Delaware State Police and Bridgeville Police Department, culminated in a search warrant on Friday, October 21, 2011.

The Delaware State Police Sussex County Drug Unit, Delaware State Police Sussex County Governor’s Task Force, Milford Police Department, and Probation and Parole completed a month long drug investigation by executing search warrants in the 17000 block Rottie Haven Road, west of Georgetown. As a result of the investigation and search warrants, Ashley Banks, Tabitha Banks, and Richard C. Banks Jr., were arrested. Richard C. Banks Sr. will be formally charged pending arrest.

As a result of the investigation and search warrant the following were seized:
32 pounds of marijuana
Prescription medication
Drug paraphernalia
49 firearms (long guns, pistols, semi-automatic rifles, and muzzleloaders)
Numerous boxes of various caliber ammunition
0.8 grams of “Bath Salts”
$12, 300.00 United States Currency


Ashley Banks, Tabitha Banks, and Richard C. Banks Jr., were charged with the above crimes and committed to correctional institutions.

Richard C. Banks Sr. will be formally charged pending arrest.
