A McDonald’s worker has taken credit for filming and uploading to YouTube the latest viral video to capture a brutal assault at a fast food restaurant.
The April 18 assault took place at a McDonald’s location on Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb. According to the Baltimore County Police Department, a 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile in connection with the assault, while charges are pending against an 18-year-old woman. “The incident remains under investigation and the State’s Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case,” added investigators.
The police report identifies the victim as 22-year-old Chrissy Lee Polis, who appears identical to Christopher Lee Polis, whose rap sheet includes convictions for disorderly conduct, property destruction, and prostitution, according to court records. The civil rights group Equality Maryland has identified the McDonald’s victim as a transgender woman.
Polis told police that she was walking to the restaurant’s bathroom when she “got into a verbal argument with two black females” who “began punching her in the face with their fists and pulling her hair.” A female bystander told cops that when she tried to break up the fight, the suspects punched her in the face, which “caused her to become disoriented.” Police noted that the woman, who declined medical treatment, had “redness around her right eye which is consistent with someone punching her in the face.”
The employee contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a man "dressed lik a woman" who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore-area eatery. The employee claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

I was on of the first employees at that McDonalds (new store) when I was 16. Boy have things changed around that area. I remember a family friendly atmosphere where good times could be had by all.
My have times changed. I'm so thankful to be living on the slower lower eastern shore.
Both girls who did the beating need to go to jail. I don't care what the victim did, they don't deserve a beating like this. The old lady who tried to break it up was brave to attempt to do so. Look at it on Utube. They came back 2 or 3 times to beat the person again and the McDonald's people did very little to help. Shameful.

Apparently the transvestite victim went into the women's bathroom and refused to leave.
And is now calling it a hate crime because these girls put it on him when he refused to leave.
Maryland has been trying to pass a Transvestite Protection Law (HR 235) that would have made it perfectly OK for him to go into the girls bathroom.
I guess the girls will have to protect themselves somehow if the state passes this.

If so, then you should try to help any human being that is being beaten like this. An OLD woman was the only one who had any courage! Matt Lawson, the girls were blamed! The OLD lady was applauded, she tried to be a "human being", do the right thing and help a person who was being brutally beaten. The on-watchers were vermin and cowards. As anyone who wouldn't help would be. Would you help a family member? Why? Because it would be the "right thing" to do.
Before we get all worked up about 'hate', remember what the story said:

So this transvestite with a history of being a troublemaker decided to use the ladies room. The actual, biologically-correct ladies in the room took exception and told him to leave. S/he wouldn't, so they dealt with it.
And Maryland has been trying to pass a 'Transvestite Protection' law (HR 235), which says if s/he wanted to use the ladies room, s/he could.
So whose 'rights' prevail?
If this kind of law passes, I'd guess there will be a lot more cans of whupass opened over incidents like this.
No matter what 'laws' liberals manage to sneak through the General Assembly, the PEOPLE aren't going to put up with this kind of foolishness.

You know what!! I don't like homosexuality and I don't care for gays or their lifestyles, but know one deserves to get beat that bad especially when they are not fighting back.

It is not about a transvestite law, it is about someone being attacked and not fighting back. If it was such a big deal about being in the ladies room then leave, call the police. I am starting to wonder if the whole thing was faked to get this video in front of Law makers in Annapolis. It seems awful strange that the victim is transsexual and that it was all filmed and no one did anything. I can tell you, if that happened in a resturant that i was in, I would have interceded. Gays should be free to do as they please without fear of violence BUT dude, stay out of the women's bathroom! Feel free to put on all the dresses and makeup you want, but don't invade a REAL woman's privacy by going into the ladies' room. Just because you choose to live life as a woman doesn't mean that we should be forced to look at you as such.
They showed it on WMDT last night. It must not have been a FAKE. The McDonald's employee has been fired. The person was dragged, punched, kicked and beaten silly. How is that "FAKED"? I wouldn't take a beating like that to get on someone's political agenda and neither would anyone else. This looks like a clear hate crime, only the victim was white. The filmer thought it was funny just like the other sick kids who film beatings. Glad this one got fired. Unfortunately, the minor is being prosecuted as a minor. If this was an African American vitim, she would be prosecuted as an adult. The law should be the same no matter what your race.

I am 1031pm, when I first saw the video I was appalled. I thought how could people just stand around and do nothing. It just seems strange to me that the victim faked a a seisure to stop the attack and now is doing interviews and on news broadcasts. He/She just happens to be transgender and Annapolis is considering hate crime legistaltion. Kids are producing these "fights" just to post them on Youtube to do just what has happened. It appears to me to be a set up
