Why is this type of event being catered by a corporate chain restaurant instead of a locally-owned business??? You know, one where the owners actually care what happens in the community.

The franchise owner of Carrabba's Italian Grill in Ocean City is a local. He has donated many dinners for charitable events and DOES care about the community.
