ORPHANS' COURT JUDGES WORK AS A TEAM

All three Worcester County Orphans' Court Judges have filed for re-election. The Orphans' Court meets once a week and hears all contested matters involving Worcester County decedent's estates. Also, it approves accounts, awards of personal representative's commissions and attorney's fees in estates. Chief Judge William D. Shockley has served on the Court for six terms while Judge Linda M. Hess and Judge
Dale Smack are completing their first term.
