Resume: On Tuesday April 20th, Mr. George Parker, 43, of New Castle, was formally charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Causing Death (misdemeanor) in regards to the fatal crash which occurred on June 27th of 2009.
His arrest came as a result of the investigation by DSP Collision Reconstruction Unit members and a review of the case by the Attorney General’s Office. Mr. Parker voluntarily turned himself in and was released on a $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
