sorry, G.A., but astroturf is when FreedomWorks pretends to be "grass roots" and pushes tea bagging and screaming health care town halls when it's really just an industry shill, funded by industry and staffed by political operatives MoveOn IS grassroots and has been slowly getting bigger since 1998. You don't get to claim that your opponent is doing what you are doing just because people are starting to catch on to you.

How can ACORN be serious, they demonize true Americans, they make fun of and diminish people who work for a living who come out to town halls and stand up for their rights!! Those Americans going to these town halls are what makles America, that is what make Amnerica so great!
No, G.A. MoveOn is funded by people like me, and I send in my checks whenever I can. FreedomWorks and those folks are funded by corporations. That's astro-turf. Like I said, you don't get to call your opponents what you are doing. It doesn't work that way. This whole health care fiasco is nothing by industry money pushing their agenda through front groups, trying to look grass roots. Who do you think is putting all of the lies out there? It isn't the left who said there were "death panels". It isn't the left who said this will cover illegals. It isn't the left who said there will be a panel to determine who gets what care. Those are all lies pushed by astro-turf front groups in an effort to kill this bill. Ask yourself: Who stands to gain monetarily if we maintain the status quo? Those are the same people screwing over Americans. Vote for you own interests and stop voting for corporate interests. Vote your wallet, and not the for the wallet of the Conservative Elites.
