WICOMICO COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER TO TAKE OATH OF OFFICE ON AUGUST 20TH

Lori Brewster, M.S., APRN/BC, LCADC will take the oath of office as Wicomico County’s Health Officer on Wednesday, August 20th at 2:00 P.M. in the City/County Council Chambers of the Government Office Building in Salisbury.
Ms. Brewster was confirmed as County Health Officer by the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene last April. She had been the Acting Health Officer since July, 2007.
The public is invited to the ceremony.

Is she replacing Skip Twilley?
Too bad she isn't a doctor...most of your county health officers have are M.D.s...she is nice but would be better if we had someone more highly credentialed.
Lori has common sense and people skills. Many of the M.D.'s lack the common sense aspect. Best wishes Lori!!
