Because The Mayor's Office & Public Works is blowing cash like there's no tomorrow! That's right folks, tee shirts, bottled water, coffee mugs, you name it, these guys get it. Custom embroidered Golf Shirts that cost probably $60.00 a piece or so?

Yeah, buy up enough toys and leave the Council in the position they have no clue what they're spending and how much is actually there. Unbelievable Stuff! I say, cut off any more of this crap for the next 2 years, ALL OF IT! If any branch spends money on this kind of crap, the head of that department gets fired.
