By that evening the dumpster was full and dripping onto the ground for the City's Rats to snag a quick meal. I don't know why this Idiot doesn't realize people are seeing how big a slob they are and clearly the Health Department in Salisbury is non existent. Oh well, I'll never eat there, that's for sure.

They're also getting a new sign, FINALLY. I saw it sitting in front of the restaurant this weekend. Now if they just get it installed. . .
