Justin Foster, 28, appeared at a bail hearing on Thursday in the suburban Chicago city of Des Plaines, where shocking new details of the horror attack emerged.
Prosecutors said at the hearing that Foster, outraged over a new man who was dating his ex-girlfriend, flew to Chicago O'Hare International Airport in March, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Although Foster is from Tallahassee, Florida, he flew to Chicago from Atlanta, according to prosecutors.
Once at O'Hare, Foster rented a car and sought out the 26-year-old man who is the object of his jealousy, authorities say.
The prosecution alleges that once Foster located the man, he hit him over the head with a tire iron, carved his initials into his leg, and cut off his penis.

Former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper says President Donald Trump doesn’t worry him — but Sen. Bernie Sanders does.
Harper told Global News in an interview airing Sunday that many Canadians are fixated on the wrong concerns.
“I look at Donald Trump,” he said. “Obviously, there’s things that I’m uncomfortable with but the Bernie Sanders of the world or the Jeremy Corbyns in Britain are the ones that really, really frighten me.”
Harper argued that the kind of populism that Trump has unleashed is actually constructive because “they are at least trying to fix what they see ails democratic, capitalist, market-oriented societies and my fear is if they don’t have success or if conservatives do not adapt to the political pressures that are driving these movements, my concern is we will have the left-wing version of that, which will be anti-market, which will be socialist or Marxist economics, which I believe would turn us in an irreversible, downturn direction.”

A new, nationally representative survey compiled with the help of YouGov finds that 80% of Americans consider “political correctness … a problem in our country.” Large majorities of Americans of all ages, socioeconomic status, and race oppose PC, with racial minorities and non-college graduates leading the charge. Political correctness enjoys strong support among a paltry 8% of the population, progressive activists who are overwhelmingly rich, academically credentialed, and white.
Why the sudden shift against PC? According to a CBS News/New York Times poll, just 59% of Americans opposed political correctness in 1993. That group grew to 73% nationally by 2016, according to Gallup and the University of Virginia. Now the Hidden Tribes report pegs that number at 90%. If I had to wager a guess, I suspect the Left’s adoption of transgender ideology, with its consequent policing of pronouns and official gender categories, has proved the final straw. The Left’s invention of euphemisms like “dreamer” for “illegal alien” and “justice-involved youth” for juvenile delinquent” may indict political correctness as frivolous, but its insistence on denying basic sexual facts of nature exposes it as a destructive lie. It’s one thing to wish your colleague “happy holidays” at Christmastime. It’s quite another to follow that man’s daughter into the women’s changing room at the public pool.

Van Hollen: Democrats Didn't Overreach on Kavanaugh
Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D., Md.) said on Sunday that Democrats didn't overreach during the confirmation process for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
"Well, I don't think Democrats overreached," Van Hollen told "Face the Nation" host John Dickerson. "Democrats wanted a thorough FBI investigation, and in the end it was [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell who really cut that short did not allow a full investigation."
Senate Democrats attempted to block Kavanaugh's confirmation by using allegations of sexual misconduct lodged against him in the final days of his confirmation process. The allegations went back to when he was in high school and college. Democrats focused their efforts on the allegations in an attempt to galvanize opposition and put pressure on Republicans such as Sens. Susan Collins (Maine) and Jeff Flake (Ariz.). Both Flake and Collins ended up voting for Kavanaugh; Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R., Alaska) was the only Republican senator who did not.
Kavanaugh's first accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, told the Washington Post that Kavanaugh, then a junior in high school, attacked her when they were at a party in Maryland in the early 1980s. A second allegation came from a woman named Deborah Ramirez who accused Kavanaugh of exposing himself at a dorm party during his freshman year at Yale. Another allegation was brought forth from a woman named Julie Swetnick, who is represented by anti-Trump lawyer Michael Avenatti. Swetnick claimed Kavanaugh was involved in a series of "gang rapes" when he was in high school, but she offered no additional evidence or witnesses to support her allegations, and she later walked back her claims.

When Is the Reckoning?
An archaic definition of “reckoning” is “a bill or account, or it’s settlement.” It’s the settling of scores, or how Michael Corleone in The Godfather “settled all family business”. A reckoning restores balance, or karma, when things get too out of whack. Consider Lady Justice’s scale, how justice should be balanced. When one side of the scale tips too low, balance must be restored if the concepts of justice and fairness are to have any meaning.
America is due for a reckoning. It’s one of the main reasons Donald Trump was elected president. Ronald Reagan was an early attempt at a reckoning, after the excesses of the 60s – Great Society, Vietnam, and Woodstock. Following Reagan's course correction, we had “Bu-Bama-Ton”, 28 years of Bushes, Obama, and Clinton, tilting the scales toward the elites, the globalists, the deep state, with no regard for honesty, justice, and the needs of average Americans.

McNally: Google Does Not ‘Worry About Legislation’ Because They ‘Bought’ Congress

A dark money nonprofit is teaming up with a project launched earlier this year financed by political billionaire activists Tom Steyer and George Soros in a bid to boost Democratic causes and candidates in at least 11 states, according to campaign finance disclosure documents.
The State Engagement Fund, a 501(c)(4) based in Washington, D.C., does not have to disclose its donors. From late August through September, State Engagement Fund made four donations worth $2.1 million to State Victory Action.
State Victory Action, meanwhile, is a 527 organization formed this year. Previous disclosures showed nearly all of that group's $11 million in seed funding had come from billionaire political activists Tom Steyer and George Soros.

Indiana GOP Files Ethics Complaint Against Joe Donnelly
The Indiana Republican Party has filed a complaint to the Senate ethics committee against Sen. Joe Donnelly (D., Ind.) for his "improper and illegal use of official resources for campaign purposes," pointing to use of photos taken by his official office in his latest campaign ad.
The complaint, filed on Wednesday, is in regards to a photo of Donnelly's February 2017 meeting with then-Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch that was taken by his Senate office and posted to the internet. The photo appeared in the Donnelly campaign's latest ad, which points to Donnelly's vote for Gorsuch.

Stormy Daniels Lawsuit Dismissed, Trump Entitled To Legal Fees
The Judge has dismissed porn actress and stripper Stephanie Clifford's lawsuit against President Trump, according to one of Trump's attorneys. The judge says that Trump is entitled to legal fees from Daniels, which Trump's legal team says will be determined at a later date.

It shows an oversize balloon, approximately 16 feet in length, disguised as a blimp with the Arabic and Hebrew text reading, “If we are doomed to suffer, then we will not suffer alone.”
According to the Hamas-run health ministry, seven Palestinians were killed during Friday’s clashes, which were some of the deadliest in recent months, with more than 20,000 Palestinians taking to the border area to riot. Four were killed from Israeli fire when rioters blasted a hole in the border fence with explosives and attempted to storm an army post.
Rioters burned tires and threw bombs, grenades, rocks, and Molotov cocktails at soldiers.

FBI: Andrew McCabe investigated for unauthorized media leak in 2017
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was under investigation by the bureau in March 2017 for an alleged unauthorized leak to the media about former national security adviser Michael Flynn and President Trump.
The alleged leak, which has not been publicly revealed, involved a “statement overheard in early February 2017,” according to documents released by the FBI on Monday.

If Hamas does not stop its violent attacks against Israel, then Israel will stop them through forceful actions, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned at Sunday's cabinet meeting.
Commenting on the increase in violence along the border fence with Gaza, Netanyahu said that “Hamas has apparently not internalized the message – if they don't stop the violent attacks against us, they will be stopped in a different way and it will be painful, very painful.”
Netanyahu said that Israel is “very close to a different type of action, action that will include very forceful blows.” He said that if Hamas were smart, “they would stop the fire and the violent riots – now.”
The security cabinet, which generally meets every Sunday afternoon, is scheduled to meet today and – among other issues – discuss the escalation along the Gaza border.
The warning comes after an especially violent weekend in which more than 20,000 Palestinians took part in the weekly "March of Return" riots and multiple attempts to breach the Gaza fence were prevented by IDF forces. Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman and Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh also exchanged barbs, with Liberman ordering a full halt on gas and fuel deliveries to the Gaza Strip.

Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong. It makes a mockery out of DNA tests and its legitimate uses while also dishonoring legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, who ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is prove. So Elizabeth Warren is *possibly* 1/1024 (0.09%) Native American.

What's more, the DNA expert she used, Stanford University professor Carlos Bustamente, "used samples from Mexico, Peru, and Colombia to stand in for Native American" as opposed to, say, DNA from a Cherokee Indian which Warren has claimed to be throughout her career.

Stacey Abrams accuses GOP foe of voter suppression
Stacey Abrams, the Democrat candidate for Georgia governor, continued Sunday to accuse her Republican opponent of voter suppression even though the state recently broke its voter-registration record on his watch.
Ms. Abrams alleged that Republican Secretary of State Brian Kemp has stalled 53,000 voter-registration forms as part of a “pattern of behavior” aimed at gaming the election in the GOP’s favor.
“It’s part of a pattern of behavior where he tries to tilt the playing field in his favor or in the favor of his party,” the Georgia House Minority Leader told NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “This should not require the erosion of public trust.”
