These 3 Groups Organized to Support Mail-In Voting

Political progressives who favor the expanded use of mail-in balloting have been telling the American people not to pay attention to that man on Twitter who sees a potential connection between their proposals and massive voter fraud.

The Brennan Center for Justice, Priorities USA, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law are three of the groups that, with an eye toward the November elections, are calling on government officials to make it easier to vote by mail.

In a tweet Monday morning, President Donald Trump said mail-in ballots “will lead to a RIGGED ELECTION!”

In the Name of Tolerance, California Blacklists Idaho

In a bizarre show of authoritarianism—even for them—California state officialshave decided to ban state-funded travel to Idaho because of its transgender law.

In a press release, California’s attorney general, Xavier Becerra, said: “Where states legislate discrimination, California unambiguously speaks out. The state of Idaho has taken drastic steps to undermine the rights of the transgender community, preventing people from playing sports in school or having documentation that reflects their identity.”

In his comments Monday, Becerra was referring to legislation signed by Idaho Gov. Brad Little that banned biological males who say they identify as girls or women from participating in female sports at public schools, colleges, and universities.

House Bill 500, the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act, passed by a significant margin in Idaho’s House and Senate. It wasn’t even controversial among Idaho residents.

L.A. Sheriff To Quadruple Gun-Carry Permits

Only nine civilians had concealed carry permits in 2017

The Los Angeles County sheriff announced on Wednesday his office plans to increase the number of gun-carry permits issued to residents by 400 percent.

Sheriff Alex Villanueva (D.) said he would assign additional staff to process gun-carry permit applications in an effort to improve the sheriff department's operations. He said the new resources could quadruple approvals.

"I know another question some of you are going to ask about is the [gun-carry permit] policy," he said during a live stream. "We're increasing the approval rate on these and it's probably going to go up about 400 percent, roughly. So, if you think you have good cause please submit it, go through the process, and we've actually increased some of our staffing to accommodate that."

The number only sounds striking on paper. A 2017 audit by the California State Auditor found the county had only issued 197 permits and there were only 9 active permits belonging to applicants outside the law enforcement community, despite the county having a population of more than 10 million. Philadelphia County in Pennsylvania, which has a population of about 1.5 million and a "shall issue" gun-carry law, issued 9,239 permits in 2019.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's office did not respond to questions about why application processing is being sped up or how many gun-carry permits have been issued.

Brandon Combs, president of the California-based Firearms Policy Coalition, said he was not optimistic about the move, given the county's history.

"It's offensive that this corrupt, anti-gun rights sheriff thinks that’s adequate or a substantive improvement," he told the Free Beacon. "Los Angeles County should have tens to hundreds of thousands of licensees based on its population—400 percent of nearly nothing is still nearly nothing."

Finally, An Obama Legacy Worth Celebrating

Hellfire R9X 'ninja' missile might be the Dem's most lasting

Another terrorist died in Syria this month on President Donald J. Trump's order. Khaled al-Aruri, a journeyman jihadist and de facto leader of a local al Qaeda affiliate, was killed in a U.S. special operations drone strike on June 14.

The terrorist was dispatched by a projectile that "combines medieval brutality with cutting-edge technology," according to a New York Times report. That's right, it was none other than the 2019Washington Free Beacon Man of the Year, the Hellfire R9X "ninja" missile.

The R9X, which is armed with six extendable sword-like blades in lieu of an exploding warhead, has been promoting freedom and American military supremacy throughout the world since 2017 by killing terrorists with ruthless precision. And while President Trump deserves ample credit for authorizing its use, it was President Barack Obama who oversaw the missile's development in an effort to reduce civilian casualties.

Thanks, Obama. Even anti-freedom Democrats deserve kudos for accidentally inventing an advanced instrument of warfare. This rare instance of an Obama legacy that cannot (and should not) be erased by President Trump deserves recognition and applause.

The R9X has been used in about a half-dozen instances since Trump took office, including the successful January 2019 evisceration of Jamal al-Badawi, the al Qaeda terrorist behind the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole. Here's how the Times described al-Aruri's (brief) introduction to the missile:

NJ City Officials Charged After 1 In 5 Mail-In Ballots Found To Be Fraudulent In Election

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal filed voter fraud charges Thursday against two Paterson city officials who allegedly engaged in a mail-in ballot scheme in connection to a special election in May.

Grewal levelled the charges against Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, Councilman-Elect Alex Mendez, and two other men after the Postal Inspection Service warned Grewal’s office that hundreds of mail-in ballots were found in a Paterson mailbox, InsiderNJ reported Thursday.

The attorney general’s Office of Public Integrity & Accountability (OPIA) began a probe after the Postal Inspection Service issued the warning. Paterson authorities decided to conduct the May 12 special election through mail-in ballots due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has reportedly killed more than 124,000 people in the U.S.

McDonald’s is closing its four-story former flagship on West 42nd Street in Times Square NYC

McDonald’s is closing its four-story former flagship on West 42nd Street in Times Square, The Post has learned.

Opened 17 years ago, the eatery — whose entryway is lit with 7,000 marquee light bulbs like a Broadway theater — was slated to serve its last Big Mac on Tuesday, company officials confirmed.

A spokesman for the Oak Brook, Ill.-based company called the restaurant’s closure “a difficult decision,” although he insisted it wasn’t related to the coronavirus pandemic, which has devastated tourist haunts like Times Square for months.

“McDonald’s reviews its restaurant portfolio on a regular basis to make the best decisions for our business moving forward,” a spokesman told The Post in a statement.

The fast-food chain used the 17,500-square-foot burger mecca to test new menu items and to tout its financial results to Wall Street analysts, according to its first operator, Irwin Kruger.

Mastercard Changes Name To Equalitycard

PURCHASE, NY—Popular multinational financial services company, Mastercard Incorporated, which is known for its extensive line of credit, debit, and prepaid cards to process payments between card-issuing banks and merchants, has released a statement that they will now be known as Equalitycard. This shift in branding follows other companies who have made major branding changes due to their negligence in propagating racial stereotypes in America like Aunt Jemima syrup, Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice, and Land O’Lakes Butter.

This massive change in branding awareness comes in the wake of protests pointing out how far we need to go in stamping out systemic racism, even if it is found in beloved food products. Financial products are now coming under fire as many consumers pointed out that the troubling phrase “Master” was in the name of Mastercard, leading many to think of a checkered past when slaveowners expected to be called “master.”

“Honestly, in 2020, there is no place in America for terms like 'master',” said Ajaypal "Ajay" Singh Banga, Equalitycard’s chief executive. “That is not an image we want to evoke when consumers engage in financial transactions that might place them massively in debt to us, through late fees and massive interest charges. Equalitycard will always promote the equality of cardholders of all races.”

Minneapolis neighborhood that vowed not to call police in wake of Floyd death is already being tested by 300-strong homeless encampment

A progressive Minneapolis neighborhood that pledged not to call the police in the wake of the death of George Floyd is now dealing with a 300-strong homeless encampment in a local park, according to reports.

Traffic has reportedly increased in the neighborhood around Powderhorn Park, as drug dealers seek to meet their clientele displaced during the civil unrest, rioting and looting following Floyd’s death at the end of May. At least one person overdosed inside the park and was brought out by an ambulance. Prostitution has also been reported in the area.

Residents though have agreed to “check their privilege” and “protect people of color” by not involving law enforcement to report instances of property damage, according to theNew York Times.

Expelled USC football player scores legal victory in Title IX case, vows to continue fighting 'male bias' that dashed his NFL hopes

For more than three years, expelled University of Southern California (USC) football player Matt Boermeester – embroiled in a Title IX assault accusation case – has been fighting the state legal system just for the chance to have his side heard on a federal level.

Despite a small and rare legal victory, the one-time National Football League (NFL) hopeful says he has a long way to go in his quest for due process in a life derailed by what he deems an unjust "male bias witch hunt."

"The truth is important because the consequences for me have been so devastating. The truth is all I am seeking here," Boermeester told Fox News this week. "You don't realize, you are a kid at the time, that USC is trying to protect itself and its hundreds of millions of Title IX funding, not you as the student."

Late last month, the California Court of Appeal reversed the trial court decision and overturned Boermeester's January 2017 expulsion, ruling that his Title IX proceeding was "unfair."

EXCLUSIVE: Donations to BLM Are Funneled Through Democrat Related ActBlue and Handled by Organization Led By Member of Weather Underground Terrorist Group

We reported on May 30th the recent riots in Democrat-led cities around the country were coordinated and related to three main groups: 1) US based Islamist Organizations, 2) Domestic terrorists, and 3) Others related to the Democrat Party.

Today we uncover a fourth major contributor, a Clinton pardoned member of the Weather Underground, Susan Rosenberg.

There clearly was no reason for the mass riots taking place around the country after the death of the individual at the hands of the police in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Everyone who saw the police brutality was appalled and outraged at the sight of the policeman kneeling on the victims neck for an incredibly long period of time.

The man died. But nothing warrants the wholesale destruction of property and and riots around the US since that event.

Talk about goose bumps!

SCOTUS allows 'expedited' deportation for 'meritless' asylum seekers

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Trump administration can deport some people seeking asylum without allowing them to make their case to a federal judge.

The high court's 7-2 ruling applies to people who are picked up at or near the border and who fail their initial asylum screenings, making them eligible for quick deportation, or expedited removal.

The victory came on the heels of two defeats, with the Supreme Court ruling 6-3 in favor of civil rights for gay and transgender people, and 5-4 against Trump's plan to end DACA.

Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson opened his Tuesday program by questioning why the “mob” that is behind vandalism and destruction of private and public property has a different standard applied to it than other crimes.

Carlson pointed to how the Department of Justice and FBI investigated the alleged “hate crime” at the Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama compared to alleged crimes committed by the mob.

Carlson argued the apparent conclusion was the “mob” was an arm of the Democratic Party’s establishment.

Obama admin VA hospitals used term 'Kung Flu' in official online, marketing materials

EXCLUSIVE: Two federally-run Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals during the Obama administration used the term "Kung Flu" in official materials, along with imagery of a monkey in a karate suit and a ninja wearing a flu mask, Fox News has learned.

President Trump's use of the term “Kung Flu” to refer to the coronavirus has drawn accusations of racism and insensitivity, but the use of the term under the Obama administration has gone unreported.

In 2015, the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System's official website urged patients to "Become a Kung Flu Fighter! Get Your Flu Shot!" The website has been taken down, but a copy of it was retained by an Internet archiving website.

The text was accompanied by an image of a ninja wearing a mask in an airborne, flying-kick posture.

The VA further urged visitors to "Click here to print Kung Flu Fighter poster!"

Not Quite "By The Book": Strzok Notes Reveal Biden Invoked Logan Act During Anti-Flynn Oval Office Huddle

Joe Biden invoked the 18th century "Logan Act" during a controversial 2017 Oval Office meeting to discuss the Michael Flynn investigation, less than two weeks before President Trump was sworn into office, according to newly released notes taken by former FBI special agent Peter Strzok.

According to Flynn's legal team, "it appears" that Biden "personally raised the idea" of using the obscure law to prosecute Flynnn over his communications with the former Russian Ambassador to the United States - in which he asked Moscow to "reciprocate moderately" in response to sanctions placed on Russia over election meddling.

It's unclear what Biden specifically said about the Logan Act during the January 5 meeting which included former President Obama, former FBI Director James Comey, national security adviser Susan Rice, and Deputy AG Sally Yates.

The notes were disclosed in a court filing Wednesday to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia around the same time a federal appeals court ruled in a 2-1 decision that the judge presiding over the case against Flynn grant the Justice Department's motion to dismiss the criminal charges against him. U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen of Missouri, who was picked by Attorney General William Barr to review the government's case against Flynn, "obtained and analyzed" the document. Biden's comment about the Logan Act are the only words that appear in quotation marks. -Washington Examiner
