What exactly is a “crimate clisis”?
77-year-old Joe Biden on Tuesday held a campaign event in Wilmington, Delaware.
Every so often Biden leaves his Delaware basement bunker but he doesn’t travel far because he is feeble.
Biden warned people about a “crimate clisis” — the 77-year-old is going to save us from a “clisis.”

Ohio Withdraws Ban On Hydroxychloroquine; Fauci Accused Of 'Misinformation Campaign'
Update (1240ET): The Ohio Board of Pharmacy withdrew a rule preventing the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 after Governor Mike DeWine called on the board to halt the rule, according to the Dayton Daily News.
"As a result of the feedback received by the medical and patient community and at the request of Gov. DeWine, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy has withdrawn proposed rule 4729:5-5-21 of the Administrative Code," reads a Thursday statement from the board.
"Therefore, prohibitions on the prescribing of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in Ohio for the treatment of COVID-19 will not take effect at this time."
The board will reexamine the rule with the help of the State Medical Board of Ohio, clinical experts and stakeholders to determine the next step.
The rule, which was scheduled to go into effect today, would prohibit pharmacies from selling or dispensing hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine for coronavirus unless the use is approved by the board’s executive director. The rule would also void all previous approvals of the drug. -Dayton Daily News
On Thursday, DeWine said that he agreed with FDA commissioner Stephen Hahn, who said that the decision to use HCQ should be between doctor and patient.
"Therefore, I am asking the Ohio Board of Pharmacy to halt their new rule prohibiting the selling or dispensing of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19," DeWine said earlier in the day.

Big Tech must be brought to heel over election influencing: Devine
As the war on conservative voices online reaches fever pitch in the run-up to November’s presidential election, Silicon Valley’s oligarchy finally was called to account Wednesday on Capitol Hill.
“Big Tech is out to get conservatives” Ohio Republican Jim Jordan told the bosses of Google, Facebook, Amazon and Apple. “That’s not a suspicion, that’s not a hunch. That’s a fact.”
Then he laid out a litany of censorship atrocities in a blistering opening statement before the congressional antitrust panel.
They included:
Google removing conservative Web site Breitbart from its search results.
Amazon’s video site Twitch suspending President Trump’s account “after he raises concerns about defunding the police.”
Facebook removing posts from Trump’s re-election campaign.
Amazon temporarily banning an e-book critical of coronavirus lockdowns written by conservative commentator Alex Berenson.
Amazon charity site Amazon Smile “won’t let you give to the [pro-life, pro-marriage] Family Research Council . . . but you can give to Planned Parenthood.”
Facebook admitting to banning pro-life advertisements in 2018 during Ireland’s abortion referendum.
Former Facebook employees admitting to Gizmodo that the social-media behemoth routinely suppresses conservative views.
Google and YouTube censoring content that conflicts with World Health Organization recommendations.

Fitton Fumes After Adam Schiff Gets Away With Doxing High Profile Conservatives
Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton is spitting mad after a federal court decision allowing Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) to get away with doxing high-profile conservatives.
Aafter obtaining their phone records through impeachment-related subpoenas, Schiff published the phone numbers of Rudy Giuliani, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), journalist John Solomon, Trump attorney Jay Sekulow, attorney Victoria Toensing and others.
As John Solomon wrote at the time of Schiff:
His committee secretly authorized subpoenas to AT&T earlier this year for the phone records of President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and an associate. He then arbitrarily extracted information about certain private calls and made them public.
Many of the calls Mr. Schiff chose to publicize fell into the special-circumstances categories: a fellow member of Congress ( Rep. Devin Nunes, the Intelligence Committee’s ranking Republican), two lawyers (Mr. Giuliani and fellow Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow ) and a journalist (me).
More alarming, the released call records involve figures who have sometimes criticized or clashed with Mr. Schiff. -John Solomon
Judicial watch sued to obtain the subpoenas - which Schiff's Committee claimed "sovereign immunity" and a "Speech or Debate Clause" privilege trumps the Freedom of Information Act.
On Monday, Judge Beryl A. Howell of the US District Court for the District of Columbia, an Obama appointee, sided with Schiff- ruling that the legal watchdog organization "has no right to demand disclosure of the requested subpoenas," and ordered the case "dismissed with prejudice."

Victory: Missouri AG Intervenes to Drop Charges Against St. Louis Couple Who Fended off Mob With AR-15
In June, St. Louis couple Mark and Patricia McCloskey defended their home when a roving band of leftist rioters broke down the gate to their home and ventured onto their property. Both are lawyers. They defended themselves with their legally acquired firearms. Of course, this set off a firestorm among liberal media types. It’s as if they just ignored the weeks of riots, arson, looting, and violence against police in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis in May.

Hogan knocks Trump, says president not reaching voters GOP needs 'to win elections in the future'
Maryland gov says he wants to 'be part of the discussion' about GOP's post-Trump future
Maryland Republican Gov. Larry Hogan told "Your World" Thursday that he has "been very careful not to ever go out of my way" to criticize President Trump unnecessarily before warning that he is "not doing a good job of reaching out to the voters we're going to need to win elections in the future."
Hogan, who reportedly mulled a primary challenge to Trump and has been put forward by some observers as a potential candidate for the White House in 2024, has not been hesitant to criticize the administration, most notably its response to the coronavirus pandemic.
"I’m not afraid to stand up when I disagree," he told host Neil Cavuto. "I don’t think every Republican should have to just march in lockstep and agree 100 percent of the time. I don’t think people should be afraid to stand up and speak out when they disagree," he said.

Ghislaine Maxwell Documents Unsealed: Allegations Against Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Others — FBI Knew Had Evidence of the Crimes for Years
Ghislaine Maxwell’s lawyers tried to keep x-rated evidence related to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein from going public, but a judge denied the appeal and released damning docs on Thursday evening.
A witness interview revealed Bill Clinton was at Epstein’s pedophile island with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and “2 young girls.”
The documents discuss allegations that a minor girl was trafficked to Maxwell, Prince Andrew and Attorney Alan Dershowitz (although he has always denied these allegations).
The Ghislaine Maxwell (Epstein) documents have been unsealed.

REVEALED: Obama raised sex assault allegations against Trump and slammed his 'nativist, racist and sexist' agenda during virtual fundraisers for Biden that have included George Clooney
Barack Obama has brought up sex assault allegations against Donald Trump, slammed the president's 'nativist, racist and sexist' agenda and told George Clooney the November 2020 election keeps him up at night during a series of fundraisers for Joe Biden.
Over the last two months, the former president has been dialing into virtual chats for Democrat donors, who pay up to $250,000 a ticket, in a bid to help his former VP win the White House.
On Tuesday, he told Clooney that fears of voter suppression and an effort by Trump to question the legitimacy of the election is stopping him from sleeping.'

Pennsylvania uses 'weighted lottery' to distribute lifesaving remdesivir in favor of low-income patients
South Carolina doctor says they will also use a similar system if faced with shortages
The antiviral drug remdisivir has been effective in treating COVID-19, reducing risk of death for severely ill patients by 62 percent. It is also scarce, leaving a number of states in fear of running out as coronavirus cases continue to rise across the country.
As a solution to this problem, Pennsylvania is encouraging healthcare providers to use a “weighted lottery” system to decide which patients are treated with this lifesaving drug and who goes without. Instead of medical need being the deciding factor of who receives a drug, this lottery is weighted in favor of those who sit lower on the socioeconomic spectrum.
Betsy McCaughey, former lieutenant governor of New York and chairman of theCommittee to Reduce Infection Deaths, is concerned that this move is not being given proper attention and could have huge implications for the health care system moving forward.

Here Are The Top Highlights From Ghislaine Maxwell's Unsealed Court Records
Dozens of exhibits related to Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were unsealed Thursday evening, providing insight into allegations against the financier and his purported 'madam,' as well as other high-profile individuals, including Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz and several other people whose names one can only guess (and the internet has).
The documents, related to a 2015 civil defamation lawsuit against Maxwell by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, were ordered to be released on July 23 by US District Judge Loretta Preska - which also included flight logs from Epstein's private jets, as well as police reports from the multiple locations where Epstein maintained residences.
Among the findings:
Bill Clinton was allegedly on pedo island with '2 young girls'

Bill Clinton stayed on Jeffrey Epstein's 'orgy island' with the billionaire, Ghislaine Maxwell and 'two young girls' - and the pedophile said the ex-president 'owes me favors' unsealed documents claim
Bill Clinton stayed in Jeffrey Epstein's villa on the billionaire pedophile's private Caribbean island because he owed him 'a favor', Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts told investigators in newly unsealed documents.
In nine-year-old testimony that was only made public for the first time on Thursday, Roberts said Clinton visited the private Caribbean island of Little Saint James some time after his presidency ended in 2001.
Roberts told investigators that she, Epstein's ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell and two other 'young girls' from New York were also on the island at the time.

Post-Hearing Briefs Mostly Support Larger Offshore Wind Turbines
OCEAN CITY — Independent stakeholders in one of two offshore wind projects appear to have little concern with the significantly larger turbines selected, according to briefs filed with the Maryland Public Service Commission following a hearing last month.
In June, the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) held an evidentiary hearing on the proposed change in wind turbine size for Orsted’s Skipjack project off the coast of Ocean City. The evidentiary hearing was called when Skipjack announced its intention to switch from the previously proposed eight-megawatt turbines to the much larger 12-megawatt turbine, now believed to be the largest commercial wind turbine available.
When Skipjack moved to the 12-megawatt turbine, the Town of Ocean City urged the PSC to hold an evidentiary hearing on the proposed turbine change. After a well-attended public hearing in Ocean City in January, the PSC agreed to hold the evidentiary hearing and it took place virtually in early June.
Last week, several weeks after that evidentiary hearing, the interested and participating parties filed post-hearing briefs with the PSC outlining their positions on the issues at hand. Naturally, the Town of Ocean City and Skipjack stuck to their long-held positions, but perhaps the most interesting conclusions came in the briefs filed by neutral third parties. For example, in its brief filed last week, the staff of the PSC agreed with Skipjack’s contention moving to the larger turbines will result in fewer turbines moved further out in the approved Wind Energy Area (WEA).

Facial Coverings Now Required On OC’s Boardwalk But Council Says No To Making Municipal Infraction; Tensions Run High As Officials Debate Enforcement
OCEAN CITY — After a two hour-plus, often-tense debate, a divided Ocean City Council on Friday morning basically took no action on a proposed emergency ordinance requiring the wearing of masks on the Boardwalk and essentially deferred to Governor Larry Hogan’s amended mandate announced earlier this week.
On Wednesday, Hogan implemented an amended executive order mandating the wearing of masks in all outdoor public spaces where it is not possible to achieve social distancing. A violation of the directive will be handled as a misdemeanor with the appropriate fines and penalties.
Locally, the most obvious place affected by the change is the Boardwalk, where most have been wearing masks inside stores and amusements, for example, but the majority are not wearing masks while walking outdoors along the famed promenade. Hogan’s amended executive order on the surface appears to include the Boardwalk because social distancing is not often possible in the height of the summer season.
On Friday, the Mayor and Council held an emergency session to consider two separate, but distinctive, issues related to Hogan’s latest executive order. Mayor Rick Meehan, as he is authorized to do and as he has done throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, issued an emergency declaration requiring the wearing of masks at all times on the Boardwalk and at other outdoor special events

Storm Expands White Marlin Open Fishing Days To 7
OCEAN CITY — Just when it seemed the 47th White Marlin Open set for next week could not get any stranger, event organizers announced on Thursday the tournament will be extended by two days for the first time ever because of the anticipated arrival of a tropical storm off the mid-Atlantic coast.
Through much of the spring and summer, plans for the 47th White Marlin Open (WMO) have been altered and changed multiple times because of ongoing COVID-19 concerns and the need to comply with social distancing for the thousands of spectators. One early plan called for a limited number of spectators at host Harbour Island, which typically sees thousands of visitors each day during the tournament, with a “satellite” viewing spot at the municipal park at 3rd Street including large viewing screens for the daily weigh-ins and family-friendly concessions and vendors.
Last week, WMO officials announced there would be no general public viewing at the scales at 14th Street and the public would have no access to Harbour Island, making the 3rd Street park the primary venue for the 2020 WMO. The daily weigh-ins will still take place at 14th Street, but the only individuals allowed to be around the scale will be WMO staffers, technicians producing the live-stream of the event and a likely a handful of photographers and media.
As if that all wasn’t strange enough and a big departure from the typical WMO, event organizers on Thursday announced yet another wrinkle for the 2020 event. Typically, the tournament is held from Monday through Friday with boats and teams of angler choosing to fish three of the five days.

As if that all wasn’t strange enough and a big departure from the typical WMO, event organizers on Thursday announced yet another wrinkle for the 2020 event. Typically, the tournament is held from Monday through Friday with boats and teams of angler choosing to fish three of the five days.

Florida's Gov. DeSantis Declares Emergency As Hurricane Isaias Closes In
Hurricane Isaias will drench Florida's Atlantic coast this weekend after passing over the Bahamas, the National Hurricane Center said, warning of a dangerous storm surge, flooding and high winds.
Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an order Friday declaring "a state of emergency in every coastal county of Florida's east coast, from Miami-Dade to Nassau counties," he said.
The storm could begin affecting South Florida "as early as late tonight into tomorrow morning, with the potential to increase in strength to Category 2 [hurricane]," DeSantis said at a news conference shortly before noon Friday.

Ocean City Likely To Require Masks On Boardwalk; Governor Outlines State’s Recovery Plans On ‘Pause’
OCEAN CITY — There were mixed messages from Gov. Larry Hogan this week on the state’s COVID-19 recovery plans, which are on a “pause” as some key metrics continue to increase, but the biggest takeaway is an expansion of mandatory masking requirements.
Hogan on Wednesday held yet another press conference on the ongoing pandemic and the messages were all at once filled with cautious optimism and grave concern. Perhaps the biggest takeaway on Wednesday was an expansion of mask and face-covering requirements that have been in place since April.
Back in April, Hogan implemented an executive order requiring the wearing of masks in all indoor spaces such as retail stores, grocery stores and the like. On Wednesday, he amended that executive order to include the inside of all buildings with public access and outdoors in all public places where it is not possible to achieve social distancing.

CBS Experiment proves Mail-in Ballots could be a Disaster
This isn’t something you see often on network television. CBS on Sunday did an experiment to determine just how safe mail-in ballots will be in November. CBS Weekend Newsjournalist Tony Dokoupil set up a campaign “headquarters” and mailed 100 “ballots” to himself through the U.S. Post Office. The results were not encouraging. They also refute the dismissive tone of other journalists when covering Donald Trump’s concerns about mail-in voting.
Dokoupil set up a P.O. box and mailed his ballots. Here’s how it all played out:

Impossible Burger's Fake Meat coming to 2,000 Walmart Stores... yuck
It'll be sold at locations in all 50 states.
Impossible Foods has just announced that its plant-based Impossible Burger will be available at Walmart starting today, which is the most significant rollout of its faux-meat product so far. The company had already started expanding its grocery store rollout earlier this year with availability in Kroger as well as Safeway, Albertsons, Vons and more. Earlier this week, the company also announced that the burger will begin rolling out to Trader Joe’s next Monday.
According to Impossible Foods, 12-ounce packages of Impossible Burger will be available in more than 2,000 Walmart locations in all 50 states. Combined with the other expansions above, the company says that the plant-based product will be in over 8,000 grocery stores by the end of the year. This means that the company’s retail footprint has grown by 50 times since March.
“Impossible Foods’ goal is to make the global food system sustainable. To do that, Impossible Burger has to be available everywhere people shop for meat,” said Impossible Foods’ CEO and Founder Dr. Patrick O. Brown in a statement.

Trump backs Short Term deal to stop Renter Evictions
President Trump said that a short-term deal to stop evictions of renters could address American's immediate needs amid a pandemic while congressional negotiators attempt to reconcile a larger bill.
"We ought to work on the evictions, so people don’t get evicted," Trump told reporters as he left the White House for a trip to Texas on Wednesday. "You work on the payments to the people. On the rest of it, we’re so far apart we don’t care. We really don’t care."
Last week the federal moratorium on evictions expired, exposing tenants of more than 12 million rental units to eviction for missing payments. The $600-per-week boost in unemployment benefits passed in March as part of the CARES Act will expire Friday.
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin was with Trump as he emphasized the need to halt evictions.

Restaurants are rushing to Liquidate Assets on Facebook Marketplace
The restaurant industry is in collapse. More specifically, small restaurants have been crushed by the virus-induced recession. We've noted at least half of the restaurant closures on Yelp are now permanent.
The National Restaurant Association has determined that at least 15% of all restaurants will close. This number could be a lot higher at the end of the year as Goldman Sachs reports the economic recovery is now reversing.
Small restaurant operators, who fear a double-dip recession, have now resorted to liquidating their eateries on Facebook Marketplace.
A simple search of "restaurant" on Facebook Marketplace, within 80 miles of Trenton, New Jersey, comes up with dozens and dozens and dozens of mom and pop eateries that are trying to get out of the game.

Supreme Court denies request to halt Construction of the Border Wall
A number of groups, including the ACLU and Sierra Club, had asked the high court to get involved
The Supreme Court by a 5-4 vote has denied a request to halt construction of President Trump’s border wall over environmental concerns.
A number of groups, including the ACLU and Sierra Club, had asked the high court to get involved again after the justices last year cleared the way for the administration to use military funds for construction while the case played out in the courts.
A federal appeals court had ruled against the administration last month, but the justices, for now, have given another temporary victory to the administration.

Laura Ingraham: Teachers Unions may prove 'Nonessential' to Parents
Democrats want "lockdowns plus trillions in welfare spending -- until apparently there is zero virus in America"
The American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association are two of the most powerful forces in America -- but their recent pursuits may be wearing thin with parents and students, Laura Ingraham said Thursday.
Teachers unions are using the coronavirus pandemic to push online-only learning -- and shutter brick-and-mortar schooling for an unknown period of time, the host of Fox News' "The Ingraham Angle" said.
"The NEA and AFT are powerful forces, but they only remain so, I think, if Americans continue to believe that public education is still worthwhile," Ingraham said.
"By refusing to teach, by politicizing curricula, by jeopardizing our childrens' mental and physical well-being, they are showing us how nonessential they are becoming.

Just Wondering...
A friend sent this to me today and I found it to have some value for all to read. I f you agree, that's good. If you don't agree, that's good also. It made sense to me. I'm not asking for an argument, I'm just putting it out there.
I am not a Democrat and my family is not, but I found this interesting from a Democrat..
OPEN LETTER TO DEMOCRATS
I did not write this but it needs to be shared...
I just have a few questions for you....Let me start with, I already know you don't like President Trump...that's a given,
SO let's move on from that...
How about the division of America..
Do you really blame Trump for that?
How about when NONE of the DEMOCRATS showed up for his inauguration? Don't you think that started the division? He hadn't even been president yet, and EXCEPT for Clinton and Obama, not one democrat showed up....Is that when Trump divided America? Can you imagine if the REPUBLICANS didn't show up for Obama's inauguration because they lost??? Can you even start to imagine what would have happened?
How about when 19 minutes after Trump was inaugurated, the Washington Post declared the IMPEACHMENT CAMPAIGN has STARTED? Was that when Trump divided America?
How about when Nancy Pelosi ripped up Trump's state of the union right in front of the world, showing complete disrespect for the president of the United States? Did that bring the country together and is THAT when Trump divided America?
How about when America had to endure, 3 years and over 30 million dollars spent on trying to PROVE that Trump only won because of RUSSIAN COLLUSION and NOT because America voted him in and 17 democrats did EVERYTHING in their power to PROVE that there was Russian Collusion...and came up with ZERO...?
Was THAT when Trump divided America?
I can't even start to go over the NEGATIVE PRESS he's received since his surprise win...
Remember, the DONORS, the likes Bloomberg, who gave 27 million, Tom Steyer who gave 17 million, George Soros who gave 9 million and MANY MORE that gave MULTI-MILLIONS to Hillary, wanted a return on their investment...
Do you really think that donors give MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS just because they love Hillary?
NO, these weren't campaign donations, they were INVESTMENTS into what HILLARY had promised them when she became president....
They were so sure she would win and they would be SHOWERED with HUGE RETURNS, and when it didn't happen and they LOST all those millions, they went all out to TAKE TRUMP out of OFFICE by any means possible...
DID YOU KNOW that 90% of the Mainstream media and the corporations that own them, are owned by or run by BIG DEMOCRAT DONORS? You can verify all of that for yourselves...I did...
Since the moment Trump won, even before he was inaugurated, the mainstream media's reporting was 92% negative on Trump, do you know why?
It was those big donors that lost their dream of MILLIONS of dollars, on their returns that they were going to receive win Hillary was president and they weren't going to take that loss lightly...They needed to PUNISH TRUMP and those that VOTED HIM IN...
I've said this since the night he was elected...
"There is NOTHING the left won't do to take down our President”, our country and us, no low they won't go to, to get their power back", and sadly, we have seen this every single day since his election.
Let me ask you this...Have you ever listened to Trump or appreciated any accomplishment or campaign promises he's kept, have you ever gone to one of his rallies or have you just closed your mind to ANYTHING he does?
Please ask yourselves the following questions, if you dare...
What has Joe Biden done for America for the last 47 years that he's held an office?
What did Joe Biden ever do for BLACKS when HE and Obama were in office?
What has Joe Biden ever done in his entire life to create a private-sector job?
What has Joe Biden done to help the American middle class worker?
Let me also ask you this...Why do you think there are so many people tearing down statues, our burning flag, beating up police officers, disrespecting our founders and hating our country?
I am not a Democrat and my family is not, but I found this interesting from a Democrat..

“One of the Sleaziest and Most Dishonest Figures in History of American Politics” – Tucker Carlson Goes Off on Obama After He Compares US Police to Racist Democrat Bull Connor
Former President Barack Obama delivered the eulogy at Congressman John Lewis’s funeral on Thursday in Atlanta, Georgia.
Classless Obama used John Lewis’s funeral for political purposes, attacked Trump and pushed mail-in voting.
Barack Obama also compared the police in America to racist Alabama Democrat Bull Connor.
Tucker Carlson: Now, Barack Obama, one of the sleaziest and most dishonest figures in the history of American politics used George Floyd’s death at a funeral to attack the police. Here’s what he said.
Barack Obama: Bull Connor may be gone. But today we witness with our own eyes police officers kneeling on the necks of black Americans.
Tucker Carlson: Bull Connor! The country fallen apart riven by racial strife and tribalism, and one of the most respected people in the whole country decides to pour gasoline on that and compare the police to Bull Connor? As if America and Minneapolis is like Birmingham, Alabama in 1963? It’s insane. It’s wreckless!

Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein Praises Communist China: “Growing Into a Respectable Nation” (VIDEO)
Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA) on Thursday praised Communist China during a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting.
Feinstein also warned against holding China accountable for unleashing a deadly virus resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths worldwide.
The Democrat Senator made these remarks as China continues its abuses against Uyghurs in Xinjiang.
“We hold China as a potential trading partner, as a country that has pulled tens of millions of people out of poverty in a short period of time,” Feinstein said. “And as a country growing into a respectable nation amongst other nations — I deeply believe that.”

Court overturns death sentence of Boston Marathon bomber
An appellate court has tossed the death sentence and overturned three of the convictions of 2013 Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The ruling will not result in Tsarnaev, 27, being freed, and the death penalty can now be revisited in a penalty-phase trial do-over.
If federal prosecutors do not pursue a second death penalty trial, Tsarnaev will remain imprisoned on multiple life sentences that are not affected by Friday’s ruling.
The death penalty was invalidated because the trial judge did not adequately screen jurors for pre-trial bias, the ruling read.
