Maryland Republican Gov. Larry Hogan told "Your World" Thursday that he has "been very careful not to ever go out of my way" to criticize President Trump unnecessarily before warning that he is "not doing a good job of reaching out to the voters we're going to need to win elections in the future."
Hogan, who reportedly mulled a primary challenge to Trump and has been put forward by some observers as a potential candidate for the White House in 2024, has not been hesitant to criticize the administration, most notably its response to the coronavirus pandemic.
"I’m not afraid to stand up when I disagree," he told host Neil Cavuto. "I don’t think every Republican should have to just march in lockstep and agree 100 percent of the time. I don’t think people should be afraid to stand up and speak out when they disagree," he said.

Statements like that always help. Not a single democrat is saying anything negative about Biden. Unity. Hogan/graham rinos
ReplyDeleteI for one am tired of hearing his trash
ReplyDeleteWhy can't this BOOB just shut up?? He should be worried about his dismal political career. President Trump has done more in 3 years than this wannabe has done in 6 years in Maryland. Look at the inner harbor?? Look at Annapolis?? Look at ocean city?? ALL TRASHY SHITHOLES. Hanging on a reputable narrative from looonnnggg ago.
ReplyDeleteHogan is a total joke and hypocrite...He has been a Never Trumper from the beginning...not fooling anyone regarding his 'ambitions'...he would NEVER win a presidential primary; let alone a general election...
ReplyDeletehe means democrats of course! f'n pos rino
ReplyDeleteEveryone becoming Marxists isn’t the way Larry
ReplyDeletethrow Hogan a hot
ReplyDeletedog
that will keep him quiet
If anyone in Maryland would vote for him to be president after the tyrannical power trip he has been on , I would have to question their sanity and stability. Given the abuse of power he has recently demonstrated as governor, imagine what he would do as president. I generally don’t pray much but I will pray he never makes it to the White House
ReplyDeleteHogan has a better chance getting pregnant than becoming President.
DeleteWho would breed with that bastard?
DeleteThe commies will never allow Hogan to be president.
ReplyDeleteIf he would concentrate on improving Marylanders rights under the 2nd Amendment and getting rid of mandatory sprinkler systems, just maybe, just maybe it would indicate that he has some intestinal fortitude and leadership traits. However, that would take real courage, and there is no doubt he is surely lacking in that area. A leader he is not!
ReplyDeleteIf hogan is thinking about Trump's post political future, he better not hold his breathe. On second thought maybe he should. I've never wished a man dead, but have read a few obituaries with pleasure.

ReplyDeleteIMHO, Hogan has two critical jobs right this moment, and one down the road.
Job 1: Be a superior governor for Maryland.
Job 2: Be an enthusiastic supporter of President Trump, and work diligently to assist in his re-election. If he's unwilling to help, he should shut his piehole.
Job 3: Get the Lt. Gov or another Republican elected to succeed him in 2022.
If he can't focus on those 3 tasks, and succeed in them
I am AOK with all except point 2. Trump is not the future if the Republican Party and serious thought and consideration needs to be given as to who will lead it after the upcoming election.
ReplyDeleteHogan is a Douche Bag and the only reason I voted for him in 2018 is that he was the only one on the ticket. Heck, I think I would have voted for Ed Titus over him.

1. He is not a superior Governor
2. He isn't helping Trump and he won't and all you will do is make anonymous posts on this blog so you are enabling Hogan.
3. He doesn't care about Rutherford or any other Republican, it's all about him and him only. Have you ever seen Lockdown Larry ever supporting Rutherford? No. Rutherford was Hogans token Lt. Gov. and he got what he wanted. Typical mentality of the Left.
It doesn't matter if you think he's a RINO. Doesn't matter if you don't like him.
ReplyDeleteWhat he is saying is the truth. Trump is getting shellacked in the polls. and he is hurting the chances of other republicans to win re-election.
Tell me the last time you saw prominent Republican party leaders speak out against an incumbent or endorse the Democrat runner? Yet here we are. There are MULTIPLE Republican PACS that are actively against Trump.
In 2016, no on liked Hillary, nor were they excited for her. She was up in the polls buy 3% and won the popular vote 2% - within the margin of error. Trump is way behind.. in some states double digits. Now top that off with many of Trumps previous voters are working against him now?
For him to win, he needs those voters, and to say some of the moderate Democrats which looks HIGHLY unlikely.
So... to the point, you can not like Hogan all you want, but his is not wrong in what he is saying here.
