Some Of These Are Hard To Watch! OUCH!!

Charles Manson Gets Wedding License

CORCORAN, Calif. – Mass murderer Charles Manson has gotten a license to marry a 26-year-old woman who visits him in prison.

The Kings County marriage license, viewed Monday by The Associated Press, was issued Nov. 7 for the 80-year-old Manson and Afton Elaine Burton, who left her Midwestern home nine years ago and moved to Corcoran, California — the site of the prison — to be near Manson. She maintains several websites advocating Manson's innocence.

The license does not specify a wedding date and indicates the couple has 90 days to get married or they will have to reapply.

Burton, who goes by the name "Star," told the AP that she and Manson will be married next month.

Dad, the Dems, the Prospector and His Old Friend

My 86 year old preacher dad told me a great story. Surprisingly, it was a new parable rather than one dad forgot that he told me numerous times before.

Dad said a prospector worked his land digging for gold. Every Saturday, the prospector would take his gold/gold dust to town and cash it in. One Saturday, he bumped into an old high school friend who had fallen upon hard financial times. The prospector graciously invited his friend to bring a shovel and dig for gold on his land. Generously, the prospector told his friend that he could keep all the gold he uncovered.

Come Monday morning, the prospector's friend was a no show. The friend did not show up the entire week. Cashing in his gold on Saturday, the prospector saw and approached his friend, “What happened? I looked for you all week.” The friend replied, “Do you know how much a shovel costs these days?”

Dad burst into laughter at the trifling attitude of the prospector's old friend. I laughed with dad while seizing the opportunity to tell my lifelong Democrat father that the same trifling attitude is promoted by the Democrats disguised as compassion and is embraced by millions.

The prospector's behavior is Republican, offering his impoverished friend (the poor), not a handout, but a golden opportunity. He offered his friend the dignity, self-respect and joy of earning his own living with endless possibilities. Remember, the old friend was told he could keep all the gold he uncovered.

The old friend's behavior is that of an Obama, Democrat, Hollywood and MSM (mainstream media) indoctrinated entitlement junkie. How dare his rich prospector friend expect him to acquire a shovel. The prospector is obviously white, out-of-touch, racist, sexist and homophobic. This prospector seems like the kind of jerk who thinks it reasonable to expect all Americans to show an ID to participate in the American privilege of voting.

Upon further investigation, the filthy rich SOB prospector is probably Republican, Conservative and Christian. No wonder the insensitive selfish hate-filled jerk prospector expected his old high school friend to get a shovel without government assistance and show up for work.

Anonymous Is Attacking the KKK After Threats to Ferguson Protesters

Hacktivist collective Anonymous has kicked off OpKKK, a campaign to disrupt websites and expose information of the Ku Klux Klan, after members of the hate group disseminated leaflets in Missouri threatening “lethal force” against Ferguson protesters. Anonymous has compromised KKK Twitter accounts, knocked websites offline, and claims to have grabbed personal information of members of the group.

In their propaganda, the Traditionalist American Knights of the KKK said Ferguson demonstrators were terrorists masquerading as peaceful protesters and they would face consequences for “actions against the peaceful, law abiding citizens of Missouri.”

Though Anonymous said in a YouTube video that it respected the KKK’s right to free speech, it decided the group had overstepped the mark by threatening physical violence, especially in light of the racial tensions in Ferguson, where African American teenager Michael Brown was shot by police officer Darren Wilson, leading to much-publicised protests.

Syria ‘Hero Boy’ Video Revealed to be Government Propaganda

A dramatic video clip showing a young boy heroically rescuing a young girl amid a hail of gunfire in Syria has racked up millions of YouTube viewings and has been trending heavily on other social media platforms.

The mainstream media and US government jumped on the video as evidence of the absolute depravity of the Assad regime. What kind of monster purposely targets children?

Wrote the International Business Times:

The incident certainly is not the first time that Pro-Assad gunmen have targeted children in the nearly four years of the bloody civil war in Syria.

Liz Sly, the Washington Post Beirut bureau chief covering Syria, Lebanon, Iraq — and presumably an expert in the area? — promoted the video on her Twitter page, adding “wow” in her comments. Sly’s reporting consistently agitates for more US involvement in Syria on the side of the rebels, her anti-Assad bias is solidly established.

Then the “experts” chimed in. According to the London Daily Telegraph (article since consigned to the memory hole), the experts have “confirmed the authenticity” of the video.

Then the US State Department chimed in to magnify and focus the propaganda, tweetingthat a boy “hero” rescued a girl from an Assad regime sniper firing on civilians.

The World’s Biggest Chocolate-Maker Says We’re Running Out Of Chocolate

There's no easy way to say this: You're eating too much chocolate, all of you. And it's getting so out of hand that the world could be headed towards a potentially disastrous (if you love chocolate) scenario if it doesn't stop.

Those are, roughly speaking, the words of two huge chocolate makers, Mars, Inc. and Barry Callebaut. And there's some data to back them up.

Chocolate deficits, whereby farmers produce less cocoa than the world eats, are becoming the norm. Already, we are in the midst of what could be the longest streak of consecutive chocolate deficits in more than 50 years. It also looks like deficits aren't just carrying over from year-to-year—the industry expects them to grow. Last year, the world ate roughly 70,000 metric tons more cocoa than it produced. By 2020, the two chocolate-makers warn that that number could swell to 1 million metric tons, a more than 14-fold increase; by 2030, they think the deficit could reach 2 million metric tons.

Do New Laws Help or Hurt the Homeless?

Right now, ground zero in the debate about policies affecting the homeless isn’t a large, bustling metropolis like New York or Chicago, but Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a small beach city of about 170,000.

On the one hand, there’s Arnold Abbott, a 90-year-old World War II vet and chef who has been feeding the homeless in the city’s parks and beaches for decades—and who says he has no intention of stopping, despite a new ordinance passed last month restricting feeding in public places. Efforts to stop him, including three citations in the past couple weeks, have drawn a national spotlight.

On the other hand, there is the very exasperated Mayor Jack Seiler, who says the city’s new outdoor feeding law is a part of a series of “very compassionate” ordinances addressing the plight of the homeless. He doesn’t want to ban public feedings that take place in the parks, he says. He just wants to move them indoors.

Thrown into the fray: Abbott’s request for an injunction against the city, citing a 2000 court ruling allowing food sharing in the city; a hunger strike by a member of the local chapter ofFood Not Bombs to protest the new law; an online protest; a protest outside the mayor’s house and a bevy of activists lining up to be cited for what they call “rogue beach sharing.” Even Stephen Colbert weighed in.

Governor-elect Hogan announces six new members of the Hogan-Rutherford transition team

ANNAPOLIS, MD – November 17 – Governor-elect Larry Hogan announced six new members of the Hogan-Rutherford transition team at a press conference at the Department of Budget and Management in Annapolis this afternoon: former State Senate Minority Leader Marty Madden; columnist and commentator Blair Lee; State Senator Joe Getty; economist Anirban Basu; former Maryland State Superintendent of Schools Nancy Grasmick; and retired Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Alexander Williams Jr.

“I am pleased to have these well-respected, distinguished, and incredibly talented Marylanders serving on our transition team as we work to take Maryland in a new direction,” said Governor-elect Hogan.

Each new member will have a specific focus during the transition. Both Madden and Lee will serve as special advisors to the transition team. Senator Getty will lead the legislative and policy team. Basu, chairman and CEO of Sage Policy Group, an economic and policy consulting firm in Baltimore, will serve as economic development and economic policy advisor. Grasmick, former teacher and administrator who also served as a Cabinet secretary with Mr. Hogan in the Ehrlich administration, will serve as education advisor. Finally, Williams, a retired judge and a Howard University Law School professor, will serve as a liaison to the judicial branch of state government.

Leaders Of Local Police Departments See How Heroin Is Produced From The Hotbed Of South America

BALTIMORE - Welcome to Colombia, the jungles of South America, where the drugs that are killing young people in Maryland are produced.

Law enforcement leaders from Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, Prince George's County and Wicomico County joined the Drug Enforcement Administration on a recent trip, described as a fact-finding mission, and far from a vacation.

"The Black Hawks didn't land. You had to drop off of the Black Hawk. You were walking down a muddy trail, to which one of us fell off one of those trails," Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts.

With boots on the ground, they got close to how heroin and cocaine are made.

Wal-Mart Making A Big Change To Its Black Friday Strategy

Black Friday used to be a day. Now, if you're a Wal-Mart shopper, it's becoming a full five-day affair.

The retail giant is dropping its long-traditional frenzied Black Friday one-day-only model and instead, extending those savings over five days.

It's part of a larger trend in retail that's seeing customers tire of those middle-of-the-night pre-Black Friday deal camp-outs and instead preferring to shop on their own terms and schedules.

Surprise: Ignoring Voters, Senate Democrats Stand by Harry Reid

Serious question: Did Senate Democrats somehow miss or forget about the elections we had last week? Wow:

Senate Democrats voted on Thursday to keep Senator Harry Reid of Nevada as their leader, but his victory came only after a nearly four-hour closed-door meeting in which 28 caucus members expressed their frustration with the party’s direction after an Election Day drubbing. The voting was done by secret ballot, but it was not unanimous, reflecting a divide within the party over the need to elevate new faces and younger leaders. Those concerns were reflected in part in the decision Thursday to create a new but relatively small leadership role for Senator Elizabeth Warren, 65, of Massachusetts, a folk hero of the left.

“When you have an election like this, common sense says we need to change things,” said Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri, one of the Democrats who did not vote for Mr. Reid. “The voice was very loud and unmistakable,” she added. “To me that means changing leadership, and it was just that simple.”

32-Year-Man Found With Missing 12-Year-Old Perry Hall Girl To Appear In Court

PERRY HALL, Md. (WJZ)– The man found with a 12-year-old girl reported missing from Perry Hall will appear in a North Carolina court this afternoon.

Police say 32-year-old Victor Arroyo is charged with assault on a female and is expected to appear in court around 2 p.m.

Late Friday night, authorities found 12-year-old Jasmine Baker with Arroyo nearly 300 miles away from her Baltimore County home in North Carolina.

After missing for more than 72 hours, Baker was reunited with her family and friends over the weekend. It comes after after an exhaustive search for the pre-teen that landed FBI billboards up and down the East Coast.

Naturally expertise is required, but judging by how serious they're it pretty much reveal that the image is authentic.

Obama to pledge $3 billion in climate aid

President Obama will propose sending $3 billion in aid to help developing nations adapt to the effects of climate change, according to multiple media reports.

The anticipated contribution to the Green Climate Fund, an independent trust fund established by the United Nations, is expected to drum up support for donations from other countries ahead of climate talks next year in Paris. It likely won't represent a net increase in U.S. foreign aid, as Republicans would block such a move — rather, the White House will probably attempt to shift money from similar programs.

"I think there would be political difficulties if it resulted in a net increase in foreign aid," said Alden Meyer, a longtime observer of international climate negotiations and policy director with the Union of Concerned Scientists. "No doubt I think the administration is going to have to make a case to get the funding for the Green Climate Fund appropriated here."

Maryland Wants To Avoid Health Care Exchange Drama

WASHINGTON--A big test is coming this week for Maryland's revamped health insurance website.

It crashed last October during the first open season under the federal health care law, and was never reliable. Over the summer, it was rebuilt for the second open enrollment period, using the technology behind Connecticut's successful health exchange.

Maryland officials say the revamped site is ready to go, but they are leaving nothing to chance. Instead of opening online enrollment on Nov. 15th like the rest of the country, Maryland is opting to roll-out its open season in stages.

Cold, dead hands: Buffalo to seize guns from families following owners' funerals

A plan by police in Buffalo, N.Y., to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths is drawing fire from Second Amendment advocates.

The plan is legal under a longstanding, but rarely enforced state law, but gun rights advocates say, with apologies to onetime NRA spokesman Charlton Heston, it is tantamount to prying firearms - some of which may have substantial monetary or sentimental value - from the cold, dead hands of law-abiding citizens.

"They're quick to say they're going to take the guns," said Tom King, president of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association. "But they don't tell you the law doesn't apply to long guns, or that these families can sell [their loved one's] pistol or apply to keep it."

NRA warns of Obama-fueled 'end-run around Congress' on gun rights

The National Rifle Association issued a stark warning that a U.N. Arms Trade treaty set to take effect on Christmas Eve could lead to a U.S. crackdown on Second Amendment rights — not via a Senate ratification, but rather an “end-run around Congress,” a spokesperson said.

“We are worried about an end-run around Congress,” NRA spokeswoman Catherine Mortensen told The Blaze. “Barack Obama or a future anti-gun president could use ATT and international norms compliance to rationalize enacting gun control politics through executive actions, especially in the import and export realms.”

The U.S. delegation to the United Nations supports the treaty, but the Senate, soon to be controlled by Republicans, is less than likely to ratify. But the current White House is publicly touting support for the treaty, and the NRA fears that support could eventually weave into the halls of Congress — or result in yet another one of President Obama’s executive orders.

“Even now, with an existing appropriations rider prohibiting action to implement the treaty unless it is approved by Congress, administration officials are publicly professing support for international efforts to bring the treaty into effect,” Ms. Mortensen told The Blaze. “That’s outrageous.”

She described the treaty as an “attempt by other countries, including some despotic regimes, to try and infringe on our constitutional rights.”

“This treaty is a very real threat,” she said.

The Reason Small Businesses Are Disappearing, As Explained By A Small Business Owner

Confused why despite endless daily propaganda that the US economy is getting better - after all "just look at the record high S&P 500" - fewer and fewer Americans believe the narrative, as the Democrats and Obama found out the very hard way in last week's midterm elections? Then the following explanation written by the owner of a small business - the segment of the US economy that has historically led every single recovery but this time was left behind - should help answer some questions.

The reason small businesses are disappearing written by a small business owner.

I want to start out by saying that i am a 27 year old male with a small business in Sacramento CA. I started this business a few years ago with savings of 15k. With a lot of hard work and determination i have succeeded, but it sure as hell was not easy. I am a long time lurker and have never seen anyone go in depth about what its like to own a small business and the reason why they are disappearing. Without going into to much detail, i own a furniture store so obviously things are different then other businesses but a lot of the things are the same. I wanted to begin with the things that are killing small businesses. Also only my opinion.

Small Business Loans - Although they are not killing small business they sure as hell don't help anyone. Unless you are opening a unique small business you are not going to get any funding. By unique i mean something along the lines of creating solar panels. According to a recent investigation by the SBA Inspector General (ill post the article if you would like), over 75% of SBA loans went to large businesses. So basically if you want to open a normal business you need a ton of collateral and a miracle to get a loan.

Permits and Licensing - In opening my specific business the first year totaled about $2000.00.

Advertising - Many small business's cant afford to take out pages or flyers in the news paper or TV ads so they only have a few choices such as Yelp or the Penny-saver. (Don't get me started in Yelp).

Street Advertising - While this used to be a good portion of how you get business it is now off limits. Code enforcement will not allow you to put anything outside. No balloons, signs, anything with your store name, window paint more than 50%, or any mattresses. Also delivery vehicles can not be closer than 50 feet from the curb. In my case that means behind the building.

Board of Equalization - Cant go into to much detail here but they sure as hell aren't here to help.

A Comment Worthy Of A Post 11-17-14

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Monthly Mayor’s Roundtable":

I'm not 845, but I'll dang sure give you an explanation!

For many years, people of all municipalities, including Salisbury, Maryland have been assessed a certain portion of their property taxes in order to build and maintain, among other things, City stormwater inlets and piping, catch basins, TAX ditches, dams, holding ponds, curbs, gutters and the like. I mean, think about it; where do you think all that infrastructure came from?

Over the last few years, your Mayor and City Council have failed to budget as required by law the full share of monies paid in by the Taxpayers for the very purpose of building and maintaining the City's stormwater system, and in fact, have written it completely OUT of the current budget. This is why the Mayor's river in downtown Salisbury looks as trashed up as it does. The EPA continues to bring out more stringent requirements to limit the amount of pollution going into the waterways, but since your Mayor and City Council have voted among themselves to basically steal your money that you thought was going toward this and decided to spend instead on their own pet projects like bike lanes and walking route signage, bicycle racks and the like, we, the homeowners and landlords and business owners are left holding the bag of pollution and your "trusty" leaders have decided that we all need another fleecing of our hard earned money.

So now, whether you are a renter or owner, you are being told that there's no money to spend to keep up with the new EPA mandates, and you have to reach into your own pockets and pay more through another "stormwater utility fee", or rain tax.

Meanwhile, please don't forget to pay your regular yearly City property taxes, too.

Do you get it, now? Are you ready to go to the November 24th council meeting and give Jimmy's clan your opinion of the "second reading" of the Rain Tax Ordinance? I am! Whether you rent or own, you ARE ALREADY PAYING THIS TAX through your regular property taxes each year. You're also paying well more for your water bill because your City Fathers decided to buy a $88 million dollar WWTP upgrade with a voided warranty! Now, you're paying for that. And now, they want even more.

You can say no to this robbery, or just roll over and let it happen...

Ocean View Woman Charged with 3rd Offense DUI after Returning to Crime Scene

Ocean View, DE – Troopers have arrested a 58-year-old Ocean View woman for her 3rd offense DUI after she returned to the scene of a car fire she was suspected of setting.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:50 p.m. Saturday November 15, 2014 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, located at 35083 East Atlantic Avenue (SR26), as troopers were assisting the State Fire Marshall's Office with securing a scene of a car fire that was suspected to be intentionally set.

Doreen K. Bowman, 58 of Ocean View, who was identified through video surveillance as being suspected of the crime, was observed returning the club as she drove into the entrance and was stopped by a trooper securing the scene. After detecting an odor of alcohol, Bowman was asked for her identification and gave a false name. At that time, an Ocean View police officer was able to positively identify her and knew that she had an active warrant out of Troop 4 for Offensive Touching. Bowman was then ordered to exit the vehicle, but instead drove further into the parking lot and then made a U-turn in an attempt to exit the parking lot. She was soon stopped and physically removed from the car and placed in custody.

Doreen Bowman was then transported back to Troop 4 where she was charged with 3rd Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (two previous convictions: 07/15/12, and 08/16/14), Criminal Impersonation, Resisting Arrest, Failure to Have Insurance in Possession, Failure to Have License in Possession, and Offensive Touching. She was arraigned and JP3 and committed to Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in lieu of $3,351.00 secured bond.

The Offensive Touching charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on October 28, 2014 at a residence on Ashland Drive in Ocean View in which Doreen Bowman grabbed a 58 year old female and threw her to the ground during an altercation.

Please contact the State Fire Marshall's Office for information into the investigation of the arson and any arrest information.

Democrats accuse Democrats of sexism

After the Democrats’ walloping in the midterm elections, the party went looking for a scapegoat — and they found one in Senior White House Advisor Valerie Jarrett.

But as soon as Jarrett began taking the blame for dysfunction in the Obama administration, her supporters started claiming the situation was due to sexism.

The thing is, the ones blaming Jarrett were Democrats, so essentially, Democrats have been blaming other Democrats of sexism. Interesting way to keep the “war on women” narrative alive.

The original article blaming Jarrett for the midterm upset came from Politico’s Carol Felsenthal, who reported how Obama’s advisers in the West Wing have been urging him to sideline Jarrett since the beginning of his presidency. She specifically noted former White House Chief of Staff and current Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s distaste for Jarrett. Emanuel believed Jarrett was trouble, that she “undermined” him and would overshadow him.

Gruber Has Made At Least $5.9 Million For Government Work

The federal government has paid Jonathan Gruber at least $4 million since the year 2000, for his work as an expert witness, a legal consultant and for his consultation on Obamacare.

That comes on top of at least $1.6 million the MIT economist has been paid by several states to consult on their health care bills.

Gruber, the so-called architect of Obamacare, came under fire this week after a number of videos emerged ofhim speaking candidly about how Obamacare was passed.

Gruber was paid $392,600 by the Department of Health and Human Services for his work on Obamacare. His main contribution was in the realm of economic modeling to help score the bill for budgetary purposes.

Delaware's own bare-knuckle Fight Club

Where boxers risk broken jaws and smashed noses for huge prizes - and fans pay $100 each to watch the blood fly

This is the underground bare-knuckle boxing club where men risk bloody noses and broken bones for a shot at the $40,000 prize.

The real-life Fight Club, which keeps moving locations, cropped up last in Wilimington, Delaware.

Organizers and competitors openly admit that the fights are illegal - but this does nothing to stop scores of spectators paying $100 for a ticket to watch the carnage and gamble on the outcome.

Combat takes place in a ring on the ground marked by masking tape. The only rules are that biting, kicking and holds are banned, and that it is illegal to attack an opponent who is on the floor.

Rehoboth To Target E-Cigs

REHOBOTH BEACH — Rehoboth Beach commissioners will vote Friday, Nov. 21, on a measure that would add electronic cigarettes to the city’s ban on smoking on the beach and Boardwalk.

Commissioner Stan Mills, who championed the ban on smoking tobacco instituted earlier this year, said e-cigarettes create confusion for enforcement officers because they look just like real cigarettes.

E-cigarettes are banned in state government nonsmoking areas, and the town of Bethany Beach included e-cigs in its smoking ban. Cities such as New York City and Chicago also have banned smoking e-cigarettes in public places, Mills said. He said in Bethany, the ban defines smoking as the inhaling and exhaling of any substance through any kind of delivery system.

Sheriffs Plan Massive Opposition to Obama’s Executive Amnesty in Washington

In light of Barack Obama's defiance to institute amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens in America, following his public spanking on Tuesday, constitutional sheriffs from across America are planning a massive meeting in Washington to oppose his usurpation of power.

Bristol County Sheriff Thomas M. Hodgson sent out a letter recently which called on sheriffs to descend on Washington on December 10 to meet with congressmen and encourage them to secure the border and oppose Obama's executive action regarding amnesty. The meeting will occur just days before the existing government funding bill expires.

"Never before in our nation's history has it been so important for the American sheriffs to stand united and speak with one voice to secure our nation's borders," Hodgson wrote. "No longer can we sit idle while the inaction of our Federal Government marginalizes our ability to preserve public safety, enforce our laws, and protect the Constitutional rights of all who legitimately reside and work in our communities."

'Obama's insurance policy': DC chuckles after GOP congressman rules out impeaching Obama because – 'Have you met Joe Biden?'

A Republican congressman known as a pit bull in Washington said Thursday that he doesn't support the idea of impeachment proceedings against President Obama because winning that fight would elevate the vice president to the Oval Office.

'Have you met Joe Biden?' South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy asked during a Fox News Channel interview.

Impeachment talk has swirled around Washington since the president announced that an executive order overhauling America's immigration system is imminent.

But some in the GOP see Biden as Obama's hedge against removal from office, since much of his public exposure has come in conjunction with a series of embarrassing gaffes.

Bill Cosby's Guest Shot With Letterman Canceled Amid Uproar Over Multiple Sexual Assault Allegations

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Bill Cosby will not dignify "decade-old, discredited" claims of sexual abuse with a response, his attorney said Sunday, the first reaction from the famed comedian to an increasing uproar over allegations that he assaulted several women in the past.
In a statement released to The Associated Press and posted online, lawyer John P. Schmitt said the fact that the allegations are being repeated "does not make them true."
"He would like to thank all his fans for the outpouring of support and assure them that, at age 77, he is doing his best work," Schmitt said.

Safe Streets Partnerships are a Continuing Success

Mayor James Ireton, Jr. is pleased to announce another Salisbury Safe Streets Coalition initiative involving Salisbury Neighborhood Services and Code Compliance and Poplar Hill Pre-Release Facility.

Through the Safe Streets initiative, the City of Salisbury has partnered with the Department of Corrections (DOC), for the fifth time, to clean-up rubbish from along the local railroad rights-of-way.

A group of supervised inmates will work with support from the Salisbury Department of Public Works (DPW) and Neighborhood Services & Code Compliance (NSCC) to remove a large amount of accumulated rubbish, from Truitt St. to Coles Circle.

“Poplar Hill Pre-release Unit is proud to partner with the City of Salisbury through our Public Safety Works program, which helps grow strong connections to the communities that they will be returning to,” said the Poplar Hill Pre-Release Communications Department.

“Last year, nearly 350 offenders were working in towns across Maryland on any given day; they worked a total of 685,000 hours.

“PSW is a fundamental aspect of restorative justice and PHPRU looks forward to future projects that will help to enhance the City of Salisbury and give inmates the skills that will help them to be productive members of the community when they return”

Mayor Ireton added, “The relationship that has grown between Poplar Hill Pre-Release and Neighborhood Services is laudable. This is the fifth cleanup event that this partnership has seen. Along with our re-entry program funded through the city, this Safe Streets relationship is an example of partnerships that work.”
