If this is the same car, the young dude that drives is hot rods around town all the time. Weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off

In Salisbury it would have been a $1,600 ambulance bill.
People who buy cars like that have every intention of driving too fast.

I noticed this as I was leaving town yesterday roughly 45 minutes after that heavy rain squall passed through Salisbury around 3:00.
