Governor Hogan Activates Statewide Strike Teams for Nursing Homes, Enacts Order to Shut Down Unsafe Facilities

Tours Field Hospital Site at Baltimore Convention CenterDirects Health Department to Provide Racial and Ethnic Breakdowns on COVID-19 CasesAnnounces Designation of Baltimore-Washington Corridor as Emerging Hotspot by Federal Administration
ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan today toured the state’s field hospital site at the Baltimore Convention Center, where he announced additional actions to slow the spread of COVID-19. Actions the governor announced today in Baltimore City include:
  • New strike teams to help nursing home facilities in need of additional support
  • A new executive order empowering local health departments to shut down any business, establishment, or construction site it deems unsafe
  • The release of additional demographic breakdowns of Maryland case data, including hospitalization rates and mortality
The governor also announced that the White House and federal officials have now designated the Baltimore-Washington corridor as an emerging hotspot.

“This virus continues to spread in every single jurisdiction in the state, but the concentration of Maryland cases has rapidly intensified particularly in the Baltimore-Washington corridor,” said Governor Hogan. “Over the past two weeks I have been sounding the alarm with the president, the vice president, members of the president’s task force, and other top administration officials, and I’m pleased to report that we have succeeded in convincing the Trump administration to designate the greater Baltimore-Washington corridor as a priority.”
Below is a comprehensive list of actions and updates the governor announced today:
STRIKE TEAMS FOR NURSING HOMES: Governor Hogan announced the formation of statewide strike teams, the first such effort in the nation, to provide support to nursing home facilities. The teams will be composed of members of the National Guard, representatives of local and state health departments, and EMS clinicians, as well as doctors and nurses from local hospital systems. These strike teams will be activated in response to requests from nursing homes, local health departments, and Maryland Department of Health (MDH) infectious disease experts. There will be three types of teams:
  • Testing teams, to identify those in close contact with a confirmed case, and collect and send out specimens for the fastest test available.
  • Assistance teams, to quickly assess the situation on-site, determine equipment and supply needs, and triage residents.
  • Clinical teams, which will include doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses from major hospital systems, tasked with providing on-site medical triage and stabilizing residents.
SHUTTING DOWN UNSAFE FACILITIES: Governor Hogan has issued a new executive order empowering local health departments to take action against any businesses, establishments, and construction sites they deem unsafe. The local health department, working with local law enforcement, can modify operations, limit movements to and from the facilities, or shut them down altogether. Read the governor’s order.
BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON CORRIDOR: After weeks of pressing for action, Governor Hogan announced that top federal officials have agreed to designate the greater Baltimore-Washington corridor as a priority and emerging hotspot. This includes Baltimore City and Baltimore County, as well as Anne Arundel, Calvert, Carroll, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Queen Anne’s counties.
RELEASE OF ADDITIONAL DEMOGRAPHIC DATA: Governor Hogan has directed MDH—through the Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities—to immediately take all actions necessary in order to provide further demographic breakdowns on race and ethnicity for all case data, including hospitalization rates and mortality. This week, MDH’s coronavirus resource page, coronavirus.maryland.gov, will begin displaying available data on racial and ethnic breakdown of COVID-19 cases, with updates as new data becomes available.
BALTIMORE CITY EFFORTS: Governor Hogan announced that the state will continue to support Baltimore City’s efforts to fight COVID-19, including the field hospital site, where COVID-19 patients who no longer require hospitalization will be able to complete their care and fully recover. The state will continue to provide support to the Baltimore Police Department as needed, and help stand up the community-based screening site at the Pimlico race course.
HOSPITAL SURGE UPDATE: Governor Hogan provided an update on the state’s hospital surge plan, announcing that the state has—on an emergency basis—approved 27 newly licensed assisting living programs, 42 residential sites for individuals with developmental disabilities, six newly licensed residential service agencies to provide home-based services, and 14 newly licensed clinical laboratories.
MARYLAND UNITES: Governor Hogan also encouraged Marylanders to donate and volunteer through the Maryland Unites initiative, saying, “While social distancing keeps us physically isolated from one another, there are so many examples of how in many ways this crisis is bringing Marylanders closer together with compassion and generosity.” Thousands of Marylanders have already answered the governor’s calls to action by registering for the Maryland Responds Reserve Medical Corps, making appointments to give blood, and donating to the Maryland Food Bank and other critical organizations.
All of Governor Hogan’s emergency orders and proclamations are available here. For COVID-19 resources, including case counts and clinician guidance, visit coronavirus.maryland.gov

Harris Announces Additional Coronavirus Grants to Eastern Shore

WASHINGTON, DC: Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01) announced the award of $3,123,465 in federal grants from the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Funding was provided by the recently enacted CARES Act, also known as the “Phase III” Congressional emergency legislation.

Specifically, three health centers serving the Eastern Shore have been awarded funding:

West Cecil Health Center, Inc - $749,885
Choptank Community Health System, Inc. - $1,068,110
Three Lower Counties Community Services, Inc. - $1,305,470

Congressman Harris made the following statement:

“While I had grave concerns about the hundreds of millions of dollars of unrelated spending included in the Phase III Coronavirus emergency response bill, getting this relevant funding to the states and local agencies is critical, and as a physician, I am pleased our local front line rural health centers will soon receive significant financial assistance.”

Manipulation Through Racial Hoaxes

We black people are so convenient and useful to America’s leftists. Whenever there’s a bit of silencing to be done, just accuse a detractor or critic of racism.

A recent, particularly stupid, example is CNN’s Brandon Tensley’s complaint that the “coronavirus task force is another example of Trump administration’s lack of diversity.”

Tensley said the virus experts are “largely the same sorts of white men (and a couple women on the sidelines) who’ve dominated the Trump administration from the very beginning.”

I’d like for Tensley to tell us just what racial or sex diversity contribute to finding a cure or treatment for the coronavirus.

Kennedy Center Strikes Deal to Pay Orchestra

Culture org attempted to cut pay after receiving $25 million bailout

The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts has struck a deal with members of the National Symphony Orchestra after attempting to halt salary payments to the musicians.

The organization's decision ignited a furor because it came just hours after President Donald Trump signed a stimulus package that sent the Kennedy Center $25 million. Tuesday's move is an attempt to quell the anger.

The District of Columbia Federation of Musicians, the union that represents the orchestra members, announced to its 96 members on Tuesday morning that it had reached a deal to avoid unpaid furloughs stemming from the coronavirus pandemic. Under the terms of the new agreement, musicians will take a partial pay cut as long as the Kennedy Center remains closed. They will also accept a wage freeze for the remainder of the calendar year.

In exchange for continued pay, the musicians agreed to drop a grievance filed against the Kennedy Center. Orchestra leaders welcomed the development but maintained that the center's actions were illegal.

Chicago Mayor Flouts Stay-At-Home Order to Get Haircut

Democrat Lori Lightfoot told constituents 'getting your roots done' isn't essential

Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot (D.) is on defense after she was spotted getting a haircut, flouting Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker's stay-at-home order that also shut down nonessential businesses like hair salons.

Photos emerged Sunday of Lightfoot getting a trim after the mayor made public service announcements encouraging social distancing and saying activities like "getting your roots done" were not essential.

Lightfoot was flustered Monday when reporters confronted her about the mixed messaging.

"I'm the public face of this city," she said. "I'm on national media and I'm out in the public eye. I take my personal hygiene very seriously. I felt like I needed to have a haircut. I'm not able to do that myself, and so, I got a haircut. You want to talk more about that?"

She said if she did her hair herself, it would be a "disaster" and the media's focus should be on people dying of the virus.

Even amid coronavirus, Democrats keep up their partisan games

America was stirring with opportunity at the beginning of 2017. Disrupter, energizer, and businessman Donald Trump had just been elected president.

After years of Obama-Biden economic malaise, businesses small and large were eager for the Trump economy to restore America to its best, richest self. Markets responded, gaining hundreds of points within days amid record-high trading volume, and a marked uptick in optimism — the knowledge that America’s best days were still to come.

Those heady days were an opportunity to rally together, under the leadership of a non-ideological president who was eager to make deals with our allies, better deals with our adversaries, and honest deals with dishonest politicians in both parties. After all, who could reasonably oppose policies that put America and the American people first?

Jared Kushner sped set up of drive-in virus testing, say officials

With a trademark shrug, Jared Kushner, President Trump’s fixer, has flicked off a wave of criticism for his involvement in the coronavirus war to help speed up the opening of drugstore virus drive-in tests and the collection of millions of N95 masks and ventilators, according to senior administration officials.

Rapped in the media for causing disruption in the multiagency effort, several senior officials involved with the fight on Tuesday gave Kushner credit for clearing a path for government and private industry to team up and solve critical issues.

One key area is the drive-up virus testing long promised but unfulfilled. This week, officials said that Kushner’s push for drive-ups succeeded when CVS opened three and several other drugstore giants followed suit.

Amazon To Suspend Delivery Service Competing With UPS, FedEx

Amazon.com Inc will suspend a delivery service that aims to compete with UPS and FedEx in the United States.

The online retailer told customers that the service, Amazon Shipping, will be paused starting in June, according to the Wall Street Journal, which was first to report the change.

Amazon is suspending the service because it needs people and capacity to handle a surge in its own customers’ orders, the Journal reported, citing sources.

“We regularly look at a variety of factors across Amazon to make sure we’re set up in the right way to best serve our customers,” an Amazon spokesperson told Reuters in an email confirming the halt in service.

CAN GYMS CLOSED BY PANDEMIC KEEP BILLING MEMBERS?

State law prohibits health clubs that are closed for longer than a month during the COVID-19 pandemic from billing members who pay month-to-month, the office of Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh said.

For members with contracts of at least three months, gyms, health clubs, fitness centers and self-defense schools must either extend contracts for the equivalent time of the closure or provide prorated refunds.

“Additionally, Fitness Centers cannot require that members proactively take action to freeze their membership or charge freeze fees as a result of the mandated closures,” a statement from Frosh’s office said.

All gyms, health clubs, fitness centers and self-defense schools in the state have been closed to the public since March 16 due to the COVID-19 crisis. Gov. Larry Hogan’s stay-at-home executive order mandated that Marylanders stay at home and closed all non-essential businesses.

Programs adapt to feed hungry in Maryland during pandemic

OLNEY, Md. — Government programs, food banks and nonprofit organizations aiding people who struggle to put food on the table have had to adapt to the novel coronavirus pandemic, and they say stress levels have moved beyond typical levels.

As more Marylanders encounter food insecurity, schools, nonprofits and others must figure out a way to get more food to more people, but with less staff and safety concerns hampering their ability to do so.

Organizations must weigh the possibility that volunteers and staff who are handling food could transmit or acquire the virus.

Trump Installs Ejection Seats Throughout Press Briefing Room

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Trump excitedly unveiled his latest improvements to the White House Press Briefing Room at Monday night's press conference: ejection seats.

Controlled by a panel on Trump's podium, the ejection seats allow him to instantly send any White House reporter on a free trip to somewhere a few hundred yards down Pennsylvania Avenue. Any journalist parroting Chinese propaganda, insulting the president, or asking a question without referring to Trump as "His Majesty Donald Trump May He Live Forever" is likely to get a free flight courtesy of the White House.

"Mr. President, why do you hate AmericaaaaaaaaAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" screamed one reporter as Trump solemnly pressed a button and sent her rocketing through the roof. Stunned journalists stared in shock at their colleague soaring hundreds of feet into the air. They were speechless, which was a "welcome change" according to sources.

Democrat Muriel Bowser said that roughly 93,000 people could contract COVID-19 in the city, according to model projection city officials are relying on.

Included in the projection are people who have tested positive for the virus but have since recovered, the Washington Post reports.

Car insurance companies will give customers back $800 million in premiums because no one is driving during coronavirus shutdowns

Major U.S. car insurance companies say they will return at least $800 million in premiums over the next few months because Americans are driving much less due to stay-at-home orders aimed at curbing the coronavirus outbreak.

Allstate Corp, one of the largest U.S. auto insurers, said on Monday that most customers will receive a 'payback' of 15 percent of their monthly premium in April and May, totaling about $600 million.

'Given an unprecedented decline in driving, customers will receive a Shelter-in-Place Payback,' said Allstate CEO Tom Wilson. 'This is fair because less driving means fewer accidents.'

I Drive A Vehicle Tagged In Delaware But Have A Maryland Drivers License

Let's get real people. I'm in the news business. I'd like/love to see the Daily Times expose their traffic like we do, proving we are so much bigger than WBOC, WMDT and the DT's. IF they came anywhere close to our numbers they'd gladly do so. Instead they make excuses as to why they refuse to show people their numbers SUCK.

That being said, I'm considered essential. As for my driving around taking pictures of cars in parking lots while I'm supposedly to shelter in place, I'm in a vehicle, stupid.

Now, when I do in fact go shopping when necessary I am well prepared and protected, and because we are responsible, YOU'RE PROTECTED TOO! My Wife took this picture of me last night in fact. I'm NOT in Virginia, New Jersey or New York spreading my germs carelessly exposing them completely disregarding and disrespecting the LAW coughing and spreading my germs without gloves and a mask.

So to those negative people trying to personally attack me, BITE ME!

P.S., As for my Delaware Tags, you people know I own multiple homes. My Wife has a DE license and I have a MD license. We have multiple cars that are ALL legally tagged.

Donald Trump Gets Millions of Hydroxychloroquine Pills from India

President Donald Trump persuaded India’s prime minister to release many millions of hydroxychloroquine pills on April 6 after the Indian government had announced it would keep all of the pills for its own population of almost 1.5 billion people.

“I called Prime Minister Modi of India this morning … and I said I’d appreciate it if they would release the amounts that we ordered,” Trump told reporters April 4, adding:
They make large amounts of hydroxychloroquine — very large amounts, frankly. They had a hold [on exports], because, you know, they have 1.5. billion people, and they think a lot of it. And I said I’d appreciate it if they would release the amounts that we ordered …

Welcome Illegally To Home Depot In Berlin Maryland

Xi Jinping: China to EXPAND Pharmaceutical Monopoly

Chinese dictator Xi Jinping told fellow G20 leaders in a tele-conferenced speech on Thursday that China intends to increase its manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to “keep global financial markets stable.”

Xi demanded that the rest of the world help keep the world’s markets — currently monopolized by the Chinese Communist Party — “stable” amid growing demands that countries reconsider having nearly all their necessary goods sourced from the communist regime. Extensive reporting out of Wuhan, the origin city of the current pandemic, has conclusively determined that communist censorship and repression of individuals seeking to share basic health tips to prevent spreading a contagious disease significantly amplified the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus.

One study blamed China for as many as 95 percent of the world’s known coronavirus cases.

“We need to better coordinate financial regulation to keep global financial markets stable. We need to jointly keep the global industrial and supply chains stable,” Xi said. “What China will do in this regard is to increase its supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients, daily necessities, and anti-epidemic and other supplies to the international market.”

Sanders suspends presidential campaign, rendering Biden presumptive Democratic nominee

Bernie Sanders has suspended his Democratic presidential campaign -- all but handing the nomination to former Vice President Joe Biden.

The senator from Vermont initially announced the decision during an all-staff conference call Wednesday morning, and followed up with a formal livestreamed address to supporters shortly before noon.

Citing Biden’s lead of over 300 convention delegates, Sanders declared: “The path toward victory is virtually impossible.”

He continued: “I have concluded that this battle for the Democratic nomination will not be successful. ... I do not make this decision lightly.”

Calling it a "difficult and painful decision," Sanders stressed that "while this campaign is coming to an end, our movement is not."

Judicial Watch: State/DOJ Tells Appeals Court It Should Reject Clinton Effort to Avoid Testimony

Judicial Watch has announced that it and the State Department, which is represented by Justice Department lawyers, filed responses opposing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills’ Writ of Mandamus request to overturn a U.S. District Court order requiring their testimony under oath regarding Clinton’s emails and Benghazi attack records.

At the same time, the government argued that it did not engage in “bad faith” in failing to disclose the Clinton non-government email system to Judicial Watch and the court. The briefs were filed on April 3 with the U.S. Appeals Court for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Judicial Watch argues that Clinton and Mills “must demonstrate that they have no other adequate means of relief,” which they failed to show. Also, Clinton and Mills do not demonstrate “that the District Court’s order was a judicial usurpation of power or a clear abuse of discretion, or that [Clinton and Mills] have a clear and indisputable right to a writ.” In fact, “the District Court reasonably concluded that Clinton’s previous explanations for using a personal email server are cursory, incomplete, and seemingly at odds with what discovery has yielded to date.”

Judicial Watch further argues that Clinton and Mills are trying to avoid their deposition testimony by relying on, “their status as former high-level government officials.” Clinton and Mills, “do not offer a single case from this Court or any other, holding that former high-level government officials should not be required to follow regular appellate channels to challenge a discovery order.” Particularly in Mills’ case, Judicial Watch notes that they, “identify no case in which a court entertained a mandamus petition to stop the deposition of even a sitting cabinet member’s chief of staff.”

The Trump-haters are chronically addicted to their rage

As anyone who has been watching the daily press briefings about the virus knows, the duplicitous non-journalists in the room are not one bit interested in actual facts or any good news about the virus, hydroxychloroquine, or medical equipment supplies, or any other information that may be gleaned about the administration's war against this flu. They are driven only by their hatred for this president, who has risen to the challenge as a true leader.

President Trump put the medical and scientific task force together early on, when the left was paying attention to and reporting only on the impeachment. He banned travelers from China when the Democrats and media called him a racist for implementing the ban, and he started screening passengers from all over the world.

We see the reporters' ill mannered disrespect throughout the mainstream media, network television, on CNN and MSNBC. No one can miss the truth of the left's plan: we can use this virus to destroy the economy and the country, and that will be the end of Trump.

But it won't. A majority of Americans can see for themselves that he has handled this crisis like a pro at problem-solving. Trump is exactly that — a problem-solver, no matter the magnitude of the problem.

ESSENTIAL WORKERS WOULD GET UP TO $25,000 BOOST UNDER SENATE DEMOCRATS' NEW 'HEROES FUND' STIMULUS

Senate Democrats unveiled a proposal Tuesday that would boost the pay of essential workers on the frontlines of the battle against the coronavirus pandemic by potentially tens of thousands of dollars.

As much as $25,000 in hazard pay would be afforded over a period of time to those deemed essential, including employees in health care, drug stores, grocery stores, sanitation workers, truck drivers, transportation workers and all federal employees with frontline positions, such as Postal Service workers.

"Not all heroes wear capes," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) told reporters on a conference call Tuesday. "For these Americans, working from home is not an option. Social distancing is not an option."

The raise would be equivalent to $13 per hour and would apply retroactively from the start of the health crisis emergency on January 27 until the end of the year, Schumer said.

Report: Wuhan Funeral Homes Burned Coronavirus Victims Alive

Locals in Wuhan, where the Chinese coronavirus pandemic originated, have heard screams coming from funeral home furnaces, and some treated in hospitals say they saw workers put living coronavirus patients in body bags, Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported on Monday.

RFA noted that it could not independently verify that the Chinese Communist Party was burning coronavirus patients alive, nor has the Communist Party confirmed or denied the rumors. Yet the rumors persist that, to make room for new patients in Wuhan’s overcrowded hospitals, medical staff chose older patients less likely to survive the infection and shipped them to incinerators while they were still alive and conscious.

RFA quoted a source “close to the funeral industry” identified only as Ma who said that he had heard reports of “people restrained and forced into body bags when they were still moving.”

“Some people are saying that … there are video clips of screams coming from funeral homes, from inside the furnaces … which tells us that some people were taken to the funeral homes while they were still alive,” Ma added.

'It's very sad': Fauci warns blacks disproportionately affected by coronavirus

White House coronavirus task force member Anthony Fauci said Tuesday that blacks are disproportionately at risk from the coronavirus due to high rates of diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and asthma.

"When you look at the predisposing conditions that lead to a bad outcome with coronavirus ... they are just those very comorbidities that are unfortunately disproportionately prevalent in the African American population," Fauci said during Tuesday's White House press briefing.

In Chicago, for instance, about 68% of the city’s 118 deaths and 52% of the estimated 5,000 cases have involved blacks, who make up only about 30% of Chicago’s total population, according to the Chicago Tribune.

"We're very concerned about that. It's very sad," Fauci said. "There's nothing we can do about it right now except to try to give them the best possible care to avoid those complications."

Outer Banks property owners file federal suit challenging restrictions to their homes

Six Outer Banks property owners have filed a federal lawsuit against Dare County claiming their constitutional rights have been violated by an emergency order preventing access to their homes.

The suit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for Eastern North Carolina, was brought by John P. Bailey, Paul W. Michael Jr., his wife Sheryl S. Michael, E. Thompson Brown, Todd A. Edgar and his wife Babette S. Edgar.

The Michaels and Brown, who live in Virginia, use their properties in Dare County as second homes, while Bailey and the Edgars use their homes as rentals. Bailey lives in South Carolina and the Edgars in Maryland.

“This action is brought by plaintiffs who seek to protect their right to travel, to engage in a common calling or occupation, and to obtain medical treatment as is guaranteed to them as citizens of the United States” by the U.S. Constitution, the suit reads.

On March 20, the Dare County Control Group — a multi-jurisdictional policy-making body that assumes a leadership role for the entire county during emergencies — amended a March 17 emergency declaration restricting visitor access to include non-resident property owners. Law-enforcement checkpoints have been established at both bridges into Dare County to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The coronavirus can live on a surgical mask for 7 days, cloth for 2 days, and paper for 3 hours. Here's how to disinfect surfaces properly.

How long the coronavirus could survive on surfaces

The researchers behind the new study tested the virus' lifespan in a 71-degree Fahrenheit room at 65% relative humidity. After three hours, the virus had disappeared from printing and tissue paper. It took two days for it to leave from wood and cloth fabric. After four days, it was no longer detectable on glass or paper money. It lasted longest, seven days, on stainless steel and plastic.

Strikingly, the authors wrote, of all the materials they tested, the coronavirus lasted longest on the outer layer of a surgical mask. On day seven of their investigation, the virus was still present on the outward facing side of the mask.

A Viewer Writes: SALISBURY NURSING HOME

Why aren’t patient’s imprisoned at Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center/Salisbury Genesis Eldercare, located at the corner of Route 50 and Civic Avenue, being told the truth?

Patient’s and the family of patients deserve to know the truth! And it needs to happen now! COVID is at Salisbury Nursing Home, and it is being spread. If a really large outbreak does happen in that nursing home, it will singlehandedly exhaust the entire healthcare infrastructure for the entire bottom half of the Delmarva peninsula.

Salisbury Nursing Home is known to be the BIGGEST nursing home in Maryland with over 300 beds. That’s more beds than all of Peninsula Regional Medical Center; even with their temporary tent hospital added in.

We understand that PRMC owns this facility, so it’s quite OBVIOUS that they are trying to sweep this problem under the rug, and the Wicomico County Health Department is helping them. They are all in each other’s pockets.

Why isn’t Larry Hogan ordering facilities to be transparent? Send Larry an email now! These people are our most vulnerable of citizens. These patients are our parents, our grandparents, our aunts, our uncles, our brothers, and our sisters. They do not deserve the run around, they’ve earned the right to be told the truth.

TELL US THE TRUTH! How are our loved ones being treated? What steps are being taken to mitigate this emerging crisis? Is the staff truly safe? I guarantee you that the staff at Salisbury Nursing Home does not have the same protective equipment being used by PRMC. Why? PRMC is financially invested in Salisbury Nursing Home as owners. I don’t want them to kill my grandmother. She is my rock!

Also, for those who find themselves in a hospital, and then they find that you are in need of a nursing home, the hospital ALWAYS recommends that someone pick Salisbury Nursing Home for their loved one. I guarantee they never ever tell them about their financial stakes. I also can promise you that they aren’t telling family’s about the COVID cases there. If they do come clean, they’ll say all COVID patients are isolated to one unit, but that’s not true. PRMC still cannot do testing, so they will never know what residents or staff are positive, and the virus will continue to spread in the nursing home.

Nationalism vs. Globalism

TRUMP: EXISTENTIAL THREAT TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER

The ongoing attacks by the political establishment on President Donald Trump –which began even before he was elected – are without parallel in history. The savagery, frenzy, and outright hysteria displayed by the President’s enemies within the Democrat Party, the media, and the various power centers of theglobalist elites have no prior precedent.

This President has been spied on, lied about, made the subject of phony foreign dossiers, insulted, ridiculed, scorned, mocked and threatened. We have witnessed Hollywood celebrities advocate for blowing up the White House, demand the President be jailed and his children abused.

We have seen politicians in Washington try to convict the President of non-existent crimes, investigate him and his family members for everything from tax returns to guests at his hotels, project on to him crimes that they themselves have committed, and seed his Administration with leakers and double-agents.

No other President in American history has been treated in such a shameful manner. Not Lincoln. Not FDR. Not Nixon. Not Reagan. What is it about this President that has roused such demons in his political foes? What is it about this President that drives his opponents to the brink of insanity ? That so terrifies and terrorizes the Pelosi’s, Schiff’s, Schumer’s and the George Soros’?

Is it simply that he is not part of the club, a brash outsider with a different style? Is it merely because he’s outspoken and tramples on political correctness? Is it because he’s sometimes unpresidential in his demeanor (at least in their minds)? Not at all. After all, aren’t these the same folks who loved Bill Clinton whose extracurricular activities involved cigars and staining blue dresses in the Oval Office?

Of course, Clinton was beloved by the globalist elites who pull the strings on world governments. He gave them NAFTA, after all. He gave them the WTO. He made tens of billions of dollars for them and their stockholders through these unfair trade deals that cost America five million manufacturing jobs and closed 70,000 factories. He also gave the military-industrial complex plenty of profit-making military interventions, from Haiti to Bosnia to Serbia and Iraq Bill Clinton, for all his corruption, delivered the goods for the New World Order.

Donald Trump, of course, never played ball with these globalists. He was elected explicitly on an anti-globalist platform that put America first. From day one, he started to implement that America-first agenda, earning him the undying enmity of all those whose profits are secured by selling out American workers, American jobs, and America’s national sovereignty. President Trump pulled us out of the TPP. Billions in lost profits for the globalists. President Trump pulled us out of the job-destroying Paris Climate Accords. Billions in lost profits for foreign nations like Communist China, at our expense. President Trump began the process of securing the U.S. border. Billions in lost cheap illegal immigrant labor for the Business Roundtable.

President Trump imposed tariffs on China, becoming the first President ever to address Beijing’s annual $500 billion rape of our economy. Billions in lost profits for corporations who ship our jobs to one of the worst tyrannies on the planet. President Trump renegotiated NAFTA. Again, billions in lost profits for the cheap labor crowd, President Trump launched the process of extricating the U.S. from endless foreign wars and avoiding new wars with nations like Iran and North Korea. Billions –perhaps trillions – in lost profits for the globalist war machine.

Is the picture becoming a little clearer? In each instance, the President’s policies have represented a dramatic upending of the globalist agenda of both parties, the Carter-Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama agendas of continuous war and the continuous looting of America’s wealth and hollowing out of the American middle class. With both parties and their representatives in Congress beholden to campaign donors whose profits are threatened by Trump’s America-first initiatives, is it no wonder thatboth Democrats and Never-Trump Republicans, all Globalist-Socialist, are determined to bring this President down?

Most of the mass media is controlled by these same global corporations. After all, doesn’t Amazon’s Jeff Bezos—the richest man in the world – own the Washington Post? As was said in Watergate, just follow the money. And while you’re following the money—see if it leads to a $500 million left-wing slush fund run by a shadowy Soros and Clinton linked group called Arabella Advisors, which is funding the anti-Trump political agenda through dozens of high-sounding front groups.

The New World Order gang is in full retreat all over the globe. From Brexit in the UK, to the populist governments of Hungary and Poland, to the Yellow Vest movement in France, and Salvini in Italy, the middle and working classes are demanding the overthrow of their nation-destroying overlords. The overlords who have flooded their countries with unassailable immigrants from North Africa and surrendered their sovereignty to the European Union and its unaccountable bureaucrats in Brussels. Theyhave lived the unfulfilled promises of the globalists, that giving up national sovereignty and relocating jobs abroad would usher in a new era of peace and prosperity. The exact opposite has happened. The globalist vision has resulted in $7 trillion of pointless wars in the Middle East, an immigration crisis, the loss of jobs, and declining standards of living.

In the United States, Donald J. Trump has emerged as the New World Order’s most tenacious and determined foe as he fights the good fight for the American people, our constitutional rights and liberties and the sovereignty of our nation. He is an existential threat to the New World Order. Unlike other Republican presidents of the recent past, he can’t be bought and has no price. Unlike them, he doesn’t give in, and he doesn’t give up.

The impeachment games. The Senate trials. After three years of trying to prevent the Electoral College from voting for Trump, stopping the inauguration, unleashing Jim Comey and the FBI, CIA spying, Robert Mueller and his phony Russia - gate probe, tax returns, emoluments, Kavanaugh, and all the rest -- the patience of the American public seems to be wearing thin. We aren’t as stupid as they think.

America is the Exception in this world! It was designed by our Founding Fathers to be so!

WH adviser claims he's a 'social scientist' qualified to take on Fauci

Peter Navarro, Donald Trump's economic adviser, said Monday that he is qualified to weigh in on the effectiveness of malaria drug hydroxychloroquine on coronavirus because he is a social scientist.

'Doctors disagree about things all the time,' Navarro said when asked on CNN Monday morning why he is better qualified to talk about the drug's effectiveness on COVID-19 than Dr. Anthony Fauci.

'My qualifications in terms of looking at the science is that I'm a social scientist,' he continued. 'I have a PhD, and I understand how to read statistical studies, whether it's in medicine, the law, economics or whatever.'

Navarro, 70, earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1972, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government in 1979 and went on to obtain a PhD in Economics from Harvard in 1986.

2 Passengers Die Aboard "Coral Princess" Cruise Ship Amid Another COVID-19 "Nightmare At Sea"

Two people on the Coral Princess cruise ship died overnight, after the ship reported 12 positive cases of coronavirus on Thursday, according to an announcement from the ship’s captain, who said the ship likely wouldn’t arrive in South Florida on Saturday as planned, but would rather make landfall on Sunday.

The captain didn’t say whether the deceased had tested positive for the virus, but he confirmed they were treated in the ship’s medical center.

"I know how difficult this news is to bear, but given the current situation, we remain committed to transparent and consistent communication with you," he said. "This information will need to be shared with shoreside authorities and will become public, so I wanted you to hear it from me first," the Captain said, according to a recording of the announcement provided to the Washington Post.

"Someone Ought to Sue His Ass Off!" - EPIC! Trump UNLOADS on Fake News, Fired ICIG Atkinson and "Fake" Whistleblower Eric Ciaramella at White House Presser

President Trump fired corrupt and controversial deep state hack ICIG Michael Atkinson on Friday night.

As we reported in November, Deep State ICIG Michael Atkinson altered the whistleblower form to allow for second-hand information, which allowed suspected Schiff whistleblower Eric Ciaramella to present a bogus accusation on the President.

As we reported previously, Atkinson changed the IC whistleblower form sometime before September shortly after a CIA Agent, who was spying in the Trump White House, drafted a complaint on President Trump.

Atkinson saw to it that the whistleblower form was updated to allow for second hand information, which the ‘whistleblower’ (believed to be Eric Ciaramella) provided in his complaint. Although, the form should not have been accepted based on second-hand information and because it was about the President of the United States (who is not in the IC), Atkinson accepted the complaint.

CNN's Jim Acosta: Great at Making a Scene, Not So Great at Actual Reporting

CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta has made a name for himself by shouting questions at President Donald J. Trump and putting his life on the line whenever cameras are rolling in the White House briefing room. On Friday, for example, the intrepid reporter attempted to mansplain the coronavirus to Dr. Deborah Birx.

Acosta recently published a book, The Enemy of the People, about how the past several years have been "a dangerous time to tell the truth in America." One reason he wrote the book, Acostaexplained, is that he wanted his children "to grow up in a country where, you know, we can still shout questions at the president." Making a scene on television was a tremendous "sacrifice," the reporter acknowledged, but one that he knows "will be worth it."

When it comes to making a scene, Acosta is the best in the game. However, not all of his colleagues in journalism are impressed by his unique skill set. ABC's Jon Karl, for example, had some harsh words for Acosta in his own recently published book, Front Row at the Trump Show.

Karl, the president of the White House Correspondents' Association, criticized Acosta for frequently behaving like an "opinion journalist" and taking a "soapbox" approach that played "right into the explicit Trump strategy of portraying the press as the opposition party."
