Welcome Illegally To Home Depot In Berlin Maryland

Moments ago I went to Home Depot after receiving a call that I wouldn't believe how many out of state vehicles are in the parking lot. Mind you, there were a ton of Delaware tags there as well and as my next post will show you, WalMart was just as bad.

You have to wonder where the State Police are. Some of us have been doing our job self quarantining voluntarily and it shouldn't take JOE CITIZEN to have to police our neighborhoods to perhaps save our own lives from others dragging in this virus illegally.

  4. The BIG question is, why aren't the State Police monitoring these parking lots. I'm sick and tires of these new rules in which they expect US to follow and then they do NOTHING to go after those who violate them!

  6. my wife lives in delaware and is a nurse in cambridge. should she be repeatedly stopped since she has an essential employee letter from her job? just quit with the presumption of people just visiting and stay home.

  8. If you'd report someone for breaking a stay at home order.
You would've reported Anne Frank to the Germans.

  9. What about the people that work in one state & live in the other! I’ll be damned if I am going to drive to Lewes to go to Home Depot when I pass right by it on my way home from Salisbury!! Smh....people are getting ridiculous with the posting of license plates.

  10. Depot is supposed to be selling essentials! Flooring, blinds, soil, fertilizer, plants and such are not essential! People are there browsing for new floors with THEIR KIDS!!! It needs to be stopped! I hear people are ordering online, I but what they don't get is, going out to get is not proper! NO TRAVEL UNLESS NECESSARY FOR ESSENTIALS!!

Yep, they live all around the Church Street area in Ghetto'Bury and Jake Day refuses to do anything about it.

That is in Berlin so why isn't the Berlin PD or the Worcester County Sheriff's Office doing anything about it.

What you say about that Sheriff SRO??

    1. Go to work and go back home. Shop in your home state. I am a resident of Berlin and have not found any TP in over a month except 68 cent 4 pack at Wal-Mart one time. I finally ordered some online yesterday.

  15. Maryland hasn't banned out of state vehicles, just said out of state people must quarantine for 14 days. Delaware has actually banned out of state cars.

  18. I live in Worcester Co and the closest BJs is in Millsboro. I drove there, got pulled over in the parking lot, given a written warning and was made to leave...event though person in front of me was from MD too and I watched them walk in the store as the cop was talking to me. But I could've stopped at anyone of the 50 Rofos on the way bc they weren't monitored. I feel like our area is a little special since driving to BJ's is only 20 mins and so many people in MD have DE license plates. But sorry, NJ, PA and NY...keep your cooties in your state.

  19. There are time share condos in Ocean city, with Time share condos, each week is a separate room/unit which is owned and deeded as well as taxed to a different individual or family. So each week has a different OWNER. If you have a deed to a residence you live in, even if it is for only a week. You are considered to live there. Many of these time shares are owned by out of state people. Residence do not have to change the registration of a vehicle in Maryland until they live in Maryland for a certain number of days and one week is not long enough to require that change.
