Trump On WARPATH After Learning What Sessions Did With Obama And Hillary

In the last few days, the FBI informant who was covering the Uranium One deal, where the Clintons allegedly allowed Russian money to interfere with Obama’s decision to allow the sale of uranium after the Clintons received large sums of cash, has now been allowed to speak publicly. As well, we now know that his name is William Campbell, and he is only now speaking up after being gagged when he originally wanted to speak to Congress in 2010 when the deal was finalized but was prevented from doing so by the FBI. Campbell now says that he has “damning evidence” against the Clintons and the Obamas, and it looks like the Department of Justice under Jeff Sessions has been snoozing through the whole scandal.

Last week, Sessions gave testimony suggesting that “the case in which Mr. Mikerin was convicted was not connected to the CFIUS problem that occurred two to three years before.” Vadim Mikerin was a Russian official who was sentenced to four years of prison for conspiracy to commit a money laundry offense in connection with the Uranium One deal, and he was also forced to hand over two million dollars connected to the deal. The CFIUS is the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and was also part of the investigation by the FBI informant.

New Report Reveals That Nearly Half Of ‘Female’ Transgender Inmates Are SEX OFFENDERS

This is a staggering report. It turns out the British government allowing inmates to self-identify as the opposite sex will endanger female prisoners. A HUGE number of transgender prisoners are sex offenders… almost half of them. This was disclosed by feminist charity Fair Play who found that “at least 41 per cent” of transgender inmates housed in jails across England and Wales are sex offenders. You know, I didn’t need a report to tell you that would be the case. It just figures.

Think about it… what better way for a deviant to get access to women to abuse than pretend to be one themselves? It’s sick and twisted. But what is even worse is that authorities even allow it. There are 70 transgenders in English and Welsh jails. But officials are refusing to disclose how many are sex offenders officially because they say there is no “business or legal case” for recording the data. Excuse me? And yet you let them loose among women? Fair Play vehemently disagrees and says the information is needed to protect women against men who are allowed to change their sex without even seeing a doctor.

ACLU Sues Feds, Demands 43 Pregnant Illegals Have Access to Abortion

The surge of illegal immigrant children crossing the border also means a surge of pregnant girls in U.S. custody, according to new government figures made public late Monday, highlighting the latest test of Trump administration policies.

At least 420 pregnant Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) have been caught and put into government care over the last year, and 43 pregnant illegal immigrant girls were still in custody of the Health and Human Services Department as of Oct. 17, Jonathan White, the department’s director for children’s programs, said in court documents.

Of the 420 girls seen in fiscal year 2017, 18 requested abortions and 11 had them. Another five rescinded their request for an abortion, and two were turned over to sponsors in the U.S. before a final decision was made, Mr. White said, meaning they were outside of government custody.

The numbers come as the American Civil Liberties Union has filed a class action lawsuit demanding the government provide illegal immigrant girls the same rights to access abortion that Americans have.

The ACLU already won the first skirmish last month over a 17-year-old girl identified only as “J.D.” or “Jane Doe,” whose case went all the way to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, where a deeply divided panel of judges ruled the government had to facilitate her abortion, even if it meant spending taxpayer money.

DOJ moves to strip Citizenships for Immigrant Sex Abusers

EXCLUSIVE: The Department of Justice on Tuesday filed lawsuits to revoke the U.S. citizenship of five immigrants who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing minors in incidents determined to have taken place before they became naturalized, Fox News has learned.

These individuals, according to the Justice Department, “unlawfully procured their U.S. citizenship by concealing sexual abuse of minor victims during the naturalization process.”

“Committing fraud in any immigration matter undermines the integrity of our immigration system, and is a betrayal of the American people’s generosity,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement. “It is especially appalling when it also involves the sexual abuse of children.”

The lawsuits were filed in the Southern District of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.

Journalist Sara Carter Slams DOJ Attempt To Discredit FBI Informant And Stonewall Uranium One Investigation

Several weeks ago a bombshell report by John Solomon and Alison Spann of The Hill revealed that an undercover FBI informant embedded deep within the Russian nuclear industry had uncovered evidence as early as the fall of 2009 of a massive plot by Russia to corner the American Uranium market. Evidence of the scheme was in the hands of the FBI an entire year before the Obama administration approved the sale of Uranium One to Russia’s state-owned Energy giant, Rosatom – which has since been exporting ‘yellowcake’ uranium to Canada, Europe and elsewhere via a Kentuky trucking firm.

Based on what the FBI knew – including evidence which purportedly includes a video of Russians preparing briefcases of bribe money – the deal never should have gone through. Moreover, both Robert Mueller and current deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were directly involved – and current Attorney General Jeff Sessions and other Justice Department officials appear to be covering for them.

Recent sexual assault charges show so much testosterone on Capitol Hill

These are not happy times for anybody. You can’t keep up with the serial sexual offenders without a scorecard, and the list grows longer every day and all the claims won’t fit on one scorecard. Seekers of cash settlements are advised to not take checks, and hurry to the bank and get in line before the cash runs out.

Who knew there was so much testosterone floating on the breeze in the land of the free and the home of the grabbers. We owe the French a collective apology for presuming all these years that theirs was the randiest nation. We have confronted the seducer extraordinaire, and he is us. Wanton grabbing and surreptitious squeezing have replaced baseball as the national pastime.

A second complaint has been filed against Al Franken. The lady says he grabbed a handful of her bottom and gave it a squeeze when she stood next to him for a photograph at the Minnesota State Fair. Five women — no, now it’s eight — say Charlie Rose, who looks as innocent as Mr. Peepers, told The Washington Post, which has become Harassment Central, that he had done bad things to them, including exercising “a violent temper.” But no blows, apparently, were exchanged.

Good ol’ Charlie plunged to his knees in the manner of Al Franken to go beyond a mere apology with a deep and full grovel. He has “prided myself” on being an advocate for women over his 45 years in journalism, and he is “greatly embarrassed” for having needed a learning experience but he always thought he was “pursuing shared feelings.” Good ol’ Charlie has a way with the spoken word, though these words were written down and probably passed muster with a lawyer (or lawyers).

"It's A Designed Cover-Up" - Powerful Democratic Congressman John Conyers Sexually Harassed Staffers

Update: In a lawsuit unearthed by Buzzfeed, a second woman accused Conyers of sexual harassment, but later abandoned efforts to hold him accountable. According to Buzzfeed, a former scheduler for the Democrat said she faced daily harassment from the congressman in a suit she later dropped after a court denied her request to keep it sealed. The behavior dscribed in the suit took place between 2015 and 2016, meaning it happened after Conyers settled with the previous, unnamed, former staffer.

“These behaviors and actions were so common and pervasive that they created a hostile work environment,” she alleged. Unlike the settlement agreement that was published by Buzzfeed earlier Monday, this lawsuit is a public document. BuzzFeed News was not able to reach the woman for comment and also decided against releasing her name.

Asked by Buzzfeed to comment on the lawsuit Tuesday, a Conyers spokesman said: “[The former staffer] voluntarily decided to drop her case.” The congressman “vehemently” denied the previously reported allegations.

Though the staffer expressed admiration for Conyers' civil rights record in the suit, his harassment quickly became too much for her to tolerate. She even convinced a former staffer to be her "fake boyfriend". He would stop by the office once in a while in an attempt to head off Conyers' advances.

Why Is The DOJ Downplaying Reports Of Proof Linking Obama And Clinton To Russian Corruption?

Following the release of the identity of the FBI informant, Justice Department officials in recent days said that informant William Campbell’s prior work won’t shed much light on the U.S. government’s controversial decision in 2010 to approve Russia’s purchase of the Uranium One mining company and its substantial U.S. assets.

However, The Hill’s John Solomon has reviewed 1000s of new memos from an FBI informant that clearly show illegal activity surrounding a Russian plot to corner the American uranium market, ranging from corruption inside a U.S. nuclear transport company to Obama administration approvals that let Moscow buy and sell more atomic fuels.

FBI informant Campbell, acting as a consultant trying to help Rosatom overcome political opposition to the Uranium One deal, gathered evidence for six years, and, according to the more than 5,000 pages of documents from the counterintelligence investigation, there are a number of evidenciary links between corrupt Russians, President Obama, and Hillary Clinton…

Flashback: Waters Called Conyers a Man of 'Impeccable Integrity' on Women's Issues

Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (Calif.) praised her Democratic colleague, Rep. John Conyers (Mich.), in late October for being supportive of women for many years, but multiple former staffers alleged in a report on Monday that he had made unwanted sexual advances on his female staffers.

Waters addressed about 4,000 women at the Women's Convention in Detroit last month, where she praised Conyers for his commitment to women over the course of many years.

"You know, there is a member of Congress who has been supportive of women for many, many, years," Waters said. "He is quiet. He is confident. He is powerful, but he has impeccable integrity on all of our issues. Give John Conyers a big round of applause."

Buzzfeed: She Said That a Powerful Congressman Harassed Her, Here’s Why You Didn’t Hear Her Story

Paul McLeod and Lissandra Villa write for Buzzfeed News that Rep. John Conyers has been alleged in four signed affadavits of making sexual advances toward former female staff members:

Michigan Rep. John Conyers, a Democrat and the longest-serving member of the House of Representatives, settled a wrongful dismissal complaint in 2015 with a former employee who alleged she was fired because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.”

Documents from the complaint obtained by BuzzFeed News include four signed affidavits, three of which are notarized, from former staff members who allege that Conyers, the ranking Democrat on the powerful House Judiciary Committee, repeatedly made sexual advances to female staff that included requests for sexual favors, contacting and transporting other women with whom they believed Conyers was having affairs, caressing their hands sexually, and rubbing their legs and backs in public. Four people involved with the case verified the documents are authentic.

And the documents also reveal the secret mechanism by which Congress has kept an unknown number of sexual harassment allegations secret: A grinding, closely held process that left the alleged victim feeling, she told BuzzFeed News, that she had no option other than to stay quiet and accept a settlement offered to her.

Hillary: Corrupt, Clueless, Coddled

Hillary Clinton is not complex, not at all. For her legion of personal problems -- her tone-deaf woodenness, her arrogance, her greed, her worst problem has been her Democratic Party Privilege.

Yep, that’s the fatal flaw.

It’s really her biggest problem. She’s been coddled because of her party affiliation. She’s been coddled by a media that refused to report her ugly side. She’s been coddled by a base that has been fooled repeatedly. She’s convinced them she’s highly moral, highly intelligent, highly principled, and somehow represents all women, minorities, and the average American.

When Will We Finally Hold Wicked Hillary Accountable?

Clearly, Hillary Clinton is a sociopath, willing to sacrifice any and everything to get what she wants. Donna Brazile's book exposed how Hillary and her DNC minions stole the presidential nomination from Bernie Sanders. A normal person would run for cover, thankful he is not in jail. But not Hillary. This sick woman remains laser-focused, obsessed with plotting to reverse the election to steal Trump's presidency.

Hillary is acting exactly like the little girl in the movie The Bad Seed. In the movie, seemingly perfect and adorable eight-year-old Rhoda assumed she would win the perfect penmanship medal. Her classmate Claude won the medal. Outraged, Rhoda cornered Claude and demanded that he give her his medal. When Claude refused, Rhoda murdered Claude and stole it.

New allegation against Franken, this time met with silence

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A woman says Al Franken pulled her in tightly and put his hand on her buttocks in 2010 while posing for a picture at the Minnesota State Fair, the second allegation of improper conduct against the Democrat and first involving his time as a senator.

Lindsay Menz told CNN last week for a report broadcast Monday that the interaction with the Minnesota senator made her feel “gross.” She said she immediately told her husband that Franken had “grabbed” her bottom and that she posted about it on Facebook.

Menz’s story comes days after a Los Angeles broadcaster, Leeann Tweeden, accused Franken of forcibly kissing her during a 2006 USO tour. Franken already faced a Senate ethics investigation over Tweeden’s allegation, but the Menz allegation is potentially more damaging for Franken because it would be behavior that occurred while he was in office.

Franken, a Democrat, told CNN he didn’t remember taking the photo with Menz, but said in a statement to the network that he feels badly that she felt disrespected.

“I take thousands of photos at the state fair surrounded by hundreds of people, and I certainly don’t remember taking this picture,” Franken told CNN. “I feel badly that Ms. Menz came away from our interaction feeling disrespected.”

Franken’s office did not respond to repeated Associated Press messages seeking comment.

Don't Let Stomach Bugs Ruin Your Holiday Feast

When preparing for a big Thanksgiving feast, the last thing on your mind is whether or not the food you’re about to eat could make you sick. Yet every year, 48 million Americans are sickened by foodborne illnesses, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die.

Before eating the biggest meal of the year, experts say it’s a good idea to educate yourself on food poisoning and how to ensure the holiday meal that you’ve slaved over won’t make you, your family, or guests sick.

Dierdre Schlunegger, CEO of STOP Foodborne Illness, tells Newsmax Health that a variety of pathogens in food can cause serious illnesses, including E. Coli, salmonella, norovirus, and others.

“The consequences of foodborne illness can range from just a small stomachache to death,” Schlunegger says. “Children, elderly people, and those with compromised immune systems are the most at risk for foodborne illnesses.”

The good news is that, with a little planning and preparation, you can avoid many of the cause of food poisoning. Here are nine things Schlunegger and other experts recommend to help you stay safe this holiday season:

The Economist Went There - Shockingly Un-PC Study Shows Whites Work Hardest, Longest

A trio of labor economists suggest that effort at work is correlated with race...

As The Economist writes, given the long history of making racial slurs about the efforts of some workers, any study casting black and Hispanic men as lazier than whites and Asians is sure to court controversy.

But, a provocative working paper by economists Daniel Hamermesh, Katie Genadek and Michael Burda sticks a tentative toe into these murky waters.

They suggest that America’s well-documented racial wage gap is overstated by 10% because minorities, especially men, spend larger portions of their workdays not actually working.

The Nuclear Option: Trump Proves Himself a Fearless Warrior Sticking with Moore

At some point, every warrior eventually runs out of arrows. His armor wears thin yet grows heavier still. He must lay down his weary helmeted head for rest.

Even Coriolanus was forced to retreat — at the behest of his mother.

Not so Donald Trump.
Not a weary drop of blood pumps through the man’s veins. He wears his thick armor light as skin. His bottomless quiver is never empty.

Fearlessly, President Trump sauntered away from his wife and son into the presence of his enemies. As casually as Clint Eastwood dispatching a horse thief, Mr. Trump laid waste to the media’s carefully choreographed plot to wrest the U.S. Senate away from Republicans and somehow smear the president with an accused child molester.

Would the president throw in with Judge Moore and defend a man accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl he picked up cruising the halls of family court? Would the president place politics above honor and try some wink and a nod? Would Mr. Trump give in and torch Judge Moore so thoroughly as to ensure that Democrats get one seat closer to controlling the Senate after next month’s Alabama election?

Roy Moore Campaign Claims to ‘Completely Bust’ Accusations as Details Emerge

More possible holes in the most serious sexual misconduct allegations against Judge Roy Moore, the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Alabama, began to emerge this week.

Beverly Young Nelson, the woman alleging perhaps the most serious of claims against Moore, that he tried to force her to perform a sex act in his locked car when she was 16, is represented by controversial “civil rights” attorney Gloria Allred. Allred, who also represented women alleging still unproven sexual misconduct allegations against President Donald Trump, is refusing to hand over the pivotal yearbook Nelson claims Moore signed. Nelson’s own stepson and a high school boyfriend have already cast doubt on her accusation.

Potential problems emerged in Nelson’s account Monday when Moore’s campaign released a list of seven of what they describe as inconsistencies that “completely bust” the accusation. The release quotes Rhonda Ledbetter, who claims to have worked at Olde Hickory House, where the assault allegedly occurred, for nearly three years surrounding the dates in question.

Ledbetter told the Moore campaign there is another side of the story not being told:

"When I heard Beverly Nelson’s story, there were several details that were different from what I remember. I was nervous at coming forward because of all the attention this story has gotten, but as a moral and ethical person I had to speak up about what I know to be true.

"I was a waitress at Olde Hickory for almost three years from 1977-1979, and I never saw Roy Moore come in to the restaurant. Not one time. And I would have noticed because most of our customers weren’t wearing suits, especially not at night."

Another Olde Hickory House waitress, Renee Schivera, similarly questions Nelson’s account, saying:

"I was a waitress at the Olde Hickory House during the summer of 1977, before my senior year of high school. When I heard Beverly Nelson’s story the first thing that stuck out to me was that I don’t remember Roy Moore ever coming into the restaurant. I also don’t remember her working there."

NFL Ratings Slump Worsens As ESPN Forced To Slash $80 Million In Salary Costs

As the NFL continues to try to address the ongoing civil war between Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Commissioner Roger Goodell, not to mention the intermittent hostile fire from the White House, viewers are increasingly deciding they've had enough and are abandoning professional football viewership altogether. As the NY Post points out today, the embattled league saw ratings dip 6.3% in Week 11 meaning 1 million fewer people tuned in to see players take a knee during the national anthem versus last year.

The TV audience for NFL games steepened its slide in Week 11, losing 1 million viewers versus last year’s season-to-date average.

The 6.3 percent slump — worsening from comparable declines of 5.6 to 5.7 percent during the previous three weeks — plagued a week whose off-the-field drama made gridiron tackling seem almost tame by comparison.

After starting 11.8 percent behind last year’s TV audience for NFL games in Week 1, league viewership had either held its own or narrowed the gap through Week 8.

The 6.3 percent shortfall in Week 11 reflects an average viewership of 14.9 million for the NFL’s 68 national telecasts this year versus 15.9 million for the season-to-date in 2016.

Sarah Silverman: ‘I fell in love’ with Trump voters once I got to know them

Liberal comedian Sarah Silverman said she learned a thing or two about Americans who voted for President Trump once she took the time to get to know them one-on-one.

Ms. Silverman spoke at the Vulture Festival in Los Angeles over the weekend about her new satirical Hulu series, “I Love You, America,” in which she seeks common ground with people of different political and cultural stripes. She revealed that finding common ground with the people who voted for Mr. Trump, whom she’s ruthlessly criticized over the past two years, was surprisingly easy.

“When you’re one-on-one with someone who doesn’t agree with you, or whose ideology is different than yours, when you’re face to face, your porcupine needles go down,” she said, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “The surprise was … I fell in love with them. I had a great time with them and I felt comfortable.

“I’m trying to be open,” she said. “I’m finding if I do engage with someone who is angry at me, or angry and I’m a place where they can put that anger … it’s almost always a good experience, because more than anything, all of us what we have in common is, we want to feel seen. We want to feel like we exist. We really should — all of us — work on not getting our self-esteem from outside forces, but it is so much when somebody just sees you. It’s just like, everything melts away. We just all just human out again.”

Why George Washington Thought the Practice of Gratitude Was Essential for the American Character

Our two greatest presidents, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, respectively thought Thanksgiving sufficiently important to initiate its national celebration and to later revive this tradition.

Our accepted convention is that Thanksgiving is about family togetherness and feasting. Surely this is part of it—but perhaps a more refined notion of what this nearly ancient holiday should mean for us today is helpful.

National days of reflection are required to unify the American public in common sentiment. Washington had this in mind in issuing his rightly famousThanksgiving Day proclamation of 1789.

First begun as a harvest holiday, Thanksgiving predates the founding of our republic. But in this first proclamation of the first year of his presidency, Washington gave a political direction to the holiday. As he said elsewhere, he wanted, through his example, “to establish a national character of our own.”

U.S. hospitals feeling the pain of physician burnout

Dr. Brian Halloran, a vascular surgeon at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor, starts planning his garden long before spring arrives in southeast Michigan.

His tiny plot, located in the shadow of the 537-bed teaching hospital, helps Halloran cope with burnout from long hours and the stress of surgery on gravely ill patients.

"You really have to find the balance to put it a little more in perspective," he said.

Hospitals such as St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor have been investing in programs ranging from yoga classes to personal coaches designed to help doctors become more resilient. But national burnout rates keep rising, with up to 54 percent of doctors affected.

Some leading healthcare executives now say the way medicine is practiced in the United States is to blame, fueled in part by growing clerical demands that have doctors spending two hours on the computer for every one hour they spend seeing patients.

What's more, burnout is not just bad for doctors; it's bad for patients and bad for business, according to interviews with more than 20 healthcare executives, doctors and burnout experts.

"This really isn't just about exercise and getting enough sleep and having a life outside the hospital," said Dr. Tait Shanafelt, a former Mayo Clinic researcher who became Stanford Medicine's first chief physician wellness officer in September.

"It has at least as much or more to do with the environment in which these folks are practicing," he said.

Google on RT, Sputnik: Russian Media to Be 'De-ranked' in Searches

Google parent company Alphabet said the search engine will “de-rank” articles from Russia Today and Sputnik because of allegations the Russian government meddled in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

At the Halifax International Security Forum on Saturday, Alphabet Chairman Eric Schmidt said search algorithms would be used to limit the reach of articles, the BBC reported.

“We’re well aware of this one, and we’re working on detecting this kind of scenario you’re describing and deranking those kinds of sites,” Schmidt said.

The Russian news outlets called the move censorship, but Schmidt said censorship was not the intention.

Dr. Hoffman: 13 tips for surviving the holidays

Last week, I discussed ways to maintain your physical health over the holiday season, but what about your mental health? It should come as no surprise that the holiday season can be one of stress, conflict, even loneliness for many. Here are my best tips for keeping your emotional health in tip-top shape during this sometimes trying season:

7) Don’t overbook: Holiday freneticism is hard to avoid. Deliberately create “circuit breakers” in your schedule to avoid Yule burnout.

8) Light it up: The holidays coincide with the darkest time of the year. Get some light in your eyes with an early morning walk, or consider a light box to fend off Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

9) Overcome the blues: While it may seem paradoxical to be depressed during the traditional “Season of Joy,” it’s actually quite natural. The contrast between your circumstances and the illusion that everyone else has it better is never more accentuated. Unhappy childhood memories surface, and loneliness and feelings of failure are highlighted against a festive background.

Roy Moore: Deploy Military to Fortify U.S.-Mexico Border

In a policy interview here, Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore advocated for the Trump administration to immediately deploy the U.S. military to fortify the U.S.-Mexico border while plans for a wall are being strategized.

“I believe that we can stop illegal aliens from coming across our border within a matter of a week using the United States military to support the border patrol,” Moore stated. “That is not a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. It has been done by numerous presidents.”

“And then we have the money, as soon as possible we can build a wall to stop these illegal aliens from coming across our border. I think we should act on these things and we should do them as soon as possible,” he said.

GQ Magazine Urges Readers to Trash Thanksgiving for Trump Voters

If you can’t argue politics with your relatives, then just trash their Thanksgiving dinner for spite, says a politics column in GQ magazine, titled “It’s Your Civic Duty to Ruin Thanksgiving by Bringing Up Trump.”

The writer gets straight to the point:

It’s late-November 2017, and you know what that means: Every man you’ve ever seen on TV for any reason has just been unmasked as a woman-hating sewer ghoul. Also, it’s time to ruin your Trump-supporting family’s Thanksgiving—for America!

Then column then offer suggests different ways for adults to customise their own Thanksgiving tantrums:

Cardin says Trump, Putin must remain in communication

Sen. Ben Cardin said Tuesday the U.S. and Russia must remain in communication despite the growing controversy surrounding President Trump’s possible connections to the country.

“I think we have to have communications between the president of Russia and the United States. So that’s fine. I don’t mind the conversation,” Mr. Cardin, Maryland Democrat, said on CNN.

The senator was referring to Mr. Trump’s planned conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. But Mr. Cardin said Mr. Trump must use this time to emphasize the severity of Russia’s actions in the past year.

International Campaign Will Monitor Fall of China's Tiangong-1 Space Lab

Skywatchers are on the lookout for China's Tiangong-1 space lab — and the seeing is good.

Tiangong-1 (whose name translates as "heavenly palace") launched into Earth orbit in late September 2011. It was used for six successive rendezvous and dockings with three different spacecraft — Shenzhou-8 (unmanned), Shenzhou-9 (piloted) and Shenzhou-10 (piloted) — as part of China's human space exploration activities.

But in March 2016, Tiangong-1 ceased functioning. The unmanned space lab, which weighed 18,740 lbs. (8,500 kilograms) at launch, is now predicted to fall back to Earth in late January 2018, plus or minus one month, according to a forecast generated by researchers at The Aerospace Corporation on Oct. 31. [Gallery: Tiangong 1, China's First Space Laboratory]

"It is unlikely that this is a controlled re-entry," The Aerospace Corporation wrote in a Tiangong-1 re-entry FAQ. "Although not declared officially, it is suspected that control of Tiangong-1 was lost and will not be regained before re-entry."

By the President of the United States of America. a Proclamation.

Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor—and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me “to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.”

"Comey Has No Issue With It": Judicial Watch Dumps Explosive New FBI Emails From McCabe's Conflict Review

Judicial Watch has just dumped a new treasure trove of FBI emails regarding Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's conflict check relative to the Clinton email investigation (for those who missed it, we reviewed all of McCabe's many scandals here: "FBI Director McCabe Subject Of Three Separate Federal Inquiries Into Alleged Misconduct: Report"). Ironically, this particular FOIA request was filed in October 2016 under the Obama administration but they apparently just "didn't have time" to get to it.

Judicial Watch today released 79 pages of Justice Department documents concerning ethics issues related to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s involvement with his wife’s political campaign. The documents include an email showing Mrs. McCabe was recruited for a Virginia state senate race in February 2015 by then-Virginia Lieutenant Governor Ralph Northam’s office.

The news that Clinton used a private email server broke five days later, on March 2, 2015. Five days after that, former Clinton Foundation board member and Democrat party fundraiser, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, met with the McCabes. She announced her candidacy on March 12. Soon afterward, Clinton/McAuliffe-aligned political groups donated nearly $700,000 (40% of the campaign’s total funds) to McCabe’s wife for her campaign.

Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a July 24, 2017, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed after the Justice Department failed to respond to an October 24, 2016, FOIA request

Many people realize that smartphones track their locations. But what if you actively turn off location services, haven’t used any apps, and haven’t even inserted a carrier SIM card?

Even if you take all of those precautions, phones running Android software gather data about your location and send it back to Google when they’re connected to the internet, a Quartz investigation has revealed.

Since the beginning of 2017, Android phones have been collecting the addresses of nearby cellular towers—even when location services are disabled—and sending that data back to Google. The result is that Google, the unit of Alphabet behind Android, has access to data about individuals’ locations and their movements that go far beyond a reasonable consumer expectation of privacy.

Quartz observed the data collection occur and contacted Google, which confirmed the practice.

The cell tower addresses have been included in information sent to the system Google uses to manage push notifications and messages on Android phones for the past 11 months, according to a Google spokesperson.

This Thanksgiving, Carve Out Time To Talk About End-Of-Life Wishes

The roast turkey and pecan pie may be the same as always, but growing numbers of families plan to add a tradition to their Thanksgiving holiday this week: a frank talk about their wishes for end-of-life care.

Paul Malley, president of Aging with Dignity, the agency behind Five Wishes, a popular living will template, says requests for the documents that guide decisions surrounding serious illness and death typically surge starting now.

"We see a bit of a Thanksgiving rush and a bit of a Christmas rush in December," says Malley, who notes that 30 million copies of Five Wishes have been distributed since 1998.

Now, turkey dinner with a side dish of death isn't everyone's idea of a festive meal. But end-of-life planning advocates say the holidays are an ideal time to have these conversations.

"People come home for the holidays," says Ellen Goodman, the longtime columnist and reporter. She co-founded The Conversation Project, which provides kits to kick-start end-of-life discussions. "It's one of those times when we're together. It's something that's important to talk about."

Book Claims Bill Clinton Put Secret Service Officer’s Hand on Hillary’s Rear

In the wake of new allegations of sexual assault against former President Bill Clinton, an overlooked passage from a bombshell 2016 book is now in the spotlight — in which it is claimed Clinton put the hand of a Secret Service agent’s hand on Hillary’s rear.

Crisis of Character, by former presidential secret service officer Gary Byrne, documents a series of sensational events in the Clinton White House, including fights between the first couple and alleged previously unreported flings by Bill.

On Monday, author and journalist Ed Klein claimed that there are four women prepared to go public with allegations of sexual assault against the former president over conduct he allegedly engaged in since leaving office.

With Clinton’s deeds in the spotlight, a passage in the 2016 bombshell book — in which Bill is accused of putting Byrne’s hand on Hillary’s rear — now appears relevant.

What Chrome's Incognito Mode Is Actually For, Explained By a Google Exec

In December 2008, the internet welcomed Google's Incognito Mode, a privacy option for Chrome, with open arms. The feature offered protection against overbearing browser-history snoops at a time when many of us considered getting caught visiting NSFW sites (OK, let's be frank: porn) on a computer to be the biggest threat posed by the web. This wasn't exactly the case.

In fact, hiding your unmentionable browsing habits was hardly the reason a crack team of developers at Google made Incognito Mode. Knowing that Incognito Mode is still widely misunderstood, and has somewhat unfairly come to connote shady behavior, we talked to one of the people who built it, Google's Vice President of Chrome, Darin Fisher. Fisher provided a firsthand take on how people should be using it, and what people shouldn't be expecting it to do for them.

Although Incognito Mode has earned a reputation for helping people shield prying eyes from seeing whatever it is they don’t want to be caught having looked at, its origins are far from illicit. According to Fisher, Incognito Mode was born in 2008 with the primary intention of making it easier and more convenient for people who share computers to do so without mucking up their devices with another user's cookies -- the temporary or permanent files stored on your computer by websites to help them recognize you and keep track of your preferences.

That said, it was also meant to help people hide behaviors they didn't want loved ones to see.

U.S. State Dept Puts $700,000 into Hungarian Media, Demands ‘Programming’ Against Orban, Patriots

The U.S. State Department has courted controversy by announcing it will plough $700,000 into Hungarian media, angering the country’s anti-globalist, conservative government.

The funding was announced by U.S. Chargé d‘Affaires David Kostelancik, who has previously appeared to openly criticise the Trump administration by alluding to “apparent inconsistencies in [U.S.] foreign policy” and remarking that “not every criticism of the government is ‘fake news’.”

Breitbart London spoke to a State Department official who confirmed it supports what it calls “democracy and human rights programming” in many countries, and that its intentions in Hungary — a NATO ally — are to “support media outlets operating outside the capital … to produce fact-based reporting and increase their audience and economic sustainability”.

Tiny Slowdown in Earth's Rotation Could Unleash Major Earthquakes

A tiny slowdown in Earth's rotation next year could trigger more earthquakes than usual, new research suggests.

Past periods of slow rotation over the last 100 years have coincided with more earthquakes than average, according to research presented last month at the annual meeting of the Geological Society of America.

"The numbers of earthquakes that have occurred each year in the past century are well known. The changes in Earth's rotation rate are also well known," study co-author Roger Bilham, a geophysicist at the University of Colorado Boulder, said in an email to Live Science. "All we have done is to compare these two well-known lists of numbers and report an interesting and useful relationship."

The basic idea is that as the Earth's spin slows slightly, the equator shrinks. However, tectonic plates don't shrink as easily, meaning the edges of the plates get squeezed. Although this amount of squeezing isn't huge, it does put added stress on plate boundaries that are already under stress, where earthquakes are more likely, Bilham said.

A single U.S. airstrike has wiped out one hundred terrorists in Somalia

A single American military airstrike killed an estimated 100 or more fighters allied with the Somali-based terror group al-Shabab, the Pentagon revealed Tuesday, adding to an an escalating body count as the Trump administration ramps up the counterterrorism campaign in the East African nation.

U.S. forces working with the Somalian government on Tuesday confirmed an American sortie against a suspected al-Shabab camp ended with more than 100 fighters dead. The strike, which took place 125 miles west of the Somali capital of Mogadishu, was the largest casualty count racked up by U.S. warplanes operating in Somalia this month.

“U.S. forces will continue to use all authorized and appropriate measures to protect Americans and to disable terrorist threats,” via partner nation forces including those with the African Union and Somali federal forces, according to a statement issued by U.S. Africa Command, shortly after Tuesday’s strike.

Another Woman Accused Conyers Of Sexual Harrassment

Controversial sugar industry study on cancer uncovered

An old study is now shedding new light on the sugar industry's controversial past, and its secrets are being revealed in a new paper.

The 1960s study, which suggests a link between a high-sugar diet and high blood cholesterol levels and cancer in rats, was sponsored by the sugar industry, according to the perspective paper published in the journal PLOS Biology on Tuesday.

Yet the study itself was never published and has been forgotten until now.

"All we know is that the plug got pulled and nothing got published," said Stanton Glantz, a professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and a co-author of the new paper.

"Whether the investigator didn't bother to try or whether he tried and failed, we don't know. Or whether there was some kind of clause in his agreement with the sugar people that precluded him from publishing, we don't know," he said.

Ron Paul Asks "Why Are We Helping Saudi Arabia Destroy Yemen?"

It’s remarkable that whenever you read an article about Yemen in the mainstream media, the central role of Saudi Arabia and the United States in the tragedy is glossed over or completely ignored.

A recent Washington Post article purporting to tell us “how things got so bad” explains to us that, “it's a complicated story” involving “warring regional superpowers, terrorism, oil, and an impending climate catastrophe.”

No, Washington Post, it’s simpler than that. The tragedy in Yemen is the result of foreign military intervention in the internal affairs of that country. It started with the “Arab Spring” which had all the fingerprints of State Department meddling, and it escalated with 2015’s unprovoked Saudi attack on the country to re-install Riyadh’s preferred leader. Thousands of innocent civilians have been killed and millions more are at risk as starvation and cholera rage.

We are told that US foreign policy should reflect American values. So how can Washington support Saudi Arabia – a tyrannical state with one of the worst human rights record on earth – as it commits by what any measure is a genocide against the Yemeni people? The UN undersecretary-general for humanitarian affairs warned just last week that Yemen faces "the largest famine the world has seen for many decades with millions of victims." The Red Cross has just estimated that a million people are vulnerable in the cholera epidemic that rages through Yemen.

And why is there a cholera epidemic? Because the Saudi government – with US support – has blocked every port of entry to prevent critical medicine from reaching suffering Yemenis. This is not a war. It is cruel murder.

A Look At Which Students Are Most Likely To Default On Their Student Debt

Since the early 2000's the amount of student debt outstanding has grown exponentially, along with annual tuitions, and now stands at nearly $1.5 trillion. Moreover, and not terribly surprisingly, defaults on that growing mountain of student debt have also surged as graduating students quickly discover that they just dropped $200,000 on a near-zero ROIC investment.

But while a lot of attention is given to the growing default rates on this particular future economic disaster in the making, less time is spent trying to understand which students are most susceptible to default. That said, the following series of charts from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York help to shed some light on that particular topic.

To our complete 'shock', students attending the nation's predatory for-profit colleges, with their aggressive lending programs, are almost twice as likely to default on their student loans than those attending non-profit schools.

Roy Moore Refutes Sexual Assault Claim With Statements By Former Restaurant Employees And Customers

Over the last several weeks, accusations of sexual improprieties by Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore have led to calls for the judge to exit the race to fill the vacant seat left by Attorney Jeff Sessions. Others, meanwhile, have rushed to Moore’s defense – calling into question everything from the original Washington Post article, to accuser Beverly Young Nelson’s claim that Moore showered her in unwanted attention when she was 15, and sexually assaulted her when she was 16.

A now infamous yearbook entry, from December 1977, which Nelson claims is Moore’s has also come under scrutiny, with many pointing out that Moore’s last name, title, date, and location appear to have been added later – constituting a forgery if true.

Nelson’s attorney Gloria Allred refused to confirm the authenticity of the yearbook, and she won’t hand it over to handwriting experts unless a US Senate Committee agrees to conduct a hearing first. Considering that the Alabama special election is just over three weeks away.

Meanwhile Nelson’s stepson, Darrel Nelson, claims that his stepmother’s accusations are “one hundred percent a lie,” stating “I know for a fact that there is a lot that that woman does not tell the truth on,” Nelson claimed in an in-person interview with Breitbart News. “Do I think that Beverly is trustworthy? No, I really don’t. Could I see her making it up? …The odds are in that favor.”
