President Trump Defies Ominous Predictions with Nonpartisan July 4th Salute to American Spirit
“President Trump struck a patriotic, nonpartisan and unifying note during his address at Fourth of July celebrations in Washington, D.C.,” Lukas Mikelionis reports for Fox News. “A massive crowd gathered on the Lincoln Memorial despite the rain”—an audience that filled both sides along the Reflecting Pool and stretched out to the Washington Monument.
“The president used the speech to call on Americans to ‘stay true to our cause’ and praised American heroes including the Armed Forces and civil rights leaders.”

ICE HSI offers assistance with victim identification related to former Boy Scout official accused of photographing children changing after swimming
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents issued a public appeal Monday for information related to an ongoing child exploitation investigation.
Thomas Close is awaiting trial on charges of production of child pornography related to his alleged surreptitious recording of boys changing after swimming as part of Boy Scout activities. Close, 40, lived in Richland County. He was known as “Aqua Joe” because he worked with the Boy Scouts of America, often with their swimming program.
Close is accused of secretly recording boys changing after they swam. His alleged crimes are believed to have happened in Ohio between 2011 and 2018. Close remains in jail pending the outcome of his federal criminal case.
If anyone suspects they or their children were recorded by the defendant, they are asked to email their contact information to HSI directly at HSI-CLOSE-Investigation@ice.dhs.gov. Democrat Congresswoman Secretly Sending Staff To Mexico To Coach Migrants How To Beat System, Report Says
Democrat Rep. Veronica Escobar (TX) is secretly sending staff to Mexico to find and coach migrants who are trying to enter the United States and is instructing them how to "exploit a loophole" to game the asylum process, multiple U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials allege.
The Washington Examiner reports that, according to the National Border Patrol Council’s El Paso chapter and several CBP agents, Escobar's staff is trying to find migrants that have been returned from El Paso, Texas to Mexico "under the 'remain in Mexico' policy, then coaching them to pretend they cannot speak Spanish to exploit a loophole letting them return to the U.S."
A senior union official shared evidence supporting their claims with the Examiner and said, “What we believe is happening is Veronica Escobar’s office is going … to basically second-guess and obstruct work already done by the Border Patrol.”

Antifa: Role Playing Cowards
In our hectic, everyday lives, many of us focus so heavily on work and family commitments that we neglect the idea of play. Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, dear reader, you probably stopped playing. Today, when we somehow manage to carve out some leisure time, we’re more likely to zone out and watch Netflix than engage in actual play. That’s a shame, because play is not just essential for children; it’s an important source of relaxation and stimulation for adults as well.
Engaging in play offers one the opportunity to forget about the nagging boss, loan repayments, PTA meetings, and that expanding waistline. Play offers the opportunity to be social in an unstructured, creative way. This can, of course, involve role play, where individuals assume the identity of fictional characters and embark upon adventures. Some of the parameters of these adventures are specified by the game one is playing; play also allows for lots of imaginative improvisation.
However, as Fifty Shades of Grey demonstrated, improvised play can take a nasty turn very quickly.
In a 2005 article, Vince Londini discussed the dangers associated with extreme improvisation. Players may find themselves swallowed up in an imaginary world, largely detached from reality. They may even confuse the fantasy of the game with the real world. Perhaps Londini should write another essay on Antifa, a group of cowards who engage in sporadic bursts of improvised violence. Though this medley of black-clad anarchists doesn’t have an official leader or headquarters, members tend to worship at the altar of wokeness.

VIDEO: VIOLENT FIGHT BREAKS OUT BETWEEN FAMILY AT DISNEYLAND
WARNING: GRAPHIC VIOLENCE AND LANGUAGE
Police are investigating after a major brawl between a family was captured on video at Disneyland in California.
The disturbing video, which was posted online on July 7 shows dozens of bystanders watching as one man dressed in a pink shirt punching a woman in the face after she spat at him during an argument at the Mickey's Toontown area of the amusement park.
Another man dressed in a white T-shirt then steps in, resulting in the two men squaring up to each other before exchanging blows.
The man in white punches a second woman in the head when she attempts to calm the situation down. Moments later, the man in pink then walks over to the first woman and starts to pull on her hair, hitting her in the head.

Unhappy Democrats
Things are going pretty well. The economy refuses to stop growing. The stock market continues to set records for soaring, not crashing. At long last, wages are creeping upward. President Trump isn’t pulling up stakes around the world and isolating the country, as many feared he would. Nor has he started a war.
But you’d never know it from the way 2020 Democrat presidential contenders are acting. In their rhetoric and policies, they’ve moved sharply to the left, as if the grounds for a revolution exist in America. Those grounds don’t exist, though Bernie Sanders claims the need for a “political revolution” has been building for nearly a half-century. More people are satisfied than not.
Why have Democrats scrambled so far to the left in the past few years? I think there’s one overriding reason and a handful of smaller ones.

Michael Goodwin: Liberals are eating their friends as well as their enemies
With Democrats increasingly attacking each other with a vitriol they once reserved for President Trump, an anecdote involving President Lyndon Johnson fits the moment. As recounted in the riveting memoir of Joseph Califano, Johnson’s top domestic adviser, the president was meeting with civil rights leaders in the hot racial summer of 1967.
Dems were sharply divided over several issues, including how to respond to riots in Detroit and Newark, and LBJ hoped to corral NAACP leader Roy Wilkins and Urban League Executive Director Whitney Young into his corner.
At a White House meeting, Johnson recited his Great Society accomplishments but Wilkins and Young appeared numb and in despair, saying they couldn’t control the young rioters, Califano writes in “The Tragedy and Triumph of Lyndon Johnson.”

Wisteria removal to begin at Pemberton Historical Park
Wisteria removal to begin at Pemberton Historical Park
SALISBURY, Md. – Wicomico County will soon begin the process of removing invasive Japanese wisteria (wisteria floribunda) from Pemberton Park in Salisbury.
The wisteria removal project is part of a new invasive species initiative by the Natural Resources Conservation Advisory Committee (NRCAC) of Wicomico County, in partnership with Wicomico County and the Lower Shore Land Trust (LSLT).
Wisteria has covered a large area on the east side of Pemberton Park, pulling down several trees. To restore the native habitat, the wisteria vines must be removed. Trees that have been damaged or have fallen will be removed and replaced by native species. A maintenance program of periodic herbicide application will also be established. In the long term, the project will improve visitor experience and increase wildlife habitat and biodiversity.
The project is estimated to take about five years, depending on how the wisteria responds to treatment.
While the restoration is underway, portions of Pemberton Park may be temporarily closed to the public when crews are applying herbicides or mowing.
Wicomico County Executive Bob Culver supported the project from its inception, budgeting $25,000 to kick-start the initiative and begin restoration at Pemberton Park.
NRCAC and the LSLT will apply for additional grant funds to contribute to the project at Pemberton, as well as support additional invasive plant species removal at other Wicomico County parks.
In addition to the wisteria removal at Pemberton, the group is also developing a program to educate Wicomico County residents about early detection and response to invasive plants in an effort to minimize the amount of infestations on the Lower Shore.
The long-term goal is to establish a program that can be replicated throughout the state of Maryland.
About Wisteria
Wisteria is a fast-growing, deciduous woody vine with fragrant purple flowers in dangling clusters. When they escape and establish in natural areas, exotic wisterias displace native vegetation.
(See attached photo.)
About Invasive Species
Invasive species are defined as a non-native species that are likely to cause both economic and environmental harm. Homeowners can help prevent the spread of invasive species by becoming familiar with species of concern, removing existing invasive plants, and avoiding the introduction of these plants into their properties. The Maryland Invasive Species Council has a helpful list of species of concern on its website at http://mdinvasives.org/species-of-concern/.
If you have questions or concerns about this project, contact Tyler Walston at Wicomico County Planning and Zoning at 410-548-4860.

Flight logs show Bill Clinton flew on sex offender's jet much more than previously known
Former President Bill Clinton was a much more frequent flyer on a registered sex offender’s infamous jet than previously reported, with flight logs showing the former president taking at least 26 trips aboard the “Lolita Express” -- even apparently ditching his Secret Service detail for at least five of the flights, according to records obtained by FoxNews.com.
Clinton’s presence aboard Jeffrey Epstein’s Boeing 727 on 11 occasions has been reported, but flight logs show the number is more than double that, and trips between 2001 and 2003 included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including “Tatiana.” The tricked-out jet earned its Nabakov-inspired nickname because it was reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls.

Majority of Americans Want Mass Deportations of Illegal Aliens
A majority of Americans want mass deportations of illegal aliens if Congress fails to reach a deal this week that closes loopholes in the country’s asylum system that allow mass flows of foreign nationals to pour through the U.S.-Mexico border.
The latest Harvard/Harris poll finds that 51 percent of American voters say they support mass deportations of the 11 million to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. should Congress fail to reach a deal that closes loopholes in the asylum system.
More than 8-in-10 Republican voters, as well as more than 5-in-10 swing voters, said President Trump should carry out mass deportations of illegal aliens following Congressional inaction. Nearly 9-in-10 Trump supporters said the same.

DC Police Department’s ‘Quick Response’ Prevents Antifa From Clashing With Right-Wing Groups At Rally
A rally by right-wing groups protesting Big Tech speech suppression turned into clashes between violent, masked Antifa counter-protesters and police on Saturday.
During the Washington, D.C. rally police held the line and kept the peace. USA Today noted that neither side came face-to-face with each other.
Last weekend similar demonstrations in Portland, Oregon turned violent as law enforcement did not intervene.
The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Matt Miller reported live from the D.C. event:

The Danger of the Attacks on the Electoral College
The following is adapted from a speech delivered on April 30, 2019, at Hillsdale College’s Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship in Washington, D.C.
Once upon a time, the Electoral College was not controversial. During the debates over ratifying the Constitution, Anti-Federalist opponents of ratification barely mentioned it. But by the mid-twentieth century, opponents of the Electoral College nearly convinced Congress to propose an amendment to scrap it. And today, more than a dozen states have joined in an attempt to hijack the Electoral College as a way to force a national popular vote for president.
What changed along the way? And does it matter? After all, the critics of the Electoral College simply want to elect the president the way we elect most other officials. Every state governor is chosen by a statewide popular vote. Why not a national popular vote for president?

Queens mom gave birth to someone else’s babies after IVF mix-up: suit
A Queens couple that tried for years to get pregnant suffered the mother of all mix-ups once they finally succeeded — giving birth to someone else’s babies, thanks to a bungling Los Angeles fertility clinic, a stunning new lawsuit claims.
Married in 2012, the Asian husband and wife — identified in court papers only as Y.Z. and A.P. — turned to CHA Fertility Center, when their countless attempts, both natural and with artificial insemination, failed.
Run by Dr. Joshua Berger and co-owner Simon Hong, the clinic boasts that it’s a “mecca of reproductive medicine” that has “fulfilled the dreams of tens of thousands of aspiring parents from Southern California and beyond in over 22 countries.”

Fresh Off Epstein Case Win, Mike Cernovich Launches Fundraiser to Unseal Congressional Sexual Harassment Deals
Fresh off a win after his lawsuit helped lead to Jeff Epstein’s arrest for sex trafficking, author and political commentator Mike Cernovich has launched a GoFundMe campaign to wage a legal battle to unseal deals made in sexual harassment cases involving members of Congress.
Cernovich had lead the charge against Epstein, filing a lawsuit to unseal a large amount of files in the case that were previously withheld from the public. Epstein was arrested on Saturday for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005.
The court’s opinion in the case stated, “on January 19, 2017, Cernovich, an independent blogger and self‐described ‘popular political journalist,’ moved to intervene, seeking to unseal the summary judgment record, and Dershowitz joined his motion. On April 6, 2018, after the case had settled, the Herald moved to intervene and unseal the entire docket. The District Court granted each of these motions to intervene, but denied the related requests to unseal in orders entered November 2, 2016, May 3, 2017, and August 27, 2018, respectively.”
The renewed scrutiny following Cernovich’s lawsuit undoubtedly played a major role in the billionaire’s arrest.
Cernovich doesn’t plan to quit fighting for what is right after this massive victory, however.
On Sunday, the ‘Gorilla Mindset‘ author launched a GoFundMe campaign to unseal the records of sexual harassment and assault cases involving Congress. He noted that Congressmen have settled over 250 sexual harassment lawsuits using taxpayer money.

The Truth About Thomas Jefferson's Koran
The Protestants alone are able to attack the Koran with success; and for them, I trust, Providence has reserved the glory of its overthrow.—George Sales (1697-1736) From the introduction to “Jefferson’s Koran”
Islam has been woven into the fabric of our country since its founding.—Barack Obama
We’re going to impeach the motherf—ker.—Muslim Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib referring to President Trump
Obama is on record as stating that “Islam has been woven into the fabric of our country since its founding.” Is that true? Well yes, sort of.
If by “woven into the fabric of our country” you mean “following the Revolutionary War, Muslims were America’s first international enemies,” then yes, it’s true. Muslim pirates helped to kick start the US Navy into existence. Anchors aweigh Islam!
There was a definite downside to the United States gaining its freedom from Great Britain. Among the thornier problems our fledgling country faced was the fact that America lost the mantle of protection offered by Great Britain’s large fleet of naval ships. This meant that it was open season on American merchant ships in the Atlantic, and especially the Mediterranean—and Muslim pirates in the area were quick to jump on the opportunity.

Washington D.C. Flooding Leads to Water Rescues, Stranded Vehicles
A flash flood emergency was declared Monday morning for the nation's capital and surrounding areas in Maryland and Virginia after the area received nearly a month's worth of rain in an hour.
The heavy rains flooded numerous roads causing dozens of drivers to be stranded.
All lanes of the Capital Beltway’s inner loop shut down about 8:30 a.m. at the American Legion Bridge, the Washington Post reported. A jackknifed tractor trailer blocked all lanes of Interstate 495 between Old Georgetown Road and Route 355, according to Pete Piringer, chief spokesman for Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service.
Rescue crews pulled motorists from cars stranded by the high water in Washington D.C. and many parts of Montgomery County, Maryland. In Virginia, the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department said it had responded to more than 30 calls for swift water rescues by about 9:30 a.m.

New poll finds President Trump's approval rating hits all time high
WASHINGTON (SBG) - President Trump's approval rating is at the highest it has been since he was elected president, a new Washington Post-ABC News poll that was published on Saturday found.
However, the poll noted that a "slight" majority of Americans still disapprove of the president, with more than 6 out of 10 saying he acts unpresidential, the Washington Post pointed out.
In spite of finding the president unpresidential, the poll also found that around one-fifth of these people admitted they approve of the job President Trump is doing.
The poll also touched on gender preferences in candidacy, finding more men back Trump than women.

Biden Goes From "Apologize For What?" To "I'm Sorry" Over Segregationist Fiasco
After getting kicked down an elevator shaft by a well prepared Kamala Harris during the first Democratic primary debates, former Vice President Joe Biden has gone from "Apologize for what?" to "I'm sorry" over remarks he made about working with segregationist Democrats when he entered DC politics.
Speaking to a mostly black audience at a Sumter, South Carolina campaign stop, Biden told supporters "Was I wrong a few weeks ago to somehow give the impression to people that I was praising those men who I successfully opposed time and again? Yes I was. I regret it. I’m sorry for any of the pain or misconception," according to NBC News.
Biden, 76, asked the audience: "Should that misstep define 50 years of my record for fighting for civil rights and racial justice in this country?" adding "I hope not. I don’t think so."

Movie Theater Owners Screening Pro-Life Film ‘Unplanned’ Receive Death Threats
Police have been called in to investigate allegations of death threats made to cinema theater owners in Canada who had scheduled to screen the pro-life movie Unplanned.
B.J. McKelvie, president of Cinedicon, the Canadian distributor of the film that tells the story of Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood manager-turned pro-life activist, confirmed two Canadian independent cinema owners reported threats that caused them to be “fearful for their families,” said LifeSiteNews.
Yet another independent theater owner was reportedly “harassed to the extreme.”
Chuck Konzelman, one of the film’s producer-directors, reportedly said McKelvie requested, for the sake of safety, the film’s producers remove from their website the July 12 listing of 46 Canadian theaters that will be screening the movie.
“It’s unfortunate it’s come to that,” he said. “It’s just a movie. The topic is certainly a hot topic. However, it is just a movie. I find it ironic, they talk about choice, pro-choice, pro-choice, pro-choice, but they’re not giving people a choice to go see the movie.”

Report: 81% of ‘Suspects’ Flagged by UK Police Facial Recognition Are Innocent
According to a recent report, approximately four out of five people identified by the London Metropolitan Police’s facial recognition system as possible suspects are totally innocent.
A recent report by Sky News has revealed that approximately four out of five people identified by the U.K.’s Metropolitan Police force’s as possible suspects are innocent. Researchers discovered that the system has an 81 percent inaccuracy rate which means that the vast majority of people flagged by the system are not on any wanted lists. The report states that this raises “significant concerns” about Scotland Yard’s use of the technology.
The report concludes that it is “highly possible” that the Met’s usage of the system would be found unlawful if challenged in court due to a number of technical, operational and legal issues. The Live Facial Recognition (LFR) system has been utilized since August 2016 by the Met to monitor crowds, testing the system first at Notting Hill Carnival.

Dems Pay Millions to Firm Backed by Google’s Eric Schmidt
A data firm backed by Eric Schmidt, the former executive chairman of Alphabet, Google's parent company, has been paid millions of dollars by Democratic committees and is currently working for Joe Biden's presidential campaign.
The idea for what became Civis Analytics emerged in the wake of President Obama's 2012 re-election when Schmidt pitched Dan Wagner, the campaign's chief analytics officer, on creating a lasting political data and website services firm. Schmidt, who remained an executive at Google and Alphabet, went on to quietly aid Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign. Less than one month after the elections it was announced that he had helped round up $22 million for Civis, where he is also a partial owner and sits on the group's board of directors. In June, Schmidt stepped away as executive chairman of Alphabet, although he now acts as a technical advisor to the company’s leadership on policy issues.

‘Salute to America’ Attendees Say the Long Wait, Heavy Rain Was Worth It
Attendees who came from all over the country and waited three hours in the rain for the July 4th “Salute to America” show told Breitbart News it was “worth it.”
“It was great. A lot of people speechless out here,” said Robb Birch, who traveled to the Capitol from Southwest Missouri with his family. “Three hours were worth it for sure. The rain? Yea, it was worth it.”
Other attendees echoed his sentiments.
“The show was very patriotic. I’m glad we got the politics out of it. And we were just joined as a nation to celebrate our great nation,” a father and Marine Corps veteran from Maryland said. “I thought it was beautiful,” his wife said.
Crowds began lining up as early as 1:00p.m. ET, when the sun bore down on those waiting in line with the humidity adding to the heat. Heavy rain began around 3:30 p.m. ET, and continued for at least half an hour.
Despite the heat and rain, more attendees continued to arrive to the area around the Reflecting Pool, which was packed by the time the show began at 6:30 p.m. ET. There were little signs of dampened spirits, with sporadic chants of “USA!” and “Four more years!” breaking out.

Top immigration official says ICE is ready to deport 1 million undocumented immigrants
The Trump administration's top official at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said immigration authorities are ready to identify, detain and eventually deport approximately one million undocumented immigrants with pending removal orders.
"They're ready to just perform their mission, which is to go and find and detain and then deport the approximately one million people who have final removal orders," Acting USCIS Director Ken Cuccinelli said on "Face the Nation" Sunday, referring to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Homeland Security branch charged with removal operations.
Cuccinelli, an immigration hardliner who took the helm of the agency last month, said it is within ICE's discretion to determine who among those with final orders of deportation will be targeted in operations, suggesting the full pool of approximately one million immigrants might not face deportation after all.

Nancy Pelosi daughter: 'Quite likely some of our faves are implicated' in Epstein case
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s daughter said that some favorite figures of both the Right and Left may be implicated in the sex trafficking case alleged against billionaire Jeffrey Epstein.
"This Epstein case is horrific and the young women deserve justice. It is quite likely that some of our faves are implicated but we must follow the facts and let the chips fall where they may — whether on Republicans or Democrats," Christine Pelosi tweeted Saturday after news of Epstein's arrest broke.
A joint FBI-New York Police Department task force arrested Epstein when the 66-year-old touched down in New Jersey's Teterboro Airport after a flight from Paris where he was on vacation. Epstein is scheduled to appear in a New York federal court Monday on charges of molesting dozens of underage girls.

Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein arrested in new underage sex case
Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested in New York in a massive new underage sex trafficking case, according to law enforcement sources.
The hedge funder — who twelve years ago wriggled out of similar charges of abusing young girls — must appear in federal court in Manhattan on Monday on charges of trafficking dozens of minors between 2002 and 2005 in New York and Florida, where he has homes, the sources said Saturday night.
He was busted in Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, the Miami Herald reported.
About a dozen federal agents meanwhile broke down the door of Epstein’s $50 million mansion on East 71st Street on the Upper East Side at around 6:30 p.m. to execute search warrants, witnesses said.
