Investigation Discovery premiered a three-hour special, “Who Killed Jeffrey Epstein?” on May 31, the first segment in a three-part series, that focused on Epstein’s August 2019 death in federal custody. The series addresses Epstein’s alleged co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, his links with billionaire Leslie Wexner, founder of the Victoria Secrets clothing line, and others, as well as the non-prosecution deal he was given.
The special followed on the heels of Netflix’s release of “Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich,” a mini-series that draws on a book of the same name by James Patterson.
Promotional material for “Who Killed Jeffery Epstein?” promises that: “… exclusive interviews and in-depth investigations reveal new clues about his seedy underworld, privileged life and controversial death. The three-hour special looks to answer the questions surrounding the death of this enigmatic figure.” Netflix billed its series this way: “Stories from survivors fuel this docuseries examining how convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein used his wealth and power to carry out his abuses.”

Pelosi to Hold Vote on Making Far Left Washington DC a State
As Tucker Carlson once said, every action by the Democrat Party is meant to give the party more power.
Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats will vote in Congress to make the District of Columbia a state.
This comes after a wave of looting and arson across the city.
Democrats want to reward the District of Columbia.
Of course, this would mean two new radical far left senators in the US Senate.

Donald Trump: ‘Wacko’ John Bolton a ‘Liar’ and a ‘Disgruntled Boring Fool’
President Donald Trump on Thursday criticized his former National Security Advisor John Bolton after information from his book criticizing the president leaked to the press.
“Wacko John Bolton’s ‘exceedingly tedious’ (New York Times) book is made up of lies & fake stories,” Trump wrote on Twitter, citing a story from theNew York Times about the contents of his book.
Trump said Bolton was “disgruntled,” after he was fired in September 2019.
“Said all good about me, in print, until the day I fired him,” Trump wrote. “A disgruntled boring fool who only wanted to go to war. Never had a clue, was ostracized and happily dumped. What a dope!”
Trump also reminded his followers on Twitter that former President George W. Bush fired Bolton.
Information from Bolton’s book In the Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir was published by the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal on Wednesday even though the Justice Department sued to stop it from hitting stores on June 23.
Other media outlets have obtained physical copies of the book.

Don't Reform Police Unions. Abolish Them.
THE NATIONWIDE backlash against police abuses has already had one salutary effect: It has led to greater awareness of the role played by labor unions in protecting bad cops. In the wake of George Floyd's death, calls to reform the powerful police unions have been expressed across the political spectrum.
But the only way to "reform" police unions is to abolish them altogether and end collective bargaining for public-safety employees.
Derek Chauvin, the Minneapolis police officer who killed George Floyd, is a textbook illustration of how unionized police departments shelter cops known to be incompetent or dangerous. Chauvin had been the subject of at least 18 complaints of misconduct over the years, without ever facing any serious discipline. That was typical for Minneapolis — according to The Wall Street Journal, of 2,600 misconduct complaints filed since 2012 with the city's Office of Police Conduct Review, only 12 have resulted in discipline.

ABC Writes Glowing Portrayal of Brooks as Dedicated Family Man, Criminal Record Tells Different Story
ABC News published a glowing piece about Rayshard Brooks, the man killed by former Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe after heresisted arrest, assaulted an officer, stole his taser and discharged it, saying he was remembered for his “hard work and dedication to family.”
The news outlet spoke with those who worked with him at a construction company in Toledo, Ohio, and his wife. ThoughABC describes that he was in Ohio “tending to his father.” What's not mentioned, however, is that he had failed to notify his probation officer of his new address and a warrant was issued for his arrest while there.
Additionally, nowhere does the story mention his rap sheet of this 'dedicated' family man, which includes convictions for felony cruelty to children, family battery violence, false imprisonment, interference with custody, and more.
Rayshard Brooks was on probation and faced going back to prison if he was charged with a DUI, DailyMail.com can reveal.
It was the fear of incarceration that likely caused Brooks to panic in the face of imminent arrest and caused him to make a break for it. [...]
The charges to which Brooks pleaded guilty and for which he was still on probation dated back to August 2014 when he was convicted on four counts – False Imprisonment, Simple Battery/Family, Battery Simple and Felony Cruelty/Cruelty to Children.
He was tried in Clayton County and sentenced to seven years on the first count, with one year in prison and six on probation and 12 months for each of the other three counts, sentences to be served concurrently.
His sentence was revised, and he was sent back to prison for 12 months in July 2016 when he violated the terms of his probation.
Brooks had not been in trouble since that year until last December when he went to Ohio without informing his probation officer and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
That warrant was revoked and the case dismissed when he returned to Georgia on January 6. (Daily Mail)

Cracker Jack Changes Name To More Politically Correct Caucasian Jack
PLANO, TX—When ballparks finally open again, those standing for the traditional seventh-inning stretch will be singing some different lyrics to "Take Me Out to the Ballgame."
After over 100 years of selling its caramel popcorn snack under the name Cracker Jack, Frito-Lay announced today that it would be rebranded as the less offensive "Caucasian Jack."
"We are very sorry to all the crack---er, I mean, Caucasians we have hurt over the years," said a spokesperson. "Cracker is an offensive stereotype, and we must make sure that all foods and snack products are culturally sensitive. Think about all the white people who have had to suffer in silence as tens of thousands of baseball fans sang out the hurtful lyrics 'Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jacks.'"

General John Henry Winder Sign Removed: UPDATE
Last week I delivered an article about the County Executive Bob Culver removing the above sign and the comments were some of the most hateful and racist comments I had ever seen in all the 15 years I have been doing this. I ultimately removed ALL comments as they were extremely hurtful towards Bob and unfortunately someone else was moderating comments and I wasn't aware what was being said.
That being said, here's the deal. Bob removed the sign because he was receiving threats if he didn't take it down it would be destroyed by vandals. It was a quick decision to PRESERVE it and ultimately donate it to a worthy museum. It was the right move all around. In closing, shame on the people who made such harsh comments towards Bob and his current health condition.
Running this site is not an easy task. There are times, especially starting today as I go back to running Caribbean Joe's on top of this when I just want to give up and I'm sure many of you can understand. It takes a strong person to sit back and be forced to read so many hateful comments and there are lots of people out there who's job is to send in these nasty comments all day and night, every single day of the year in the hope of defaming me, this site, and even make us out to look racist. So you know, we moderate over 1,000 comments a day and that's a fact. While this is par for the course in what I do every day, it takes its toll, especially the volunteers who have to read through such comments filed with such hate.
That being said, because I can't trust some of you. I'm turning off the comments on this post. I simply wanted everyone to know WHY Bob made the decision he made to remove the sign.

Ex-Trump Adviser Walid Phares Speaks Out – Agrees that Obamagate Began with Obama’s Secret Deals with Iran and His Domestic Spying on Trump Official
Journalist and author Lee Smith uncovered the beginnings of Obamagate in an article at Tabletmag.com in May.
We reported on Lee Smith’s report a month ago.
Lee Smith began his article with the strange discussion former President Obama had with the incoming President-elect Trump:
Barack Obama warned his successor against hiring Michael Flynn. It was Nov. 10, 2016, just two days after Donald Trump upset Hillary Clinton to become the 45th president of the United States. Trump told aide Hope Hicks that he was bewildered by the president’s warning. Of all the important things Obama could have discussed with him, the outgoing commander in chief wanted to talk about Michael Flynn.
Obviously, Barack Obama revealed his great hatred for General Flynn to President Trump during their first private meeting.

BOMB SQUAD SAFELY DISPOSES OF WWI ERA ROUND
HARFORD COUNTY, MD - A team of Bomb Technicians from the Office of the State Fire Marshal and the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) safely disposed of a WWI era round yesterday evening in Harford County. The unexploded military ordnance was determined to be a 37 MKI projectile. The ordnance was determined it had not been fired, and the fusing mechanism was still intact.
On June 16, 2020, Kelly and Shannon Thomas of the 2600 block of Calvary Road were working on their flower bed when they uncovered the round. The Thomas' left the round in place overnight and contacted the Harford County Sheriff's Office yesterday evening, who requested Bomb Technicians from Office of the State Fire Marshal. After examining the device, it was determined that the best course of action was to conduct an emergency disposal to render the ordnance safe. Bomb Technicians disposed of the potentially dangerous round on the scene.
Maryland has a long history of military testing, most notably at Aberdeen Proving Ground on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Harford County. Unexploded military ordnance in the Bay and surrounding waters occasionally makes its way to the surface. However, the discovery of military ordnance is not limited to tidal waters. The discovery of military ordnance from WWI & WWII is not uncommon in Maryland, and these devices pose the same threat as the day they were originally manufactured.
Maryland State Fire Marshal Brian S. Geraci reminds the public to practice the three R's when military ordnance is located. "Recognize that any suspicious objects found should not be touched under any circumstances. Retreat or carefully leave the area. Report immediately what was found and the approximate location to a 911 dispatcher".

ATLANTA (WCMH) — CNN is reporting Atlanta police officers are not responding to calls in three of the department’s six zones after fired police officer Garrett Rolfe was charged with felony murder for fatally shooting Rayshard Brooks in the back.

Caribbean Joe's Reopens Today At 3 PM
We are all excited about today's reopening, it's been entirely too long! While I worry Governor Hogan, (and other Governors) are considering another shut down if the curve spikes again, we're banking on that not happening and simply moving forward.
Come see us. We open today and will open every week, Friday, 3 PM to 2 AM, Saturday and Sunday 12 PM to 2 AM. Remember to wear your mask as you enter, until you are seated. Sorry Folks, that's the rules. And if you think I enjoy our government creating a "DO OVER" by creating all these NEW RULES you'd be nuts. We just want to get back to normal and move forward with our lives and businesses.
