  1. This is an actual question: If you discharge a firearm intentionally at a person, how is that not attempted murder?

  7. Odd not to see an attempted murder charge... Something is off here, are they under charging due to race? If that is the case then our downfall is guaranteed, we might as well hang it up. Affirmative action for criminal charges... it’s utterly laughable

  8. The defendant is a white guy. No attempted murder because first off we don't know the details but the sentences would be max 30 for attempted murder and 25 for 1st degree assault.

  9. OC has really ramped up the summer entertainment. Seems like they moved the Frontier Land shows to the Boardwalk and enhanced them by using real bullets. Another great idea to generate dollars at the expense of public health and welfare!

  13. I think the question is the race of the victim and one shorting if that needs to be done as well, and if this is a hate crime and why are we not charging these "thugs" with the hate crime charges?

  14. How do we no cops aren’t lying ? DOJ and FBi haven’t started the REFORM yet... FYI he will be on no bond attempted murder charges and weapon in use of a felony will come next week. He will have 15 charges when case is completed. But again it could all be a lie. Right ?

  16. Attempted murder as I understand it is pre-planned. It is where you planned to kill someone. It is not when you decide at the last minute. Sounds crazy - right?

  20. If I had to guess...probably targeted by a certain group one in the hotel and again on the street and was defending himself hence the assault and not attempted murder charge.
