Yuma Mayor Doug Nicholls issued a proclamation of emergency, saying the continued mass release of migrants directly into his border community had become an "imminent threat" to life and property in the area.
The city lacks the resources it needs to handle the migrants, he said.
Yuma is the first border city in the U.S. to declare a state of emergency as part of its response to the latest surge in the number of migrant families reaching the U.S.-Mexico border to seek asylum.
"Today is a day that we had talked about three weeks ago, hoping never to get to," Nicholls said at a news conference on Tuesday.

Fake News CNN Loses 47% of Primetime Audience, MSNBC Down Nearly 30%
CNN and MSNBC still haven’t learned that banging on about the Russia Collusion Hoax has damaged their networks. Not to mention all the other fake news they spread.
Compared to the same week last year, fake news CNN has lost a whopping 47 percent of its primetime audience and 41 percent of its total day viewers.
TV News is reporting that this CNN’s worst week in prime time all year.
Imagine though if you took away airports and gyms that play CNN 24/7 it would probably be much worse.
But let’s move on.
MSNBC hasn’t done much better. During their primetime, the fake news outlet lost 28 percent of its viewers. Throughout the total day, MSNBC is down 20 percent.

Conservatives Need to Reclaim Feminism or Pick a New Word
Are you a feminist?
For many conservative women, responding to that question becomes a backbreaking feat—expressing your viewpoint while attempting to dodge the left’s pro-abortion, anti-male infested word trap. For some women, it’s easier to just quickly say no and then endure the oncoming judgement.
But a weightier question remains. Should conservatives reclaim the word “feminism,” or finally toss it to the left?
That question took center stage last month when The Heritage Foundation and the Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women hosted their monthly luncheon for conservative women. The two speakers—Kelsey Bolar from The Daily Signal and Inez Stepman from Independent Women’s Forum—took opposing positions on the question, and both women took a historical approach to explain her argument.

"Sleeper Cells:" 10,000 Illegal Aliens From Terrorist Nations Roam Free In US
Approximately 10,000 illegal immigrants from countries designated as state sponsors of terrorism are living within the borders of the United States, according to the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), first reported by Breitbart.
IRLI revealed last week that it had obtained documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that revealed that the 10,000 illegals have not yet been deported despite having been ordered to leave the country.
The FOIA showed the illegals were from Iran, Syria, Sudan, and North Korea.
IRLI said Iran "led the pack with over 6,000 or 61% of their citizens with removal orders followed by Syria with 20%, Sudan with 18%, and North Korea with less than a percent."
Congress has recently held hearings where U.S. intelligence officials have suggested that Iranian sleeper cells inside the U.S. are awaiting orders to strike.

Why the Death Penalty Has Lost Support From Both Parties
Twenty years ago, most politicians in both parties supported the death penalty. But today, opposition to it has become increasingly bipartisan.
Democrats have always been more wary, but now more conservatives have also become convinced that capital punishment is another failed government program. In part, that's because the legal process for such cases is enormously expensive, even though few executions are ever carried out.
“When you look at how much money we’re spending, no one looks at that and thinks the death penalty works fine,” says Hannah Cox, national manager for Conservatives Concerned About the Death Penalty, a pro-abolition group. “We’re seeing a real escalation as far as the number of Republican legislators who are sponsoring repeal bills.”

Broadway show based on Clintons promises to be better than the real thing
Hillary and Bill Clinton have hit the road on a national speaking tour, but fans — and detractors — may find more revelations in the Broadway show about the political players.
The Post described the real-life Clintons’ speaking appearance at the Beacon Theatre last week as a “snoozefest” that only livened up when an audience member yelled, “Bill, this is boring!”
There are sure to be more fireworks onstage at the Golden Theatre when Laurie Metcalf and John Lithgow portray the pair in “Hillary and Clinton,” which opens Thursday.
The warts-and-all play by Lucas Hnath is set in a hotel room during the 2008 New Hampshire primary, where the Clintons privately face off.

U.S. Soybean Exports Plunge, No Recovery In Sight, Farmers Are Concerned About Tariff Man
Despite earlier good news on the US-China trade deficit, U.S. soybean exports have plunged to their lowest levels since the early days of the U.S.-China trade war in what is an alarming sign for farmers pleading with the Trump administration to resolve all trade disputes.
Current data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) revealed that the total U.S. soybean exports reached 460,700 metric tons last week, down from 888,700 tons in the previous week and just above 446,500 tons in the same week a year ago. Of the soybean shipments last week, only 130,200 tons were loaded on vessels for China.
The implementation of U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods last summer spurred Beijing to abandon U.S. farmers for South American growers, cultivating links with Argentina and Brazil.
American farmers are expected to plant less soybean this year, down 5% to 84.6 million acres according to the USDA, and Chinese feed demand is likely to collapse amid the outbreak of African Swine Fever across several provinces.

In New Effort to Deter Migrants, Barr Withholds Bail to Asylum Seekers
WASHINGTON — The Trump administration on Tuesday took another significant step to discourage migrants from seeking asylum, issuing an order that could keep thousands of them in jail indefinitely while they wait for a resolution of their asylum requests.
The order issued by Attorney General William P. Barr was an effort to deliver on President Trump’s promise to end the “catch and release” of migrants crossing the border in hopes of escaping persecution in their home countries.
The order — which directs immigration judges to deny some migrants a chance to post bail — will not go into effect for 90 days. It is all but certain to be challenged in federal court, but immigrant rights lawyers said it could undermine the basic rights of people seeking safety in the United States.

EXCLUSIVE: RNC TO SPEND 6 FIGURES ATTACKING DEMOCRATS FOR IMMIGRATION PROPOSALS
The Republican National Committee (RNC) will spend six figures on advertisements criticizing Democrats for their proposals on how to fix the immigration system, according to internal information obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
The advertisements will point out Democrats’ refusal to work with President Donald Trump to secure the U.S. border and point out their positions on immigration, including open borders and sanctuary cities. The ad buy is directed at states Trump won in 2016 and focuses on districts where there is an opportunity for pick-up seats.
This initial ad buy is the first of many for the cycle and includes a refined list of Democrats the committee hopes to expand upon as the November 2020 elections get closer. It will reach voters in 15 Democrat-held congressional districts, all of which are on the NRCC’s target list, with important presidential states such as Iowa, Michigan and Virginia.

Pew Research: Hispanics to Outpace Black Americans as Largest Voting Minority in 2020
Hispanic Americans are set to outpace black Americans as the largest voting minority group in the 2020 election for the first time ever, new research finds.
Pew Research Center projections predict that Hispanic American voters will now be the largest voting minority in the 2020 presidential election, passing black American voters for the first time in United States history. Hispanics have been the largest minority group in the U.S. since 2003.
In total, Pew predicts that the number of eligible Hispanic voters in 2020 will tick up to a record 13.3 percent of the entire American electorate, while eligible black American voters will make up about 12.5 percent of the electorate.
This translates to about 32 million Hispanics who will be eligible to vote in the 2020 election and about 30 million eligible black American voters.

Questions for Chase (Away) Bank
I have been a Chase Bank customer for years. Who knows how much longer it’ll be? Will the company’s thought police come for me next? How about you? If you are a non-leftist who does business with the financial giant owned by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., you need to ask questions and get answers.
On Tuesday, investigative journalist James O'Keefe and his Project Veritas team released a disturbing new video on the runaround that Chase officials gave Texas conservative entrepreneur Enrique Tarrio about his canceled account. Big business may very well be enabling America’s very own version of the Chinese social credit system in which political dissent is flagged, shunned, punished and eradicated.
First, some background:
Tarrio is a young, peaceful, Afro-Cuban freethinker and chairman of the Proud Boys organization. In February 2019, the Texas Trump supporter received a letter from Chase Bank informing him that “after careful consideration,” the financial institution could “no longer support” his banking account. The notice followed a hit piece against minorities who support the president by The Daily Beast, a reliable echo chamber for the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center smear machine.

Extreme Illusions And Escapes Event Set For Saturday In Ocean CIty
OCEAN CITY – A family friendly, Las Vegas-style illusion and escape show will premiere in Ocean City this weekend.
On Saturday, April 20, Extreme Illusions and Escapes, starring Josh and Lea Knotts, will make its debut performance at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center.
Featuring stage illusions, death-defying escapes and an abundance of audience participation, event promoter Todd Ferrante said Extreme Illusions and Escapes is for individuals of all ages.
“Whether you are 3 or 103, you can still enjoy this show,” he said.
Performer Josh Knotts said the show features one of the largest collections of large-scale props in the nation.
“We do an act where I’m hanging upside down from a claw in a straitjacket and I have to escape before the claw closes,” he said. “We also have an act where I vanish from an ejection chair 9 feet in the air.”
Unlike most illusion and escape performances, Knotts said his 90-minute show offers a comedic flair and relies heavily on audience participation.

Baltimore City Sues Trump Administration To Block Abortion Referral Rules That Could Cost City $1.4M
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City is suing the Trump administration to prevent a federal regulation that they allege will restrict access to abortions for low-income people.
The City filed a motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent a federal regulation from taking effect in May that would “severely restrict access to reproductive health care for low-income people,”
Title X clinics in the City currently serve over 16,000 patients each year in family planning, cancer screening and other preventative health services.
In the lawsuit filed last Friday, Baltimore alleges the rule violates several federal statutes- including provisions of the Affordable Care Act, Title X itself, the Administrative Procedures Act, and the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act—and is “an unconstitutional infringement of the rights to free speech, sex equality, and to access abortion,”

GOP Sens. Renew Request for Clinton Email Probe Info
Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., renewed their request Tuesday for more information about the FBI's probe into Hillary Clinton's private email server, The Hill reports.
The lawmakers, all committee chairmen, initially requested the information in October 2018, but the DOJ at the time said its release could interfere with special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
"Now that the special counsel's investigation has concluded, we are unaware of any legitimate basis upon which the Department can refuse to answer the Judiciary Committee's inquiries," the senators wrote.

Google Caves to the Intolerant Left, Betraying Its Own Ideals
Believers in internet freedom and all the potential of the digital revolution should be deeply disheartened by Google’s spineless decision last week to abandon its artificial intelligence advisory council.
The reason Google dropped the idea? The inclusion on the council of The Heritage Foundation’s president, Kay Coles James.
James would have been a conservative voice on the council to offer balance and a different perspective than is usually heard in the left-leaning world of digital enterprises.
The presence of even one conservative was too much for the intolerant minions of Google, who rose up in protest, wrote slanderous petitions against her, and forced their management into retreat, just like they previously forced Google to abandon plans to work with the Pentagon.
Yet, James is exactly the kind of person who would have so much to contribute. Who in the male-dominated, techie world of Silicon Valley could match her insight and experience? Her perspective as a black, conservative, female intellectual and leader is distinctive, compassionate, and so rich that few people could match it.

DC is putting up the homeless in really nice apartments, and the result is exactly what you would expect
D.C. lawmakers, in all of their wisdom, determined that poor, homeless people should be entitled to better housing than most middle-income earners. It went as well as anyone could have predicted.
Yet here’s a Washington Post headline on the policy: “D.C. housed the homeless in upscale apartments. It hasn’t gone as planned.”
You don’t say.
The sudden inflow of poor D.C. residents into one pricey apartment complex has led to new complaints of “panhandling, marijuana smoke in the halls and feces discovered on a landing in the stairwell,” according to the Post’s story.

WICOMICO COUNTY HOSTS FIRST RESPONDER APPRECIATION DINNER
In partnership with Narcan® survivors and the community, the Wicomico County Intervention Team hosted their first-ever First Responder Appreciation Dinner at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center on April 9, 2019. The event aimed to express community gratitude to the first responders working on the front lines of the opioid crisis, and recognize individuals and agencies for their roles in addressing the local opioid epidemic in Wicomico County.
Heather Brown, RPsyA, Training and Operations Director at Eastern Shore Psychological Services and her husband, Corporal Matt Brown from the Fruitland Police Department, provided the keynote speech addressing compassion fatigue. Compassion fatigue is prevalent among first responders and is defined as “a state experienced by those helping people or animals in distress; it is an extreme state of tension and preoccupation with the suffering of those being helped to the degree that it can create a secondary traumatic stress for the helper" (Compassion Fatigue.org).
One of the most impactful moments of the evening occurred when individuals whose lives were saved by the life-saving medication, Narcan®, were able to come forward and express gratitude to the first responders who saved their lives for the very first time. First responders were able to see the positive impact of Narcan® administration can have on individuals. Jennifer Larmore from the Pittsville Volunteer Fire Department shared the following about her experience, “It was a great pleasure to actually meet the person that you had a hand in saving. It is hard to imagine when you have not been in that situation or lived in someone else's shoes just how easy it is to get addicted. In our profession, we don't typically see the outcomes of our patients. This dinner gave me an opportunity to really open my eyes a think about the battle these patients have after we leave.”
The Wicomico County Health Officer, Lori Brewster, and Emergency Management Director, David Shipley, presented each agency in Wicomico County with an award plaque, recognizing their efforts in addressing the local opioid crisis. County Executive Certificates of Recognition were also awarded to individual first responders who went above and beyond the call of duty.

Second Phase Of Fugitive Warrant Effort Leads To 107 Arrests In Wicomico, Dorchester Counties
(SALISBURY, MD) – Maryland State Police, in partnership with allied law enforcement agencies in Wicomico and Dorchester counties, arrested more than 100 people as part of a continued effort to reduce the amount of active fugitive warrants in the lower Eastern Shore.
As part of “Operation: On The Lam[b],” the Maryland State Police Gang Enforcement Unit and Apprehension Team, along with allied federal and local law enforcement agencies in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, planned, coordinated and implemented a plan to locate and apprehend suspects with open arrest warrants issued through the Maryland State Police, Salisbury Police Department, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, Delmar Police Department, Fruitland Police Department, Cambridge Police Department, Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office and Worcester County Sheriff’s Office.
The Wicomico County State’s Attorney’s Office, Dorchester County State’s Attorney’s Office, Delaware State Police, Maryland Division of Corrections, Delaware Division of Corrections, Homeland Security Investigations and the Eastern Shore Information Center [ESIC] also partnered in this operation
This initiative, which yielded 107 arrests and took place on April 9 and 11, was a follow up to “Operation: Hide and Seek,” which was conducted on Feb. 20 and led to 41 arrests. That operation focused on gathering information and identifying criminal gang members and suspects of open criminal investigations in Wicomico County. Among those arrested in that initial investigation were 11 people who had suspected ties to organized gangs and 13 of whom had out-of-state connections.

Coast Guard officer accused of plotting terrorist attack asks judge to review his jail status
The attorney for a U.S. Coast Guard officer accused of plotting a terrorist attack in the Washington region has asked a federal judge to review his detention status, saying her client still hasn’t been charged with any terrorism-related offenses.
Lt. Christopher Hasson, 49, of Silver Spring, Md., was arrested in February and charged with drug and weapons counts as part of what the government said was a planned domestic attack targeting politicians and media personalities.
In a memo filed Monday, Hasson’s federal public defender said no other charges have been brought against her client related to alleged domestic terrorism, and she asked the court to reconsider whether he should remain jailed pending trial.
After Hasson’s arrest, federal prosecutors asserted in court documents that he described himself as a “long time White Nationalist,” studied the work of mass attackers and planned “to murder innocent civilians on a scale rarely seen in this country.” Prosecutors said Hasson’s Internet searches and activity on his government computer raised suspicions about an internal “threat” that prompted the Coast Guard and FBI personnel in Baltimore to investigate.

Three Questions to Ask Liberals
As President Trump threatens to transport illegal aliens to sanctuary cities, suddenly, many on the Left are feeling significantly less generous and magnanimous regarding illegal immigration.
Colloquially, this is known as having "skin in the game." When people have no skin in the game, then the issue is "no skin off their back." Cher, for example, was gung ho when it came to immigration, as she had no skin in the game. However, when she had some skin in the game, her position suddenly became more conservative.
This conversation is surprisingly typical. It arises so frequently that it has become one of the three questions I have learned to ask when dealing with liberals and liberal ideology.
I learned to ask this question while in graduate school for higher education administration, a discipline whose pedagogy is informed by social justice ideology. A professor of mine always advocated for "redistribution of wealth from big business." I remember telling her how unstable business can be from month to month and year to year. Due to this instability, would it not make more sense to redistribute wealth from a more stable profession? The most stable profession I can think of is tenured professor. Tenured professors have guaranteed contracts for life. Not only that, but it was her idea in the first place, so one would think she would be in favor of implementing her own idea.
Believe it or not, she did not want to redistribute wealth from tenured professors.

Naval Academy will bar transgender students in fall 2020
Transgender people will be effectively banned from attending the Naval Academy beginning in the 2020 school year, the Defense Department confirmed Monday.
Policy barring transgender people from serving in the United States military will also affect the Naval Academy, which has under previous policy accepted transgender students and retained midshipmen who want to transition during the course of their education.
Naval Academy alumna Alex Marberry became one of the first sailors to transition after former Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter under the Obama administration lifted restrictions on service in 2016. A midshipman, Regan Kibby, is one of six service members suing the Trump administration for the ban.

Malls see tsunami of store closures, falling traffic
It's only April, but already this year more store closures — nearly 6,000 — have been announced than in all of 2018.
That surely isn't helping mall owners.
Foot traffic at some of the best shopping centers across the country peaked around August 2018 and has since started to fall, after rebounding for much of last year, according to a new report from data analytics firm Thasos, which uses more than 100 million mobile phones to track when consumers enter and leave certain trade areas.
The good news for a lot of malls was that many retailers made a "comeback" and were able to draw in more shoppers by using promotions in 2018, John Collins, Thasos co-founder and chief product officer, said. "But if you're selling merchandise at a loss, you can only do that for so long."
As retailers are now starting to talk about pulling back on discounting, this could be one reason why traffic is dropping at malls, he said, in addition to the fact that some purchases are moving online. Another issue is landlords have been hoping that offering shoppers new experiences would make it more exciting to go to the mall, but the early evidence isn't showing a boost in activity.

Report Unveils Vast “Dark Money” Network on the Left
As presidential candidates promise to refuse so-called “dark money” and Members of Congress decry the role of money in politics, a Special Report from CRC dispels one of the biggest myths in political discourse: the Left doesn’t use “dark money.”
The political Left often criticizes—and the mainstream media frequently report on—the network of center-right nonprofits funded by billionaire entrepreneurs Charles and David Koch. But few politicos know of a left-wing leviathan in Washington, D.C., with a reach rivaling that of the Koch network.
This study by the Capital Research Center documents a shadowy web into which nearly $600 million flowed in 2017, the most recent year for which tax returns are available. Operating under the aegis of “philanthropy,” this network is housed in and staffed by a for-profit, privately held consultancy called Arabella Advisors, LLC. Arabella manages four non-profit entities—the New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Windward Fund, and Hopewell Fund—each of which shares an address and interlocking officers with Arabella.
Some of the nation’s largest grant-making institutions, including the Rockefeller, Packard, and Kellogg Foundations are donors to the funds managed by Arabella. It remains unclear why such large and powerful institutions seek outside philanthropic consulting, but presumably a significant part of Arabella’s appeal lies in its ability to obscure large financial transactions.

Marine drags himself across finish line of Boston Marathon in honor of comrades who died next to him in combat
A Marine has gone viral after he dragged himself across the finish line at the Boston Marathon after both his legs "just gave up."
Here's what we know
Micah Herndon is a 31-year-old Marine veteran who served in Afghanistan. While he was deployed there, two Marines he was serving with and a British journalist were killed by an improvised explosive device. One of these men was his best friend, Matthew Ballard.
"Survivor's guilt, it's real," he told the Washington Post. "I definitely have it because I was the lead machine-gunner on that convoy and I didn't see that bomb that was buried. I live with that every day."
Herndon said that he wanted to run the marathon to honor their memories.

Sick: NYU Professor Talia Lavin Questions Why The Memory Of 9/11 Is Sacred
Over the weekend, New York University professor Talia Lavin found herself under fire after questioning why the memory of 9/11 is sacred.
In March, Breitbart News reported that NYU had brouth Lavin on as a journalism professor after being fired by the New Yorker after her now-notorious false claim that a disabled veteran had a Nazi tattoo, so that should give you some idea of their standards over at the journalism department.
She’s their problem now I guess.
She followed this up with some attempt at a clarification, arguing that 9/11 couldn’t be “sacred” because it was not a religious incident.

Democrats acknowledge crisis at border, insist solutions lie elsewhere
Democrats are increasingly ready to acknowledge a problem at the southwestern border — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi last week dubbed it “a humanitarian crisis” — but their solutions lie almost everywhere but the border itself.
Sen. Bernard Sanders said he would be willing to talk about more detention facilities to hold illegal immigrants but that the real solution is deploying more judges to hear their cases.
Fellow presidential hopeful Rep. Tim Ryan says the answer to the surge of illegal immigrants is to legalize the ones already in the U.S.
Mrs. Pelosi says she, too, is ready to talk legalization but insists Democrats already have solved the immediate crisis at the border by earmarking tens of millions of dollars in the 2019 spending bill to upgrade technology and make asylum seekers feel more welcome.

Attorney General Barr Blocks Catch and Release by Migration Judges
Immigration judges cannot release migrants who are caught sneaking into the United States, even if the migrants ask for asylum, says a binding legal decision by Attorney General William Barr.
The decision will dramatically shift the migration-caused civic and housing crises from the nation’s blue-collar communities over to the Congress and the Department of Homeland Security, whose budget and detention centers only have enough resources to house about 50,000 people year-round.
“The [text of the relevant] Act provides that, if an alien in expedited proceedings establishes a credible fear, he “shall be detained for further consideration of the application for asylum,” says Barr’s April 16 decision, titled. Matter of M-S-. Because of the law, “I order that, unless DHS paroles the respondent under section 212(d)(5)(A) of the Act, he must be detained until his removal proceedings conclude.”

Kim Foxx Called Jussie Smollett ‘Washed Up Celeb Who Lied to Cops’
Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx referred to actor Jussie Smollett as a “washed up celeb who lied to cops” in texts messages to members of her staff sent roughly two weeks prior to her office dropping all charges against the Empire star.
“Sooo……I’m recused, but when people accuse us of overcharging cases …16 counts on a class 4 (felony) becomes exhibit A,” Foxx wrote a staffer on March 8th, the same day Jussie Smollett was indicted on 16 felony counts by a Cook County grand jury for filing a false police report on January 29th. The Chicago Police Department charge that Smollett staged a hate crime against himself in downtown Chicago in an attempt to boost his career.
Texts show Foxx referenced another case in what appears to have been as an effort to compare Smollett’s situation to another case involving a child molester.
“Pedophile with 4 victims 10 counts. Washed up celeb who lied to cops, 16. On a case eligible for deferred prosecution I think it’s indicative of something we should be looking at generally. Just because we can charge something doesn’t mean we should.”

Jessup prison smuggling ring: Drugs, phones and porn
Federal authorities in Maryland dismantled yet another smuggling ring of prison guards and inmates allegedly peddling heroin, cellphones and pornography-loaded flash drives behind bars — in exchange for sex and payments via PayPal and Western Union money orders.
Nineteen people were arrested Tuesday — including three prison guards — and charged with running the smuggling ring at the state’s medium-security prison in Jessup.
The crackdown at the Maryland Correctional Institute Jessup pushes to nearly 200 the number of guards, inmates and civilian accomplices indicted in prison-corruption cases across Maryland over the last four years, said Michael Zeigler, acting secretary of the state Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
The investigation began more than two years ago after a prisoner tipped off authorities to the smuggling ring. Maryland Correctional Institute Jessup holds about 1,100 male prisoners. A staff of about 300 prison guards and civilian employees run the grounds.
The guards allegedly were sneaking an array of contraband into the prison — fentanyl, ecstasy, synthetic marijuana, prescription pills, alcohol and tobacco — by hiding the drugs under their clothing and in their hair, federal prosecutors wrote in charging documents.

The Justice Department will hold a press conference at 9:30 a.m. Thursday to discuss the Mueller report.
According to Bloomberg's Jennifer Jacobs, both Attorney General William Barr and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein - who authorized and oversaw the majority of the investigation - will speak.
Here's what to expect from the release of the redacted report, according to the Daily Caller's Chuck Ross.
The report, which clocks in at nearly 400 pages, will contain Mueller’s findings about Russian efforts to influence the 2016 election. It will also detail the investigation into whether members of the Trump campaign conspired with Russians, and whether President Trump himself attempted to obstruct the FBI’s probe by firing James Comey as FBI director.
Attorney General William Barr has already revealed that Mueller & Co. were unable to establish that Trump associates conspired with Russia. But the report will likely shed light on how the investigation unfolded, and what other information was uncovered about any Russian attempts to infiltrate the campaign

Maryland’s DNA Database Records 7,000th Hit And 1,000th Arrestee Hit
(PIKESVILLE, MD) – Colonel William M. Pallozzi, Superintendent of the Maryland State Police, today announced two more milestones for Maryland’s DNA database, supporting its role as an invaluable tool to law enforcement in the ongoing effort to reduce crime, apprehend criminals, and exonerate the innocent.
Maryland’s DNA database, housed at the State Police Forensic Sciences Division laboratory, has now recorded 7,000 positive comparisons, or “hits,” as they are commonly referred to. A positive comparison occurs when DNA obtained from a crime victim or scene is matched with either DNA from a known offender sample or DNA from another crime scene. Matches occur using CODIS, the Combined DNA Index System, which enables access to both the Maryland DNA database and the National DNA database.
On April 3, 2019, scientists at the Maryland State Police Forensic Sciences Division forwarded information to detectives at the Charles County Sheriff’s Office that the 7,000th positive DNA comparison through the use of Maryland’s DNA database was connected to an open 2003 rape case they are investigating. The offender sample in this case was collected in South Carolina. This hit demonstrates how the DNA database plays a crucial role in solving crimes from older unsolved cases as well as from cases that cross jurisdictions and borders. Specifics in this case cannot be made known at this time because the investigation is ongoing and the suspect has not been charged.
Maryland’s DNA database was established by law in 1994 and the first positive comparison occurred in 1998. It was eight years later, in August 2006, when State Police scientists reached the 500th hit. Twenty-three months later, the 1,000th hit was recorded in July 2008. Fifteen months later, in October 2009, another 500 positive comparisons were reached. The 2,000th positive comparison mark was reached in January 2011. The 3,000th positive comparison was made in June of 2013. The 4,000th positive comparison occurred in May 2015. The 5,000thpositive comparison was made in September 2016. The 6,000th positive comparison was made in January 2018.

JORDAN RAISES GRAVE CONCERNS WITH CUMMINGS’S SUBPOENA TO MAZARS USA FOR SOLE PURPOSE OF ATTACKING THE PRESIDENT
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Jim Jordan, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, sent a letter to Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-MD) criticizing the Chairman’s issuance of a purely partisan subpoena to Mazars USA LLP. Chairman Cummings issued this subpoena without having a debate or vote of the Committee, as he promised in January. Chairman Cummings has not denied that his subpoena is part of coordinated and carefully managed campaign to attack the President for political gain.
Excerpts of the letter:
“You issued this subpoena over my objection without having a debate or vote of the Committee, as you promised. This is not fair and objective congressional oversight. Your subpoena is an act of raw partisan politics meant only to further your obsession with attacking the President of the United States.”
“The Supreme Court of the United States has explained that a congressional investigation cannot seek to “expose for the sake of exposure.” The Court explained that “the public is, of course, entitled to be informed concerning workings of its government. It cannot be inflated into a general power to expose where the predominant result can only be an invasion of the private right of an individual.” I am disappointed that your obsession with attacking President Trump for political gain has led you to do precisely what the Supreme Court cautioned against.”

VIDEO: 65-year-old Florida woman slugs 300-pound, half-naked attacker with baseball bat
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WGFL) — It was early Sunday morning when 65-year-old Clarese Gainey heard a noise outside her apartment. As she looked out the window, she says she saw a man in his boxers pulling at her car door handle and knocking on the window, attempting to break in. Before calling police, she took matters into her own hands.
"I grab my bat, I brace myself, and I ease the door open," Gainey said.
That's when police and Gainey say 5'6, 300 pound Antonio Mosely charged her.
"I took that bat and hit him upside the head like 'pi-yah!' He said 'Ow!'"

PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM MEASLES
(April 17, 2019, Salisbury, MD) Measles is a serious respiratory disease (in the lungs and breathing tubes) that causes a rash and fever. It is very contagious. In rare cases, it can be deadly.
What are symptoms of measles? Measles starts with a fever that can get very high. Some of the other symptoms that may occur are: Cough, runny nose and red eyes, rash of tiny, red spots that start at the head and spread to the rest of the body, diarrhea, and ear infection.
The best way to protect against measles is to get the measles-mumps-rubella shot (called the MMR shot). Doctors recommend that all children get the MMR shot. Why should my child get the MMR shot? Protects your child from measles, a potentially serious disease, as well as mumps and rubella, prevents your child from getting an uncomfortable rash and high fever from measles, keeps your child from missing school or child care (and keeps you from missing work to care for your sick child).
Doctors recommend that your child get 2 doses of the MMR shot for best protection. Your child will need one dose at each of the following ages: 12 through 15 months, 4 through 6 years. Infants 6 months to 11 months should have 1 dose of MMR shot before traveling to another country. Is the MMR shot safe? Yes. The MMR shot is very safe, and it is effective at preventing measles (as well as mumps and rubella). Vaccines, like any medicine, can have side effects. But most children who get the MMR shot have no side effects.
What are the side effects? Most children don’t have any side effects from the shot. The side effects that do occur are usually very mild, such as a fever, rash, soreness or swelling where the shot was given, or temporary pain and stiffness in the joints (mostly in teens and adults). More serious side effects are rare. These may include high fever that could cause a seizure.
