Biden campaign declines 'Fox News Sunday' interview, 1 week after Chris Wallace's Trump sitdown

'We'll keep asking every week'

During his interview with Chris Wallace last week, President Trump questioned whether the Democrats' presumptive presidential nominee, Joe Biden, could handle the barrage of questioning that Wallace posed to Trump.

The answer to that question – at least for now – we may never know.

Wallace on Sunday informed viewers that the Biden campaign told Fox News he was “not available” for an interview.

"In our interview last week with President Trump, he questioned whether his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, could handle a similar encounter,” Wallace said. “This week, we asked the Biden campaign for an interview and they said the former vice president was not available.”

He added, “We’ll keep asking every week.”

Black Lives Don’t Matter To #BlackLivesMatter

We need to stop pretending that the group “Black Lives Matter” gives a damn about the lives of black people, police brutality, or anything other than hammering huge corporate checks and electing Democrats. This sham of focusing on a dozen or so instances of unarmed black people killed by police (many of whom had cars as weapons) is an insult to the thousands of black lives snuffed out every year by other black people. If you care about black lives you don’t ignore the pile of bodies that could stretch around the globe, which is exactly what everyone marching, rioting, and dancing in the streets are doing. It’s pretty sick.

It’s a great marketing gimmick – come up with a slogan that is basic, simple, and no one disagrees with it. It’s harder to do than you’d think, people make a lot of money doing it. But for every “Where’s the beef?” there are a million “What beer drinkers drink when they’re not drinking beer.” “Black Lives Matter” is brilliant in its simplicity, which is why it works and why leftists latched onto it. But it’s a fraud.

If black lives mattered to Black Lives Matter, with the kind of resources they’re raking in, the amount of good they could do would be immeasurable. Community watch organizations could be started, diversion programs, education initiatives, and rewards could be offered for information leading to the arrest of any of the murderers of any of the thousands, especially black children, killed in cities across the country.

Agricultural Warfare? People Are Receiving Mysterious Unsolicited Packages Of Seeds In The Mail From China

Just when you thought tensions between the U.S. and China couldn't get any stranger in the midst of the ongoing global pandemic, Americans across the country are starting to report receiving unsolicited packages of different types of seeds that they didn't order - and don't know anything about - at their door. The return address on the packages is always from China.

The Washington State Department of Agriculture wrote about the phenomenon on their Facebook page on July 24, 2020 and said that the seeds are being shipping in packaging that identifies the contents as jewelry.

Similar advisories have been issued in Virginia, Utah, Kansas, Arizona and Louisiana.

Chicago Mayor Lightfoot: ‘We Will Not Allow Federal Troops in Our City’

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said she would not allow President Donald Trump to send federal police officers to quell protests in the city of Chicago.

Lightfoot said, “This is not about working with the Trump administration. For decades now in major cities across the country, FBI, DEA, ATF, those agents have been in our districts and work in concert with local law enforcement to help support a number of efforts, not the least of which is violence in our cities. So the opportunity presented itself under the management of the U.S. attorney here. I stress that because that’s unlike what we saw in Portland, where the Trump administration parachuted in these additional federal agents without consulting anybody locally and ignoring the local U.S. attorney.”

Pirro: Biden an ‘Insult to the American People’ Thinking He Can Hide in His Bunker, Come Out Like a Groundhog Reading a Teleprompter

Saturday, Fox News Channel’s Jeanine Pirro emphasized the stakes involved in this November’s general election, noting the civil unrest and threats to federal property, which has forced the use of federal law enforcement.

Pirro took a jab at the Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign, which has lacked many traditional elements, including public appearances thus far.

Transcript as follows:

You have 100 days. One hundred days to save this country. As you’ve watched the attempted destruction of this great nation — yes, I said, great nation — you probably felt like you were watching violence play out in a third world country, that this kind of thing doesn’t happen in the United States. Well, I’ve got news for you. Elect the wrong person, and it’s coming to your city.

As this plays out with 100 days left before the presidential election, the question is simple. Do you want someone to fight for the peaceful America you lived in? One who respects law and order? Or do you want to chart a different course for America and continue to descend into the depths of despair and darkness?

I want you to think about your life one year ago, the economy was soaring. You had a job, if you wanted one, you could pack your kids in the SUV and take a vacation if you wanted.

You could go to sports events, concerts and enjoy the fruits of your labor unhindered. On a lazy July summer night like tonight, you might have a barbecue, turn on some music. Not anymore.

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said Chicago’s high gun violence rates were a result of the city “being inundated with guns from states that have virtually no gun control.”

Graham: FBI lied to FISA court, lied to Congress about dossier

Congress took an interest in the dossier in 2018, Graham says
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham revealed in an interview with Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures" that in 2018 Congress investigated Christoper Steele's Russian dossier, and that the FBI lied to lawmakers about it.

Graham, R-S.C., has been leading an oversight investigation into the FBI's conduct during the early stages of the Russia probe, with a focus on the unverified dossier, which was used to get a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to monitor former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

With new documents recently released that have shed light on the early days of the investigation, Graham hinted at what the public may learn in the days to come.

"Not only did the FBI lie to the court about the reliability of the Steele dossier, they also lied to the Congress, and that’s a separate crime," Graham said. A Justice Department Inspector General report had previously revealed that the FBI made inaccurate representations in their FISA warrant applications.

Walmart, Home Depot and other retailers walk back face mask mandates, will serve maskless customers

Following several dangerous confrontations, stores won't enforce face mask rules.

Some of the biggest U.S. retailers have instituted mandatory mask policies over the past two weeks to combat the spread of COVID-19, including Walmart. The Business Roundtable, an association of CEOs from some of America's biggest corporations, called for companies to require face mask mandates for customers of retail locations and restaurants. However, a week later, many companies are walking back their mask mandates following several highly publicized incidents centered around wearing face coverings.

Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Home Depot, Lowe's, and other nationwide retailers said they would serve customers even if they violate mask mandates, according to CNN. The change in policy is to prevent confrontations between customers and employees.

The companies want to avoid negative publicity and potential violence stemming from customers refusing to wear face masks in stores. This comes after multiple events where customers became irate, including one instance where a man brandished a gun at a Walmart employee because of the mask mandate.

"I Would Literally Do Any Other Job Right Now" - Workers Are Leaving The Restaurant Industry In Droves

Gina Restivo has held virtually every restaurant job during her 30 years in the industry. Dishwasher, cook, host, bartender, server. But, after being exposed to COVID-19 while working as the general manager of a high-volume restaurant in Ocean City, Md., Restivo put in her resignation and is currently looking for jobs in other industries.

“I’m considering really anything,” Restivo said. “I would literally do any job right now that is not working in a restaurant.”

After self-quarantining in her back bedroom, away from her boyfriend, following her exposure at work, Restivo tested negative, she said. But 13 cases have so far been tied back to her former restaurant, she said. “People who are not in the industry don’t realize the instances you could have contracted this in a single day,” she said. “Something as small as the sink handle where everyone washes their hands, or touching people’s dirty silverware or dirty dishes in the bus tub. You’re also dealing with people who are racing around.”

Turley Blasts Media's Willful Blindness To Obama's Criminal Spying

The Washington press corps seems engaged in a collective demonstration of the legal concept of willful blindness, ordeliberately ignoring the facts, following the release of yet another declassified document which directly refutes prior statements about the investigation into Russia collusion. The document shows that FBI officials used a national security briefing of then candidate Donald Trump and his top aides to gather possible evidence for Crossfire Hurricane, its code name for the Russia investigation.

It is astonishing that the media refuses to see what is one of the biggest stories in decades. The Obama administration targeted the campaign of the opposing party based on false evidence. The media covered Obama administration officials ridiculing the suggestions of spying on the Trump campaign and of improper conduct with the Russia investigation. When Attorney General William Barr told the Senate last year that he believed spying did occur, he was lambasted in the media, including by James Comey and others involved in that investigation. The mocking “wow” response of the fired FBI director received extensive coverage.

The new document shows that, in summer 2016, FBI agent Joe Pientka briefed Trump campaign advisers Michael Flynn and Chris Christie over national security issues, standard practice ahead of the election. It had a discussion of Russian interference. But this was different. The document detailing the questions asked by Trump and his aides and their reactions was filed several days after that meeting under Crossfire Hurricane and Crossfire Razor, the FBI investigation of Flynn. The two FBI officials listed who approved the report are Kevin Clinesmith and Peter Strzok.

GOP Reach Agreement On COVID-19 Relief; $600 Unemployment Boost Becomes 70% 'Wage Replacement'; Pelosi Pops Fuse

With the Trump Treasury sitting on $1.8 trillion and three months to spend it, the White House and Senate Republicans are set to introduce a $1 trillion spending bill on Monday which would be released in stages - angering Democrats who are pushing for an immediate, $3 trillion shotgun blast of stimulus.

Speaking with ABC's "This Week," White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said "I see us being able to provide unemployment insurance, maybe a retention credit, to keep people from being displaced or brought back into the workplace, helping with our schools," adding "we can negotiate on the rest of the bill in the weeks to come."

The Trump administration opposes an extension of a $600-a-week enhanced unemployment paymentthat expired this month, Mnuchin and Meadows said. Instead, White House officials favor a planto reimburse an individual's lost wages or salary by up to 70%, said Mnuchin and Meadows. -Newsday

Asked whether expiring federal unemployment benefits will be extended, WH Chief of Staff Mark Meadows says "The original benefits will not... He had announced at a briefing Thursday on Major League Baseball’s opening day that he’d be at Yankee Stadium on Aug. 15 to throw out the first pitch.

"The Swamp Is In A Feeding Frenzy" - 'Tea Party' Resurgent Amid Trillion-Dollar Bailout Bills

Tea Party conservatives are waking up to the lack of fiscal discipline by the Republican establishment over exploding deficits and another round of economic stimulus, according to The Hill.

What's happening today is similar to the Republican backlash in 2008 when they bailed out Wall Street during the financial crash, it's just this time, the bailouts dwarfed the ones a decade ago.

This puts Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, in a tight spot as he is up for reelection this fall. His state is flooded with Tea Party patriots, who have raised the alarm over the Trump administration's reckless deficit spending.

"Just came from Progressive Democrat, whoops, I'm mean Republican caucus," Senator Rand Paul, a Kentucky Republican, tweeted last week.
"The majority of Republicans are now no different than socialist Democrats when it comes to debt. They simply don't care about debt and are preparing to add at least another trillion dollars in debt this month, combined with the trillions from earlier this summer," Paul said.

Senator Ted Cruz, a Texas Republican, said "hell no" to critical components of McConnell's next stimulus package.

"This is the swamp in a feeding frenzy. Everybody's lobbyist has their hand out, saying, 'Look, if you're spending trillions of dollars, I want to get some.' And it's not right," Cruz said.

GOP Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, another politician who was elected during the Tea Party movement a decade ago, told The Hill that Congress shouldn't authorize "a dime more" until "we've thoroughly taken a look at the $2.9 trillion we've already authorized" and figure out what funds have actually been spent.

"When we were in the minority, we were able to put a brake on Obama's desires," Johnson noted, adding that the Republican establishment has lost fiscal discipline in recent years.

President Trump and HUD Secretary Ben Carson Quietly Eliminate Obama’s Actions Forcing Suburbs to Pay for the Cities

Last night, Stanley Kurtz was interviewed by Mark Levin at FOX News on Life, Liberty and Levin about recent actions taken by President Trump and his brilliant Secretary Ben Carson that help the suburbs. They did this by eliminating a massive rule similar to Obamacare taken by former President Obama that radically undercut the independence of local suburbs.

Stanley Kurtz, a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, spoke to Fox News about what he called a “tremendous accomplishment” of the Trump administration, one that the mainstream media apparently failed to notice.

In an interview on “Life Liberty & Levin” that aired Sunday, Kurtz shed light on the“Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule,” (AFFH) a law added by former President Barack Obama to the 1968 Fair Housing Act, which the conservative scholar said has aimed to expand federal influence over suburbia.

Four Months of Unprecedented Government Malfeasance

Over the last four months, Americans have lived through what is arguably the most consequential period of government malfeasance in U.S. history. Public officials’ overreaction to the novel coronavirus put American cities into a coma; those same officials’ passivity in the face of widespread rioting threatens to deliver the coup de grâce. Together, these back-to-back governmental failures will transform the American polity and cripple urban life for decades.

Before store windows started shattering in the name of racial justice, urban existence was already on life support, thanks to the coronavirus lockdowns. Small businesses—the restaurants and shops that are the lifeblood of cities—were shuttered, many for good, leaving desolate rows of “For Rent” signs on street after street in New York City and elsewhere. Americans huddled in their homes for months on end, believing that if they went outside, death awaited them.

This panic was occasioned by epidemiological models predicting wildly unlikely fatalities from the coronavirus.

On March 30, the infamous Imperial College London model predicted 2.2 million deaths in the U.S. by September 1, absent government action. That prediction was absurd on its face, given the dispersal of the U.S. population and the fact that China’s coronavirus death toll had already levelled off at a few thousand. The authors of that study soon revised it radically downwards.

Too late. It had already become the basis for the exercise of unprecedented government power. California was the first state to lock down its economy and confine its citizens to their homes; eventually almost every other state would follow suit, under enormous media pressure to do so.

Never before had public officials required millions of lawful businesses to shut their doors, throwing tens of millions of people out of work. They did so at the command of one particular group of experts—those in the medical and public health fields—who viewed their mandate as eliminating one particular health risk with every means put at their disposal.

D.C. Exempts Lawmakers, Government Employees From New Mask Order

Washington, D.C., mayor Muriel Bowser (D.) issued a universal masking order for her city Wednesday but exempted lawmakers, judges, and federal employees.

The order mandates the wearing of masks in all indoor and outdoor settings where social distancing cannot be observed. No other designated profession is exempt from wearing a mask, except when a piece of work equipment would preclude mask use. Consequences for ignoring the order include fines of up to $1,000.

The mayor’s office did not respond to a request for comment.

Masking mandates have prompted contentious public discussion in the United States about the limits of government and the authority of public health officials. While such officials have been unified about the safety of masks, governors and mayors have differed as to how to enact these measures.

Candace Owens dismantles George Floyd black martyr narrative: 'Racially motivated police brutality is a myth'

'I do not support George Floyd ... as a martyr for black America'

Conservative commentator Candace Owens published a livestream video on Wednesday, decrying the movement for trying to turn George Floyd into a martyr for black America.

The death of Floyd, a victim in a Minneapolis, Minnesota, police killing, spurred on nationwide protests following his May death.
What are the details?

Owens in a Facebook Live video said that she refused to buy into the idea that Floyd should be the impetus for a race relations overhaul in the United States.

"I do not support George Floyd and the media depiction of him as a martyr for black America," she insisted.

Pointing out Floyd's troubled legal history — including a time when he reportedly threatened a pregnant woman with a gun during a violent robbery — Owens explained that she's not defending the officer accused of killing Floyd, but simply refuses to accept the martyr narrative.

"You would be hard-pressed to find, you know, a Jewish person that's had five stints in prison that commits a crime and dies while committing a crime and that the Jewish people champion and demand justice for," she said.

BIDEN’S SECRET PLAN FOR THE SUBURBS…….POST ELECTION: FEDERALIZED, CENTRALIZED GOVERNMENT CONTROL OF SUBURBS

Vice-President Joe Biden is set to implement an enhanced Obama-Biden AFFH, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, a HUD plan, but few details will emerge until after the November election hoping to keep votes of white, college educated women. If suburban voters knew of this plan, Biden would lose their votes.

Local suburbs will be controlled by the Biden federal government’s denial of federal funds for roads/ highways and forcing high-rise low income housing through out suburban municipalities and townships. Broad detailed reviews of facilities, population, etc. will be required opening up legal challenges by the Biden federal government.

This will Radically and Politically Undercut Zoning, Transportation, School Districts, Economy, Housing and Densities. There is also a planned new layer of control: A Regional Consortium to dictate policy and tax municipalities.

Thursday Secretary of Housing and Urban Development announced he was stripping the Obama era AFFH from the Fair Housing Act. (see article on Fox News)
