Vice-President Joe Biden is set to implement an enhanced Obama-Biden AFFH, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, a HUD plan, but few details will emerge until after the November election hoping to keep votes of white, college educated women. If suburban voters knew of this plan, Biden would lose their votes.
Local suburbs will be controlled by the Biden federal government’s denial of federal funds for roads/ highways and forcing high-rise low income housing through out suburban municipalities and townships. Broad detailed reviews of facilities, population, etc. will be required opening up legal challenges by the Biden federal government.
This will Radically and Politically Undercut Zoning, Transportation, School Districts, Economy, Housing and Densities. There is also a planned new layer of control: A Regional Consortium to dictate policy and tax municipalities.
Thursday Secretary of Housing and Urban Development announced he was stripping the Obama era AFFH from the Fair Housing Act. (see article on Fox News)
