The Judicial nature of the Supreme Court should be nonpartisan and unbias and not supportive of any point of view. The law is not to be interpreted or supportive of philosophical political and cultural divisions and beliefs of the populace. That's the nature of having LAW just like commandments you can break commandants and get saved but Law should not be so forgiving.
