This must be the subject of that recent closed meeting of the City Council "to discuss pending litigation" (or some such).
"City attorney Cindy McDonald said that is all the city owes, but Leer plans to dispute that opinion in court."
Isn't that the attorney who was in the case in Annapolis that the City lost to Leer? Where's Paul Wilber these days?
It's really outrageous:
Mr. Leer wins and gets $43.21 from the City.
City attorney loses and gets thousands from the City.
Thanks a lot, Barrie, for deciding to "get even" with Mr. Leer because he supported Carolyn Hall.
Once again the winner will be the City Attorney -- more fees even if Mr. Leer wins, again!

Wilber is the City Attorney. MacDonald works for him.

The vindictive bitch will do anything to screw someone who doesn't agree with her. What a low life POS this woman is. I can't believe Matt is still with her. He used to be a pretty straight up guy. Barrie has been out of control for so long that Matt may have forgotten what normal is. Good luck Stu.

if it were me that I beat the city attorney twice I would want to be compensated at least the same amount the losers got.
