Court Today

To ALL the Reporters who keep calling me today and DON'T believe me when I say, I'M NOT GOING, this should PROVE to you that I am still at home blogging away and couldn't care less about the trial.

Again, the entire thing is laughable. The Chiefy claims I threatened him physically, yet he didn't arrest me or have me arrested??????? He claims I was following/stalking him, yet I wasn't arrested?????? A REAL COP, (Chiefy) would have arrested such a criminal, wouldn't you agree?

Did Webster and Barrie hire a law school intern? Tell me this is a joke? Did I understand correctly, their attorney, Jessie Hammock sent your attorney confidential attorney/client documents and now wants a motion to protect that same confidentiality? Of course it was inadvertantly. Bwaahahahahaha nothing like blowing a case.

Note to self...never employ the law offices of Miles & Stockbridge.

You shouldn't be getting calls about court today, if people read Duvafiles and followed the link they'd know it was postponed.

Could this be the reason it was postponed?

Donna,

You seem to be one of less than 25 to 50 people that go to Duvall's Site any more, seriously.

Thanks for sharing that information but as I cannot publicly confirm what you are saying, I WILL NOT DENY IT.

Things that make you go, hmmmmmm! Might I add, obviously Duvall is still clueless as an attorney as he completely missed that information clearly spelled out on the case file search. Duvall is more interested in anything that would damage me, yet he knows for a fact I have a win/win case and the other two clowns have a lose/lose case.

Now, just imagine me giving the Chiefy a Benny Hill Salute. Yes, even with the flickering of the eyes. LMAO!

Of course you arn't going to a motion hearing, because you don't have to. The motion is also about compelling you to participate in discovery and for a protective order.

The protective order is a motion to protect the confidential documents sent to the defendants attorney. There would have been a trial if the attorney for the plaintiff didn't send those documents to the attorney for the defendant.

Yes, I still read Duvafiles, Gunpowder Chronicles,Delmarva Dealings and your blog. I even read the Daily Crime on occasion but it has to be a really slow day on the blogs for me to read that. Honestly, I haven't taken time to read any blogs until yesterday and this morning. Now I'm off to do something constructive. :)
