Can you get any more evil than this? Planned Parenthood officials reportedly shared under oath that they indeed sold aborted baby body parts.
Live Action reported yesterday, that under oath, officials of Planned Parenthood stated that they did sell aborted baby body parts:
An explosive new video from the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) contradicts past claims from Planned Parenthood that the corporation never participated in the sale of aborted baby body parts but merely donated them and was compensated for expenses. Featuring testimony from Planned Parenthood officials under oath in 2019, as well as documents from those officials’ admissions, the video shows these executives and directors admitting to actually selling body parts, which is illegal.
Numerous depositions are featured in the video, including from Tram Nguyen (Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s Senior Director of Abortion Access), Dr. Dorothy Furgerson (Chief Medical Officer of Planned Parenthood Mar Monte), and Dr. Deborah Nucatola, the former senior director of medical services for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, among others. More testimony and documents are available on the CMP website.

Police in riot gear fire rubber bullets and tear gas at thousands of protestors demanding the arrest of four Minneapolis cops involved in the death of black man George Floyd
Minneapolis cops in riot gear last night fired rubber bullets and tear gas at thousands of defiant protesters who took to the streets to demand justice for George Floyd, the black man who died after a white officer was filmed kneeling on his neck during his arrest.
Demonstrators carrying placards reading 'I can't breathe' and 'Justice 4 Floyd' surrounded a police precinct Tuesday night after the disturbing video of 46-year-old Floyd begging the cop to stop before falling unconscious was shared online.
Four members of the Minneapolis Police Department who were involved in Monday's incident have now been fired, and the FBI and state law enforcement authorities have launched an investigation into Floyd's death.
The victim's heartbroken family have called for the cops to be charged with murder and their lawyer revealed white cop Derek Chauvin knelt on Floyd's neck for a staggering eight minutes during the arrest for forgery.

A viral video may keep Biden’s nasty little habit in the public eye
Even if Leftists successfully obliterate Tara Reade’s story, there’s one creepy Joe Biden narrative that’s not going to go away, and that’s the endless footage of him getting too close to and too touchy with little girls. On Tuesday, a new video emerged with the usual footage showing Biden relentlessly pawing manifestly uncomfortable little girls. What makes this one different is the way it’s paired with statements from Professor Anthony Zenkus (ironically enough, a die-hard leftist and anti-capitalist) who speaks in an old video about how pedophiles groom children:
No matter how you slice it, what Biden is doing is wrong. No older man should ever handle little girls as he does. The fact that Biden engages in this behavior in public doesn’t change the matter.
Indeed, rather than appearing friendly and naïve, as the “Joe will be Joe” crowd alleges, Biden’s blatant behavior opens itself to two unpleasant interpretations: First, he believes that his status in D.C. puts him above the law. Like some Roman emperor, Joe thinks (correctly to date) that he can get away with anything. Second, Joe may get some sort of sick exhibitionistic kick about showing his preference for young girls so publicly.

Virginians ordered to wear masks inside public buildings. Here are the exceptions.
RICHMOND, Va. -- Everyone in Virginia will need to wear a face cover, or mask, when inside a public building starting on Friday, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam announced Tuesday.
“I am taking this step because science increasingly shows us that the virus spreads less easily when everyone is wearing face coverings,” Governor Northam said.
Face coverings must be worn by anyone 10 years old and older in the following spaces:
1. Personal care and personal grooming businesses, including but not limited to, beauty salons, barbershops, spas, massage centers, tanning salons, tattoo shops, and any other location where personal care or personal grooming services are provided.
2. All brick and mortar retail businesses, including both essential and non-essential brick and mortar retail businesses.
3. Food and beverage establishments, including but not limited to, restaurants, dining establishments, food courts, breweries, microbreweries, distilleries, wineries, tasting rooms, and farmers markets, when permitted to reopen for indoor dining.

TRUMP 2020 CAMPAIGN MANAGER TWEETS VIDEO OF CREEPY JOE BIDEN PAIRED WITH CHILD GROOMING ANALYSIS
Is Biden grooming children on camera?
President Trump’s 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale retweeted a video on Monday showing clips of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden groping and sniffing women alongside audio describing how sexual predators groom young people.
“Disgusting,” Parscale wrote.
A video compilation of Joe Biden getting too close to women and saying inappropriate things was played while sexual violence and trauma expert Anthony Zenkus details some of the ways predators groom children.
According to Columbia University’s School of Social Work, Zenkus “is the director of education for The Safe Center, a victims services agency on Long Island providing services for survivors of family violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. He has worked for almost 30 years in the field of youth and family services. As a presenter, Mr. Zenkus has trained thousands of professionals regionally and nationally on issues of trauma, child abuse, family violence, and income inequality.”
The Twitter version of the video has been seen nearly 1 million times since it was uploaded on Sunday.

Gulyas retires from Berlin council after six years
Berlin At-Large Councilmember Thom Gulyas, 55, announced during the mayor and Town Council meeting on Tuesday night that he is resigning from his position after six years.
Gulyas, who was first elected to the council in 2014, said he will leave the council because he and his wife, Belinda, who is a principal for Cedar Chapel Special School, will be moving to South Point.
“I have purchased a home outside of the town of Berlin,” Gulyas said. “As our code dictates, we must reside within town corporate limits in order to hold an elected position. That being said, we expect hopefully to be into our new home by the end of 2020, at the latest beginning of 2021.”
Gulyas would not have been up for reelection until 2022, and even though he could have put off his resignation until he moves out of town — and after October’s town election — that would have entailed a special election to fill his seat.
“That would force the town to spend an extra $7,500-$10,000 just so that I could stay another extra three or four months,” he said. “And that’s not right. That’s just not the right thing to do.”

‘Close Them Down’: Trump Threatens To Shut Down Social Media Platforms
President Trump threatened action against social media companies one day after Twitter, for the first time, fact-checked one of his tweets on mail-in voting.
"Republicans feel that Social Media Platforms totally silence conservatives voices,” the presidenttweeted Wednesday without providing evidence, adding that the companies should either be “strongly” regulated or shut down.
On Tuesday, Twitter hit Trump with a fact-check for the first time ever for tweets the president wrote claiming mail-in ballots are wrought with fraud: “Get the facts about mail-in ballots,” the note below Trump’s tweet said.
Hours later, the president responded by accusing the company of “interfering” in the 2020 election, stifling free speech and using “fact-checking by Fake News CNN and the Amazon Washington Post.”

It’s Party Time! A Laughing Hillary Clinton Pays Tribute to Gov. Cuomo, Not Fallen Troops, in Memorial Day Tweet
Failed 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton posted a Memorial Day tribute tweet Monday–not to the fallen servicemen and women the national holiday honors, but to fellow Democrat New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, praising Cuomo, “for making responsible decisions to keep people safe,” over an old photo of herself, her husband former President Bill Clinton, Gov. Cuomo and those around them uproariously laughing.
Memorial Day comes as the nation marks 100,000 deaths attributed to the COVID-19 Chinese coronavirus pandemic that hit New York especially hard the past three months with the Empire State suffering over 29,000 deaths related to the virus.

The 10 Senate seats most likely to flip
Five senators are staring down serious political danger ahead of the November elections.
With less than six months to go until Election Day, the battle for control of the Senate hinges on five key states. Democrats are after four seats in particular — in Arizona, Colorado, Maine and North Carolina — while Republicans are largely playing defense, but see an easy pickup opportunity in Alabama.
A handful of seats in states like Iowa, Montana and Michigan are also showing signs they may be in play.

CDC warns it 'may be possible' for coronavirus to spread on surfaces, in new shift
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) edited information posted to its website last week on the transmission of the coronavirus from contaminated surfaces after the health agency deemed it confusing.
“After media reports appeared that suggested a change in CDC’s view on transmissibility, it became clear that these edits were confusing,” a press releasepublished Friday read.
In its statement, the CDC said it's possible to contract COVID-19 from touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching your face, adding: "The primary and most important mode of transmission for COVID-19 is through close contact from person-to-person."
The edit comes after the agency initially said Wednesday that the virus “does not spread easily” by “touching surfaces or objects." In March, it had said it was possible for COVID-19 to spread through surfaces and objects, before updating its guidance to say surfaces are a medium by which the virus does not spread easily.

“It’s Coming” — Reporter Adam Housley on Spygate Scandal: Names to Watch… McMaster, Rosenstein and John McCain
Former FOX News reporter put up a series of tweets this weekend on the ongoing Obama spygate scandal. According to Housley the scandal involves corrupt officials from both parties and he suggests that the case is moving swiftly and that these three men are in the crosshairs: H. R. McMaster, Rod Rosenstien and deceased US Senator and Trump-hater John McCain.
Adam Housley: The corruption runs deep and through both parties and it ain’t gonna look good when it’s all said and done.
Adam Housley: It ain’t about Republican and Democrat anymore…it really isn’t. People were given the opportunity to do the right thing and some chose wrong. It’s about right versus wrong.

Van Gordon Sauter, ex-CBS News president: ‘Liberal leaning’ media passes its tipping point
About 35 years ago I was sitting at lunch next to Jeane Kirkpatrick, a onetime Democrat who became a foreign-policy adviser to President Reagan and later U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. She was lamenting what she called the “liberal leaning” media. As the president of CBS News, I assured her it was only a “liberal tilt” and could be corrected.
“You don’t understand,“ she scolded. “It’s too late.”
Kirkpatrick was prophetic. The highly influential daily newspapers in New York, Washington, Los Angeles and Boston are now decidedly liberal. On the home screen, the three broadcast network divisions still have their liberal tilt. Two of the three leading cable news sources are unrelentingly liberal in their fear and loathing of President Trump.

Over 40 Shot, 10 Fatally, Across Memorial Weekend in Chicago
Over 40 people were shot, ten fatally, over Memorial Weekend in gun-controlled Chicago. Local news reports the shootings and deaths came despite a stay-at-home order.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports an approximate number of shooting victims at 48, fatal and non-fatal combined.
On Sunday, Breitbart News reported four people were killed and 11 others injured in shootings in Chicago during the first 36 hours of Memorial Weekend alone.
The first two fatal shootings of the weekend were discovered around 8 p.m. on Friday. Police found “a 32-year-old male victim…shot to death inside a residence” and a 35-year-old who was shot to death in an unrelated attack at roughly the same time.
The carnage in Chicago occurred even though hundreds of “mediators” had been sent out into hot spots around the city, trying to reduce violence.

Paris Dennard: All Joe Biden Has Done for Blacks Is ‘Lock Us Up’
Former Vice President Joe Biden has done nothing as a politician to help the black community, said Paris Dennard, senior communications advisor for black media affairs with the Republican Party, offering his remarks on Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.
Biden’s declared on Friday that if a black American is unsure of supporting him over President Donald Trump in the 2020 election “then you ain’t black.”
Dennard warned against characterizing Biden’s statement as a “gaffe.” Biden’s comment, he maintained, reflected the politician’s condescension towards blacks. “It’s paternalistic, and it’s bigoted,” he said.
“We’ve got to stop calling these gaffes,” urged Dennard. “We need to stop calling these ‘insensitive statements.’ No, They’re bigoted. They’re racist, and it’s exposing Joe Biden’s long history. Stop giving him cover for being a bigot.
Dennard noted the refusal of numerous Democrats to condemn Biden’s framing of black identity as contingent on partisan political support for the Democrat Party.
“I have been waiting to hear Amb. Susan Rice, Sen. Kamala Harris, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, [and] Stacey Abrams stand up and say something about this, but they’re not because it’s not about the people [or] the black community,” Dennard stated. “It’s about the black vote. That’s all they’re concerned about. It’s all politics.”

India Expands Use Of HCQ To Prevent Coronavirus Based On Three Studies
India will continue using hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) as a preventative measure against COVID-19, after the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) declared on Tuesday that the drug was found to be very effective with minimal side effects for prophylaxis.
The ICMR's decision was based on three studies they conducted, which resulted in a Friday advisory to expand the drug's use, according to ThePrint.
Speaking at a Tuesday press conference, ICMR Director General Dr. Balram Bhargava said "COVID-19 is an evolving field. We don’t know which medicines are working and which are not. There are lots of drugs that have been repurposed for use in COVID whether prophylaxis or as treatment. HCQ is a very old anti-malarial drug that was being widely used and it continues to be widely used. It is safer."
"We did some invitro study in labs and found that it has antiviral properties. This drug became suddenly popular when the American government also started using it and they got-fast track approval or emergency use authorisation. We also thought that it may be a useful drug for prevention of COVID," he added.

USPS Mail Carrier Charged with Fraud After Allegedly Tampering with Vote-by-Mail Requests
Federal and state prosecutors in West Virginia announced Tuesday that it they had charged a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier with attempted fraud for allegedly tampering with requests for vote-by-mail absentee ballots.
A joint statement by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell, and Secretary of State Mac Warner said:
Thomas Cooper, 47, of Dry Fork, stands charged with attempting to defraud the residents of West Virginia of a fair election. An affidavit accompanying the criminal complaint states Cooper fraudulently altered eight absentee ballot requests in Pendleton County, of which the complaint states he fraudulently changed the party affiliation on five from Democrat to Republican.
“Manipulating one’s absentee ballot or application is not a laughing matter – it’s a federal offense,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “We must protect the integrity of the ballot box, and this demonstrates the aggressive action we will take to do so. It is more important now than ever for voters to watch for unexplained or suspicious marks and/or any other irregularity with their ballot. If something looks suspicious, let us know right away.”
The affidavit states Cooper accessed the ballot requests through his employment as a rural mail carrier. He was responsible for mail delivery in the three towns from which the tampered requests were mailed – Onego, Riverton and Franklin.
According to the affidavit, Cooper admitted to altering some of the requests.
Local news station WTRF reported that the attempted fraud had been caught before it affected the election itself.
The announcement came at roughly the same time that Twitter assigneda fact check warning to President Donald Trump for his claims that voting by mail was uniquely susceptible to fraud.

Navarro blasts Biden, accuses ex-VP of spending Obama years 'toadying up and kowtowing' to China
White House trade adviser Peter Navarro accused Joe Biden Tuesday of spending his entire tenure as Barack Obama's vice president "toadying up and kowtowing to the Chinese" in response to the Biden campaign's claims President Trump's actions fueledthe economic crisis initially caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
"To Brother Joe, I guess he forgot the eight years he was toadying up and kowtowing to the Chinese," Navarro told "The Story," "and of course he is not going to basically hold China accountable for this pandemic."
"This is what astonishes me," Navarro added, "the evidence is overwhelming that the Chinese Communist Party foisted this pandemic on the world, destroyed trillions of dollars of wealth and they killed close to 100,000 Americans so far."

Manhunt underway for gunman who shot officer, carjacked bystander in Maryland: police
Baltimore police said they're looking for an "armed and dangerous" suspect who shot anofficer on Tuesday before carjacking at least one person to make his escape.
The officer was transported to Shock Trauma with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the abdomen, police said early on Wednesday.
“[The injury] is likely to be treated without surgery,” Commissioner Michael Harrison said, according to Baltimore's WJZ-TV. “The officer was wearing body armor, which very likely saved his life.”
The shooting happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Light Street in Federal Hill. The officer was on patrol when he spotted an erratic vehicle and believed the driver to be under the influence.
He attempted to pull over the vehicle, which crashed and a chase on foot ensued, police said. They said the suspect later discharged a firearm, which struck the officer in the lower abdomen.
The suspect then carjacked a blue Toyota Camry and possibly a second car to make his getaway, Harrison said, according to Fox 45 Baltimore.

OBAMA OFFICIALS, DEMOCRAT DONORS MELT DOWN OVER STRONG POST-COVID ECONOMIC REBOUND IN CLOSED-DOOR MEETING
‘This is my big worry,’ one Obama adviser says
Democrats are freaking out behind closed doors over the prospect of a strong economic recovery heading into the election as the coronavirus pandemic fades.
Jason Furman, a top economic adviser for former President Obama, gave a presentation to leading Democratic operatives and donors last month with a dire warning.
“We are about to see the best economic data we’ve seen in the history of this country,” Furman said, according to Politico. “Everyone looked puzzled and thought I had misspoken.”
From Politico:
That realization has many Democrats spooked.
“In absolute terms, the economy will look historically terrible come November,” said Kenneth Baer, a Democratic strategist who worked in a senior role at the Office of Management and Budget under Obama. “But relative to the depths of April, it will be on an upswing — 12 percent unemployment, for example, is better than 20, but historically terrible. On Election Day, we Democrats need voters to ask themselves, ‘Are you better off than you were four years ago?’ Republicans need voters to ask themselves, ‘Are you better off than you were four months ago?’”
One progressive Democratic operative pointed out that recent polling, taken during the nadir of the crisis, shows Joe Biden is struggling to best Trump on who is more trusted to handle the economy. “Trump beats Biden on the economy even right now!” he said. “This is going to be extremely difficult no matter what. It’s existential that we figure it out. In any of these economic scenarios Democrats are going to have to win the argument that our public health and economy are much worse off because of Donald Trump’s failure of leadership.”
One former Obama advisor told The Washington Examiner that a strong economic rebound would remove one of the last political tools for Democrats to bludgeon President Trump with heading into November.
“This is my big worry,” the advisor said.

A Viewer Writes: Dear Governor Hogan
Dear Larry Hogan,
Well, since Freedom doesn't make your subject list, “Health" will have to do. Coming home from Wal Mart out here on the Eastern Shore, my biggest obstacle is weaving through all those pesky ambulances on my block parked while taking all the dead bodies of Covid 19 victims out of their houses. It must be like that in your neighborhood as well, right? I am a grown up adult with First Amendment rights to assemble guaranteed to me by the 10th Amendment which prohibits the States from infringing on those rights, given to us by God, not government. I decide every day what the price on my life is and take risk accordingly.
We, together as Citizens, voluntarily wore masks, social distanced and reduced travel in order to flatten the curve. The goal was accomplished, hospitals were never overwhelmed and the mission was accomplished. Jailing us for trying to feed ourselves and our families is a crime against Humanity and completely unconstitutional. Open Maryland up for business, like the slogan you ran for office on.
We are 68 days into a 14 day lockdown.

A Viewer Writes - Democrats Perform Like Democrats At County Council Meeting
Did anybody watch the performance by the Wicomico County Democratic council members when Sheriff Lewis read out a proposed resolution in support of making Wicomico County a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County? Now we all know that Democrats will follow each other in lock-step over the edge of a cliff if their leadership tells them to. That's just a party requirement. There are grey areas though in the 2nd Amendment issues. Many gun owning Democrats find it hard to do the walk that their leadership tells them because many are law abiding gun owners. Not the three Democrats on our council though. It appears they would walk straight over the edge with horse blinders on.
When Sheriff Lewis finish his statement I thought Councilman McCain was going to launch through the ceiling. His rant telling everyone why he couldn't support such an amendment and why the council shouldn't support it either was inspirational to all left wing Democrats. Someone should keep a copy of his performance to play back to inspire people how to vote for him in the next election. Next was Councilman Hasting who spent all his time telling everyone what needed to be changed in the Sheriff's resolution before he would even consider bringing it to the council. Not saying he would support it even if the changes were made. Realistically folks, we all know he will vote the same way Councilman McCain will tell him. It takes a lot of courage to go against the "Lock-Step" party and Mr. Hastings is still learning how he feels and how the Democratic party tells him how to feel.
Then there is Councilman Davis. You didn't hear hardly anything from him. If anyone can hear it on PAC 14, how about posting it so we all know. I personally believe Mr. Davis is torn apart over this issue. I think Mr. Davis wants to support this issue but is afraid to because of some backlash he will get from the minority community. You see a lot of our African American communities want to conveniently forget the parts of their American history where many black families were saved because they owned rifles and hand guns and had to actually fight with them when their homes were attacked by those wishing them harm. If not for their weapons and the knowledge and fortitude to use them they wouldn't have been safe. I think Councilman Davis knows this history.
So when this resolution is brought before the council, and I'm sure the Council President, Mr. Dodd, will not be wishy-washy about bringing this forth, it's really a simple vote. A vote YES is "FOR" supporting our 2nd Amendment Rights and a vote of "NO" is a vote against our 2nd Amendment Rights. Good luck America, it starts here.

The Ocean City Police Department Will Conduct Alcohol Compliance Checks
The Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) will be conducting alcohol compliance checks during the month of June. This enforcement effort will take place at area bars, restaurants and alcohol retailers throughout the resort.

Personnel under the age of 21, accompanied by plainclothes law enforcement officers, will be visiting bars, restaurants and alcohol retailers attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages.
The Ocean City Police Department would like to remind all business owners that serving alcohol to underage citizens is not only illegal but can have a detrimental impact to their business and the underage individual involved. The OCPD encourages everyone to obey all alcohol regulations to ensure a safer resort town.

Swiss brothels draw up a list of coronavirus-safe guidelines
Swiss sex workers have drawn up a list of rules which they say minimises the risk of transmitting coronavirus in brothels, in hopes that the country's ban on the industry could soon be lifted.
It comes as Switzerland's adult industry has been heavily hit by the pandemic, after the government placed a temporary ban on prostitution two months ago to help stop the spread of the virus.
The plan to reopen the industry, prepared by the organisation ProKoRe, suggests that sex positions which allow for a safe distance between faces, such as 'doggy style' and 'reverse cowgirl', are advisable.

Virginia to Mandate Masks After Northam Caught Taking Selfie Without One
Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) announced Tuesday that residents will be required to wear a mask inside public places beginning Friday as part of an effort to combat further spread of the Chinese coronavirus.
Northam said in a press conference that people must wear masks “anywhere people can congregate” inside, including retail spaces, government facilities, and public transportation. Masks will also be required in restaurants, except while patrons are eating. Residents won’t have to wear a mask during exercise, and children 9-years-old and younger are exempt from the rule.

Kayleigh McEnany: Ask Joe Scarborough Why He Joked About His Dead Intern
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany challenged MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough to explain why he joked about having sex with and killing his dead intern.
Scarborough’s intern, Lori Klausutis, died in 2001 after she fell and hit her head at his Florida office as the result of an undiagnosed heart condition, according to the coroner’s office.
White House journalists repeatedly pressed McEnany about why the president raised questions on Twitter about the conspiracy theory, prompting Scarbrough’s co-host and third wife Mika Brzezinski to publicly demand Twitter’s CEO take the tweets down.
But McEnany said reporters should question Scarborough.
“It was Don Imus and Joe Scarborough that joked about killing an intern, joked and laughed about it,” McEnany replied, citing a conversation from 2003.
The Media Research Center unearthed clips of radio host Don Imus in 2003 joking about Scarborough leaving Congress because he had sex with his intern and “had to kill her.”
“Exactly, what’re you gonna do,” Scarborough replied with a laugh.

Have we lost our collective minds?
Really makes me stop and think! Really, what kind of world is this.
We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind!
Lets see if I got this right...
If a dude pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.
Somehow it's Un -American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.
Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegal Mexicans voting in our elections are good.
It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it ' s an impeachable offense if the President inquires about it.
Twenty is too young to drink a beer, but eighteen is old enough to vote.
People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves. This after 250,000 white union soldiers died to free the slaves and the subsequent freed slaves had already been given 40 acres and a mule to stimulate their life of freedom.
Inflammatory rhetoric is outrageous, but harassing conservative people in restaurants is virtuous.
People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for useless degrees.
Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you ' d better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.
Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate Central-American gang-banger who jumps the southern fence is welcome.
$5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for ' free ' health care is not.
If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.
People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.
We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, and it seems like a great plan to us.
Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.
Criminals are catch-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.
And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!

Attorney General Frosh Joins Coalition Fighting to Halt Immigration Arrests at State Courthouses
14 Attorneys General File Amicus Brief Supporting Massachusetts Lawsuit Against DHS and ICE
BALTIMORE, MD – Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh has joined a coalition of 14 attorneys general in continuing efforts to halt federal immigration arrests of noncitizens in and around state courthouses without a judicial warrant or court order. In an amicus brief filed in support of the plaintiffs in Ryan, et al. v. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, et al., the coalition urges the court to uphold a Massachusetts district court’s preliminary injunction that effectively halted these arrests by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This amicus brief follows an amicus brief Attorney General Frosh filed in January 2020, as part of a 14-member coalition, opposing the same policy in the State of Washington.
“Targeting noncitizens at state courthouses must stop. Victims and witnesses are afraid to show up,” said Attorney General Frosh. “This policy makes law enforcement more difficult. It disrupts the judicial system. It is illegal and discriminatory.”
In April 2019, both the Middlesex County district attorney and the Suffolk County district attorney in Massachusetts, along with a number of immigrant advocates, sued ICE and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), among others, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, arguing that the federal government’s policy and practice of arresting noncitizens — both undocumented and those with legal status— at or around state courthouses violated the Administrative Procedure Act, the Tenth Amendment, and the right of access to courts, which is protected by the First, Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments. The plaintiffs filed a motion for a preliminary injunction to immediately halt the Trump administration’s policies and were successful. The Trump administration appealed the preliminary injunction to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
The coalition of attorneys general is now urging the appellate court to affirm the lower court’s order, arguing that the federal government has been pursuing its expanded arrest policy in all of the states that are filing this brief in violation of its statutory authority and the common law privilege against civil arrests at courthouses. These unlawful arrests have made it increasingly difficult and sometimes impossible for state judiciaries and prosecutors to maintain the open, safe, and fair courts that are necessary for the orderly administration of justice and the preservation of public safety, since many immigrants are now afraid to report crimes, testify in court, or cooperate with law enforcement or prosecutors.
The brief further explains that the federal government’s practice of conducting civil immigration arrests is deeply harmful to the effective functioning of the states’ court systems and has specifically interfered with state judicial proceedings and the ability of states to pursue criminal prosecutions.
Since Donald Trump took office, ICE courthouse arrests have skyrocketed across the nation — leading to a widespread, chilling effect on noncitizens’ willingness to initiate and participate in the judicial system. Hundreds of immigrants have been arrested while appearing in and around state courts since January 2017, including those accused of a crime; parents appearing in child support matters; survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other crimes; people who are mentally ill or homeless; and LGBTQ+ individuals. These arrests happen on a near-daily basis.
Moreover, ICE courthouse arrests disrupt court functions, trample the due process rights of the accused, imperil public safety, and deter immigrants from reporting crimes, according to the American Civil Liberties Union. By using the court system to trap immigrants for detention and deportation, ICE is effectively keeping immigrants from ever accessing state courts in the first place and actively interfering with and violating the rights of individuals, associations, and organizations across the state.
Attorney General Frosh joins the attorneys general of Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington in filing this brief.

The ‘Liberal Leaning’ Media Has Passed Its Tipping Point
About 35 years in the past I used to be sitting at lunch subsequent to Jeane Kirkpatrick, a onetime Democrat who grew to become a foreign-policy adviser to President Reagan and later U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. She was lamenting what she known as the “liberal leaning” media.
Because the president of CBS Information, I assured her it was solely a “liberal tilt” and could possibly be corrected.
“You don’t perceive,“ she scolded. “It’s too late.”
Kirkpatrick was prophetic. The extremely influential each day newspapers in New York, Washington, Los Angeles and Boston at the moment are decidedly liberal. On the house display, the three broadcast community divisions nonetheless have their liberal tilt. Two of the three main cable information sources are unrelentingly liberal of their concern and loathing of President Trump.
Information organizations that declare to be impartial have lengthy been creeping leftward, and their loathing of Mr. Trump has accelerated the tempo. The information media is catching up with the liberalism of the professoriate, the leisure trade, upscale magazines and the literary world. Current arrivals are the late-night TV hosts who’ve damaged the boundaries of what was thought of acceptable political humor for networks.
To many journalists, objectivity, stability and equity—as soon as the gold customary of reporting—are usually not obligatory in a divided political period and in a rustic they consider to be severely flawed. That assumption folds neatly into their evaluation of the president. To the journalists, together with quite a lot of Republicans, he’s a blatant vulgarian, an incessant prevaricator, and a harmful chief who ought to be ousted subsequent January, if not sooner. A lot of journalism has turn into the clarion voice of the “resistance,” devoted to ousting the president, despite the fact that he was legally elected and, in keeping with the polls, enjoys the assist of about 44% of doubtless 2020 voters.
