Fairfax Accuser: "What Started As Consensual Kissing Quickly Turned Into A Sexual Assault"

Professor Vanessa Tyson, who has accused Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax (D) of sexual assault, issued a statement on Wednesday detailing her version of the alleged sexual assault which "began as consensual kissing" and "quickly turned into a sexual assault."

Tyson claims in her account that "Mr. Fairfax forced me to perform oral sex on him" during a 20004 encounter at the Democratic National Convention in Boston.

Fairfax admits he and Tyson had relations, but claims it was consensual.

Notice How Democrats are Never Indicted?

In a display of raw federal power unseen since Barack Obama rappelled from a Blackhawk helicopter to personally beat Bin Laden to death with an autographed copy of The Audacity of Hope, Roger Stone was arrested at his home by a 29-man, 17-vehicle tactical unit of the FBI.

Another Trump figure has fallen -- the end is near, and the noose is tightening. All Trump associates now fear for their lives and freedom. Yet some people who have committed crimes much more serious than any of the Mueller indictments remain, as always, unafraid. That list, by no means comprehensive, includes, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Clapper, Brennen, Steele, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Ohr (Mr. and Mrs.), Rice, and Yates.

Some are guilty of lying to Congress or the FBI, mishandling classified information, obstruction, conspiracy, destroying evidence, and much more. A case could be made that the Mueller investigation itself destroyed evidence when it wiped clean the Strzok and Page cellphones to delete text messages requested by IG Horowitz. Yet being a Democrat means never having to say you’re sorry because the rule of law only applies to Republicans and conservatives. There are no pre-dawn, guns-drawn raids to arrest Democrats.

Hillary sold 80% of America’s uranium for a 20-minute, $500,000 Moscow speech by her husband and $140 million in donations to the “Clinton Foundation,” which foundationally was not a charity in any meaningful sense (unless of course, the charitable purpose was to make Bill, and Hill fabulously wealthy).

The Ruling Class & An Undeclared Civil War

Over the past 73 years, devoid of any meaningful national misfortune, the American social order has undergone a major transformation. Historically, societies tend to stratify themselves along economic or pre-ordained class lines. The United States has long prided itself on the belief that class distinctions were no longer a part of a unique American culture. However, the current social structure has evolved into a near impregnable three-tier categorization in which the ruling class, that sits astride the social order, has revealed, thanks to the election of Donald Trump, open and unabashed disdain for the two lower classes and the unleashing of a radicalized army of malcontents.

The citizens who provide the primary labor and resources for the economic engine of the country constitute the second tier.

The third is comprised of those who have been betrayed by a self-serving education system and are conditioned to be totally dependent upon a government dominated by the ruling class.

Democrats Use College KKK Photo As A Smokescreen To Hide Infanticide

The Corrupt DoJ vs. the People

Let’s do a little pretending. You are living in East Germany in 1960. The Stasi, the repressive secret police, have arrested you. As you are languishing in prison, the state prosecutor asks you to cough up information that will be damaging to a certain individual that the state wishes to condemn. The prosecutor’s demand is backed up with a threat. If you don’t compose the incriminating information he seeks, you will spend the next 40 years behind bars and the state will go after your spouse, your children, and your best friend Fido. Everyone you love will be destroyed.

Ah, but you say, “This is America in 2019. That could never happen here. Aren’t we lucky to be living in the land of the free and home of the brave?” Well, guess what? This used to be the land of the free. Thanks to the politicized justice system that was set in motion more than 20 years ago and reinforced during eight fateful years of the Obama administration, the quaint notion that we benefit from due process has evaporated, along with Cinderella’s ball gown and fancy coach. A former federal prosecutor by the name of Sidney Powell has blown the whistle. If you watched the January 27th episode of “Life, Liberty and Levin” on the Fox channel, you heard Ms. Powell dispel the illusion that our justice system is fair and impartial.

Powell, author of Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice, described a system consisting of out-of-control prosecutors who will do anything to get a conviction. She accused the Justice Department of a broad range of offenses. Some of those include:

Democrats, Media Panic Over Potential Howard Schultz Presidential Run

Howard Schultz's announcement that he might run for president as a "centrist independent" in 2020 has been met with widespread disgust and anger by Democrats and media allies.

The former Starbucks CEO is an ex-Democrat who left the party over its lurch to the left, and Democrats are frothing at the mouth that the billionaire could split the anti-Trump vote in 2020 and send the 45th president back to the White House.

Anyone watching cable or network news could see the talking points were in: If Schultz runs, Trump wins.

Democrats like Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D., Fla.), Rep. Katie Hill (D., Calif.) and Julian Castro said his efforts would catapult Trump back into the White House, while CNN "conservative" commentator Ana Navarro said his running would help Trump and "maybe Putin."

"Majority Report" host Sam Seder said Schultz didn't "get to be king just because he's so rich," and liberal MSNBC analyst Karine Jean-Pierre said his actions were "very dangerous" and "we cannot allow this to happen." Center for American Progress president Neera Tanden tweeted she would boycott Starbucks and called Schultz's "vanity project" a "disgusting" thing that would destroy democracy.

University of Virginia Tells Faculty to Stop Creating Racist Students

The University of Virginia recently hosted a series of workshops for its faculty on how they can stop encouraging racist attitudes in students.

The workshops, which were primarily for faculty and staff of the university’s nursing school, were allegedly created to help professors create more tolerant students.

The university published an article on their website about the workshop. The workshop was led by USC Professor Shaun Harper, who teaches at the University of Southern California. Harper’s teaching has helped nursing professors like Richard Westphal better understand how to treat patients of diverse backgrounds.

University may introduce whites-only racism workshop

Webster University, located outside St. Louis, is considering a segregated safe space for white students to talk about their racism and white privilege.

The school's new chief diversity officer says they may create a whites-only safe space for Caucasian students. In the segregated space, students would talk about their white privilege and work out their inner racism.

Chief Diversity Officer Vincent Flewellen got the idea for the new program from the bookWitnessing Whiteness: The Need to Talk About Race and How to Do It. He organized the program at Washington University when he was director of equity and inclusion there.

Why This Planned Parenthood Clinic Manager Walked Away

Annette Lancaster decided she had to leave her job as manager of a Planned Parenthood clinic in North Carolina after a particularly tough conversation with a patient there.

Lancaster, 41, says she had been recruited by a headhunter to manage the Chapel Hill clinic after losing her previous job.

“The turning point for me was when I had a patient ask me in the procedure room, and look me dead in my eyes and ask me, ‘Do you think God is going to forgive me for this?’” Lancaster recalls.

“I knew what I wanted to say, and I knew the answer that I had in my mind and in my heart,” she says.

Robots Call Americans An Average Eight Times A Month

While Americans talk on the phone less often, robots seem to be more keen to do so...

Statista's Katharina Buchholz notes that an analysis by spam protection app provider Hiya has found that 26.3 billion calls were placed by machines in the U.S. in 2018 – and that most robots were up to no good.

You will find more infographics at Statista

The company estimates that the number is an increase of 46 percent in robocalls over 2017. Considering that there were 274 million mobile phone plan subscribers in the U.S. in 2018, robots called every mobile phone user an average of eight times a month. Robots were used to scam people with fake vouchers or lottery wins. Other phone users were charged when calling back an overseas number.

The biggest segment of calls made by robots were just annoying spam (32.1 percent), according to Hiya. Cases of actual fraud amounted up to an estimated 25.5 percent of all robocalls made. Another 24.7 percent of calls were placed by telemarketer machines.

Texas was the state most heavily targeted by robocalls in 2018, in part due to the fact that a popular scam had machines call people and tell them they won a free trip or the like with Dallas-based company Southwest Airlines.

THEY LIED! FBI Hid Proof that Hillary's Emails Were Attacked Multiple Times As Far Back as 2011 -- But Used A 2016 DNC Incident As their Case for Mueller Probe!

The fairy tale that the Russians hacked the DNC’s emails in 2016 in an effort to help candidate Trump win the Presidency led to the corrupt Mueller investigation.

Per a review of evidence provided by the FBI we know that Hillary’s emails were hacked as early as 2011 and Hillary was warned about these attacks.

Overall, Hillary and the FBI appear to be covering up the facts.

The Mueller sham is unconstitutional and a crime on numerous counts. The mainstream media (MSM) won’t tell the American people and the world that the entire scam was built on and runs on numerous lies. A recent review of events related to Hillary Clinton’s emails further indicate that the entire Mueller sham was built on a series of lies covered up by the FBI.

Hillary wasn’t suddenly hacked by Russians in 2016. We don’t really even know if Hillary’s emails or the DNC’s emails were hacked by the Russians at all. We don’t even know if the DNC’s emails were hacked. What we do know is that the information surrounding Hillary’s emails and the DNC emails is sketchy and conflicting – like the Mueller investigation is as a whole.

5G Wireless: A "Massive Health Experiment" That Could Cause Cancer And Global Catastrophe

Experts are warning that superfast broadband known as 5G could cause cancer in humans, and the usage of 5G is nothing more than a “massive health experiment.” 5G could very well be a global catastrophe that kills wildlife, gives people terminal diseases, and causes the Earth’s magnetic field to change, according to shocking claims by a technology expert.

Arthur Robert Firstenberg is an American author and an activist for electromagnetic radiation and health. In his 1997 book Microwaving Our Planet: The Environmental Impact of the Wireless Revolution, he claimed:

“The telecommunications industry has suppressed damaging evidence about its technology since at least 1927.”

Firstenberg has also founded the independent campaign group the Celluar Phone Task Force and since 1996 he has argued in numerous publications that wireless technology is dangerous.

According to a report by the Daily Star, Firstenberg has also recently started an online petition calling on world organizations, such as the United Nations, World Health Organisation (WHO), and European Union to “urgently halt the development of 5G,” which is due to be rolled out this year. In fact, Verizon has activated the world’s first 5G networks in four cities in the United States: Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, and Sacramento. According to the Firstenberg, wireless networks are “harmful for humans” and the development of the next generation is “defined as a crime” under international law, as he states it in the online petition.

When speaking to The Daily Star Online, Firstenberg said this 5G rollout is deadly.

“There is about to be as many as 20,000 satellites in the atmosphere. The FCC approved Elon Musk’s project for 12,000 satellites on November 15th and he’s going to launch his in mid-2019. I’m getting reports from various parts of the world that 5G antennas are being erected all over and people are already getting sick from what’s there now and the insect population is getting affected,” Firstenberg stated.

Fact Check: Yes, Americans Burdened with Costs of Illegal Immigration

During President Donald Trump’s State of the Union Address (SOTU), the president asserted that it is working- and middle-class Americans who are left paying the price for unchecked, mass illegal immigration to the United States.

“Meanwhile, working-class Americans are left to pay the price for mass illegal migration — reduced jobs, lower wages, overburdened schools and hospitals, increased crime, and a depleted social safety net,” Trump said.

It is true that working- and middle-class Americans are forced to subsidize mass illegal immigration to the country. Every year, illegal immigration of hundreds of thousands of illegal alien residents costs American taxpayers about $116 billion.

These Marines were falsely accused of war crimes. Twelve years later, they have vindication.

A Marine veteran who fought the Pentagon for 12 years over a war-crimes case brought against him and six others will have his permanent record wiped clean, an extraordinary affirmation of his claim that their reputations were destroyed by the military’s effort to imprison the men.

The Marines were members of an elite commando force expelled from Afghanistan in 2007 amid unproven allegations that they massacred innocent bystanders in the frantic minutes following an ambush. They were cleared of wrongdoing more than a year later, after the case was heard by a military court, but have maintained that senior leaders did little to set the record straight and, consequently, fostered the stigma that has dogged them ever since.

A report approved in January by the Navy Department is a major victory for retired Maj. Fred Galvin, the Marines’ commanding officer. Its conclusions, he says, are a rebuke of those who condemned his men before the facts were clear, the investigator whose work was shown in court to be sloppy and the generals who refused Galvin’s pleas for public absolution.

Scalise: Democrats Will Not Let Me Testify Against Gun Control

Shooting survivor and U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) says the Democrats refused his request to testify against the gun control currently being pushed in the House.

Steve Scalise says Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) asked Democrats to let Scalise give testimony before the House Judiciary Committee and they told him no.

Fox News reports that Scalise decided to make public the testimony he would have given, testimony that explains why universal background checks will not reduce gun violence or make Americans safer.

Scalise referenced the June 14, 2017, Congressional baseball shooting in which he was nearly killed. He noted that the gunman acquired his guns via background checks, just as nearly every mass shooter of the 21st century has done. Because of this means of acquisition, Scalise notes that universal background checks would not have stopped the shooting from taking place.

The same can be said about the November 5, 2009, Fort Hood shooting; the July 20, 2012, Aurora movie theater shooting; the May 23, 2014, Santa Barbara shooting; the October 1, 2015, Umpqua Community College shooting; the June 12, 2016, Orlando Pulse shooting; the October 1, 2017, Las Vegas shooting; and the February 14, 2018, Parkland high school shooting, to name but a few. In each of these crimes, the guns used were acquired via background checks.

Fact Check: Trump Is Right, NAFTA a ‘Catastrophe’ for American Workers

During President Donald Trump’s State of the Union Address (SOTU) on Tuesday evening, the president called the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) a “catastrophe” for America’s working and middle class.

“Another historic trade blunder was the catastrophe known as NAFTA,” Trump said.

“I have met the men and women of Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, New Hampshire, and many other states whose dreams were shattered by NAFTA,” Trump continued. “For years, politicians promised them they would negotiate for a better deal. But no one ever tried — until now.”

Trump’s assertion that NAFTA devastated American workers across the country is correct, as nearly five million American manufacturing jobs have been eliminated from the U.S. economy since the free trade agreement’s enactment.

Likewise, the vast elimination of working and middle-class jobs due to NAFTA has coincided with a nearly 600 percent increase in U.S. trade deficits.

Nearly a million American jobs have been certified by the federal government as being lost directly due to NAFTA, according to data gathered by Citizen.org. These are only the U.S. jobs that the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program recognizes as being lost to free trade and does not indicate the actual number of jobs lost.

One former steel town in West Virginia lost 94 percent of its steel jobs because of NAFTA.

Trump ‘Unified’ Americans by ‘Pulling Off’ the Democrats’ ‘Mask’

President Donald Trump “unified” Americans with his State of the Union (SOTU) address by “pulling off the mask of some of these naysayers and negativity purveyors” in the Democrat Party, Fox News host Laura Ingraham said Wednesday night on “The Ingraham Angle.”

Trump delivered a gracious message of unity and “opportunity” during his speech before Congress and the nation on Tuesday night.

“The agenda I will lay out this evening is not a Republican agenda or a Democrat agenda. It’s the agenda of the American people,” Trump said. “There is a new opportunity in American politics, if only we have the courage, together, to seize it.”

“Victory is not winning for our party. Victory is winning for our country,” the president added.

Trump earned some applause from congressional Democrats — most notably when he offered a nod toward the historic number of women elected to Congress in 2018.

But too many Democrats refused to acknowledge the nation’s many successes under the Trump administration and refused to stand and applaud issues that should be bipartisan.

“Last night the president did something few expected: He attempted to unify the country. He was even magnanimous toward his most hostile critics, giving the ghost gals — the throng of white-suited lefties — their due,” Ingraham said, noting that the Democrat women wore white to honor the suffragettes.

Trump’s SOTU Address Slams Democrats for ‘Cruel’ Tolerance of Illegal Immigration

The U.S. government’s failure to establish border security is a moral failure and support for illegal immigration is “cruel,” President Donald Trump declared in his second State of the Union as the nearby Democrat leader, Nancy Pelosi, refused to applaud.

The President’s focus on morality contrasts with the Democrats’ determination to persuade Americans that immigration curbs are merely forms of shameful racial discrimination. Trump built his moral case for border security and a border wall by first highlighting the criminal role of the drug and labor trafficking cartels:

"Now is the time for Congress to show the world that America is committed to ending illegal immigration and putting the ruthless coyotes, cartels, drug dealers, and human traffickers out of business …

"This is a moral issue. The lawless state of our Southern Border is a threat to the safety, security and financial well-being of all Americans..."

Trump next spotlighted the Democrats’ support for easy-migration policies which transfer wages and opportunities from working-class Americans to older, wealthier investors:

"No issue better illustrates the divide between America’s working class and America’s political class than illegal immigration. Wealthy politicians and donors push for open borders while living their lives behind walls and gates and guards. Meanwhile, working class Americans are left to pay the price for mass illegal migration — reduced jobs, lower wages, overburdened schools, hospitals that are so crowded that you can’t get in, increased crime, and a depleted social safety net."

Vanessa Tyson's story is credible. Further investigation could fulfill the 'preponderance of the evidence' standard

Professor Vanessa Tyson finally issued a public statement through her legal counsel at Katz, Marshall, & Banks, detailing the full extent of her rape allegation against Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax. The allegation, if true, is devastating.

Tyson describes the assault as follows:

[O]n the afternoon of the third day of the [Democratic National] Convention, July 28, 2004, Mr. Fairfax suggested that I get some fresh air by accompanying him on a quick errand to retrieve documents from his room in a nearby hotel. Given our interactions up to that time, I had no reason to feel threatened and agreed to walk with him to his hotel. I stood in the entryway of the room and after he located the documents, he walked over and kissed me. Although surprised by his advance, it was not unwelcome and I kissed him back. He then took my hand and pulled me towards the bed. I was fully clothed in a pantsuit and had no intention of taking my clothes off or engaging in sexual activity ... Mr. Fairfax put his hand behind my neck and forcefully pushed my head towards his crotch. Only then did I realize that he had unbuckled his belt, unzipped his pants, and taken out his penis. He then forced his penis into my mouth. Utterly shocked and terrified, I tried to move my head away, but could not because his hand was holding down my neck and he was much stronger than me. As I cried and gagged, Mr. Fairfax forced me to perform oral sex on him. I cannot believe, given my obvious distress, that Mr. Fairfax thought this forced sexual act was consensual. To be very clear, I did not want to engage in oral sex with Mr. Fairfax and I never gave any form of consent. Quite the opposite. I consciously avoided Mr. Fairfax for the remainder of the Convention and I never spoke to him again.

Senate Investigating Mueller FBI's Prosecution Of "Orgy Island Billionaire" Jeffrey Epstein

Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced New York financier who served 13 months in prison for soliciting an underaged girl for prostitution, has served his time, and despite all of the negative press surrounding his "Lolita Express" and the many celebrities and politicians - including former President Bill Clinton and disgraced actor Kevin Spacey - who have reportedly traveled to his "orgy island", he will likely live out his life as a free man (unless new offenses are committed).

But thanks to a series published by the Miami Herald last year that delved into how prosecutors worked with powerful defense attorneys to ensure Epstein received such a lenient sentence. The expose shed a light on the role played by Alex Acosta, who went on to become Trump's Secretary of Labour, in handing down the light sentence. Acosta was the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida at the time Epstein's sentence was handed down.

Now, thanks to those stories, the DOJ has reportedly opened an investigation into the conduct of DOJ attorneys in the case, and whether they committed "professional misconduct" in their working relationship with Epstein's attorneys.

76 Citizens Charged with Committing Insurance Fraud in 2018

Criminal and civil orders result in $320,671 in fines and penalties

BALTIMORE –
The Maryland Insurance Administration continues to partner with federal, state and local government agencies, insurance carriers and producers to investigate and prosecute individuals and businesses for committing insurance fraud. For the calendar year 2018, Maryland Insurance Commissioner Al Redmer, Jr. issued 64 civil orders and 12 criminal orders totaling $320,671 in fines, penalties and restitution. Insurance fraud is one of the most costly crimes in the country, costing consumers directly in the form of higher premiums.

“Our Insurance Fraud Division continues to investigate all tips regarding suspected civil and criminal insurance fraud,” said Commissioner Redmer. “We want Marylanders to know they can and should call us if they suspect insurance fraud. All tips are confidential and we follow up on each lead. The bad actors need to be held accountable for their actions.”

Sixty-four (64) individuals were ordered to pay $215,090 in administrative penalties and restitution for committing civil insurance fraud in Maryland. Additionally, the investigative work of the Insurance Fraud Division of the Maryland Insurance Administration led to 12 people being criminally prosecuted for committing insurance fraud, resulting in $105,581 in fines, penalties and restitution.

VA Evicts Groups that Help Vets; Dog Park, Baseball Stadium, Upscale Store Parking Stay

The Los Angeles Veterans Affairs (VA) facility that illegally rents its sprawling grounds to institutions that don’t serve veterans just evicted several groups dedicated to veterans, including a nonprofit that for decades has comforted dying vets and another that helps those who are disabled. While the VA gave the volunteer organizations the boot without offering an explanation, it continues housing a parking lot for nearby upscale shops, a university baseball stadium, a dog park for the professional dog walkers of affluent residents, and athletic fields for a fancy prep school.

It marks the latest of several scandals involving the misuse of this VA property, where a top official pleaded guilty to multiple felonies last year for taking bribes from a parking lot operator that defrauded the agency out of millions. This month at least five established nonprofits dedicated to providing veterans with therapeutic activities, counseling and other valuable survival skills have been evicted while private businesses that don’t benefit vets remain. The Jewish War Veterans is among the organizations that just got kicked out along with Twilight Brigade, the Disabled American Veterans, Vet-to-Vet and the Association for Parrot C.A.R.E., which provides therapeutic activities for vets at its parrot sanctuary. A local newspaper reported the latest travesty at the southern California VA this week, but Judicial Watch has for years investigated, sued and obtained government documents involving the VA’s illegal use of this parcel.

The 2019 SOTU Review: A Trump Administration Triumph

There is a new opportunity in American politics, if only we have the courage to seize it. Victory is not winning for our party. Victory is winning for our country.

Today we observe Ronald Reagan’s birthday. In the years since his presidency, through the Bush (41), Clinton, Bush (43), and Obama years, analyzing State of the Union addresses has been more about endurance than inspiration.

But, surprisingly, that changed last year with Donald Trump’s first address, “Our New American Moment.” His second address last night was even better than the first. These SOTUs did not follow the worn template of providing a wish list but instead were a running recap of administration and congressional successes over the last two years. The Trump administration’s accomplishments are formidable.

In both instances, President Trump’s remarks strongly contrasted the difference in Republican optimism and Democrat pessimism — Republican advocacy for Libertyand self-reliance versus Democrat advocacy for dependence, statism, and nowunapologetic socialism based on their failed policies of the past.

Gannett Co., the owner of USA Today, said Thursday it will scrutinize rejected suitor Digital First Media's nominees to replace more than half the newspaper chain's existing board for potential conflicts.

The 10 current directors unanimously snubbed a $1.36 billion offer from Digital First on Monday, arguing that it undervalues a company using established brands in areas from Detroit to Phoenix and central Florida to ramp up digital news products. The bid was worth $254 million more than the company's previous market value.

Gannett said its board doesn't believe the offer is a credible one and will consider whether Digital First's six nominees "are committed to acting in the best interests of all of Gannett’s shareholders," or are beholden to their backer. All are affiliated with Digital First or its principal shareholder, Alden Global Capital, Gannett said.

Digital First, which holds a 7.5 percent stake in Gannett and previously suggested it might wage a proxy fight to push its $12-a-share offer, said it would ask shareholders to install the six people on the McLean, Va.-based company's board at this year's annual meeting, whose date has yet to be announced. A sweep would give Digital First a majority on the board, enabling it to move forward with a sale.

“The sad reality for Gannett shareholders is the company has no credible plan to attain a $12 per share valuation on its own," Digital First said earlier this week. "Gannett’s 'pie in the sky' hopes for its digital businesses are not believable," it added, "and cannot be counted on" to deliver a better return than the current offer.

Woman Smuggled Fentanyl in Vagina for Plastic Surgery 'Discount'

A Kentucky woman, who tried to smuggle nearly 2,000 fentanyl pills into the United States from Mexico in her underwear and vagina, pleaded guilty to federal drug charges this week in South Texas.

Yenny Yamileth Pino, a 21-year-old Kentucky resident and U.S. citizen, transported the potent synthetic opioid within her genitals in exchange for “discounted” plastic surgery, say the feds.

On August 12, 2018, Pino attempted to cross the U.S.-Mexico Border at a Texas port of entry where she was detained and later arrested. U.S. Customs and Border Protection referred her to a secondary inspection as a result of “inconsistencies in her travel itinerary” when she walked across the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge, according to the criminal complaint filed against her. Agents conducted a pat down during which they found two vacuumed sealed bags in her underwear. The bags contained 881 unidentified blue pills.

Senate panel OKs 44 Trump judicial nominees

The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday approved more than three dozen nominees to the federal bench, paving the way for a full vote before the Senate as President Trump continues to reshape the federal judiciary.

The nominees include six to the federal circuit courts, to which Trump has already appointed 30 judges. The Senate Judiciary Committee also approved 34 nominees to the federal district courts, two to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and two to the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Five of the six nominees to the federal circuit courts were approved along party-lines.

The 44 judicial nominees passed out of the committee marks the most approved in a single markup since 1981.

The picks will now head to the full Senate where, if confirmed, they will join the 85 judges Trump has named to the federal bench, including two to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Senate is largely expected to confirm the nominees, as Republicans hold 53 seats.

Hundreds Of Libyan Ex-Slaves Begin Arriving In Canada

Canada has begun resettling hundreds of refugees living in slavery in Libya, one year after the United Nations asked countries to begin accepting them, the UN and the federal government said Wednesday. According to the Canadian Press, Canada was one of the few countries to respond to a request from the United Nations refugee agency in December 2017 to take the refugees who were living in detention centers in Libya, said Michael Casasola, the head of resettlement for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Ottawa.

"It can take some time for the countries to do their selection because it was a voluntary act. So they want to screen. They go through their usual selection processes," said Casasola. "That can take time."

Libya has been a major transit point for asylum-seekers from Africa who intend to cross the Mediterranean Sea to reach Europe. A video of what appeared to be smugglers selling imprisoned migrants near Tripoli became public in 2017, prompting world leaders to start talking about freeing migrants detained in Libyan camps.

More than 150 people have been resettled and another 600 more are expected over the next two years through the regular refugee settlement program, Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen said Wednesday quoted by Bay Today. Canada is also planning to take in 100 refugees from Niger who were rescued from Libyan migrant detention centres, including victims of human smuggling, he added.

That was also helpful because Niger has been pressuring the UN to find new homes for the refugees it has taken in, said Casasola.

"What Canada has done in addition to being part of the pool of cases in Libya, they're actually taking refugees out of Niger directly, which is something that helps us get some space with the local government too," he said.

Hussen revealed the resettlement plan on Monday night at an event in Ottawa to celebrate Black History Month, but provided few details. The minister told the gathering that Canada was asked by the UN to "rescue" people who have "endured unimaginable trauma." The Mediterranean Sea crossing from north Africa to Europe's southern coast has been a perilous one for migrants fleeing violence and instability, while the populist anger in Italy in response to the influx of tens of thousands of refugees arriving from Algeria catalyzed the dramatic political upheavals seen in Rome in 2018, and prompted an acute diplomatic spat between Italy and Brueels.

The Washington Post Buried Its Own Elizabeth Warren Bombshell

For years, Warren’s denied she ever used her phony claim of American Indian ancestry as a means to advance her academic or legal career. But on Monday, thePost published a copy of Warren’s Texas Bar registration card from April of 1986, and on it, she clearly (and falsely) identifies herself as an “American Indian.”

Warren has been batting down criticism about her Native claim ever since her arrival on the national scene about a decade ago, and now those chickens are coming home to roost.

In October of last year, Warren hoped a DNA test would finally vindicate her lies — so much so, she even tried to gaslight the American people (with the help of the far-left Boston Globe) with the blatantly false claim her DNA test definitively proved she’s part Native.

All the DNA test proved, though, is that Warren is as white or whiter as the average white American. What’s more, her DNA was not even compared to American Native DNA. Rather, it was compared to people from Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. All we learned about Warren’s genealogy is that, like most of white America, she is 1/1024 to 1/64 Columbian, Mexican, or Peruvian.

As far as political disasters go, this was right up there with Republican John McCain suspending his presidential campaign in 2008 to go and save the economy.

Nevertheless, she persisted with the delusion her DNA test was vindication and went on to launch a campaign for the White House.

Starving Venezuelans warning to US: "Socialism is a Big Lie!"

Lured in by the lies socialists tell about how great it would be to have government control every aspect of everyone’s lives,Venezuelans are now disgusted with how much they have suffered.

Some are even warning the United States about their horrific daily lives in socialist Venezuela.

Venezuela is a perfect example of a democrats dream “democratic socialism.” However, people are starving and digging through trash cans in order to find the least rotten foodto eat.

“You do not ever want anything close to socialism,” one Venezuelanprotestor told Campus Reform, a college news website.

During a recent rally at Washington, several other Venezuelan victims of socialism also warned against the dangers of bringing the disastrous form of totalitarianism socialism onto American soil.

The Epoch Times reported that another Venezuelan said:

“People are eating from trash cans in the streets, so how has socialism helped?” another protestor said.

“Socialism is a big lie to people who are disadvantaged. It actually makes them worse off.”

But politicians bank on being able to convince people to give them more power under the guise of taking care of them, and historically, people continue to fall for the lie and become starving slaves to the government.

Sears will live on under Chairman Edward Lampert, who ‘has nine lives, it seems’

A plan to keep Sears Holdings Corp. alive and tens of thousands of people employed was approved Thursday by a federal Bankruptcy Court judge.

Judge Robert Drain of U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved Sears Chairman and former CEO Edward Lampert’s bid to buy the retail chain’s assets for $5.2 billion.

Lampert’s purchase, made through his hedge fund, ESL Investments, is intended to keep 425 Sears and Kmart stores open, preserving some 45,000 jobs. It was the only bid submitted in an auction that would have kept the once-mighty department store giant in business and avoid liquidation.

Lampert’s plan was opposed by a committee of unsecured creditors skeptical that Hoffman Estates-based Sears will be any more successful after exiting bankruptcy. The committee pushed for a liquidation, arguing that shutting down the company and selling its assets could recover more of what Sears owes.

The real reason 4 cops got shot in Houston last week

We are sick and tired of having dirtbags try to take our lives when all we are trying to do is protect this community and protect our families…

Well just know, we all got your number now.

We are going to be keeping track of all of ya’ll, and we’re going to make sure we hold you accountable. Every time you stir the pot on our police officers. We’ve had enough, folks.

We’re out there doing our jobs every day, putting our lives on the line for our families. Enough is enough. Now please, keep these officers in your prayers.

That was the Houston Police Officer’s Union President Joe Gimaldi.

He made the comments after 5 cops were injured while serving a warrant.

He thinks that rhetoric critical of police officers is responsible for, what he claims is an increase in police being targeted.

All the headlines would have you believe these cops were ambushed, attacked just for being cops while minding their own business.

But when you look deeper at the case, you realize these cops didn’t get shot because of anti-police rhetoric.

They got shot because they invaded an innocent couple’s home without announcing themselves.

That means that instead of knocking on the door and announcing themselves, police barge into a home with a battering ram.

These SWAT-style raids have increased exponentially over the years. And they are used for less and less serious accusations.

In this case, a couple in their late 50s, with no criminal history, was accused of selling heroin out of the home they lived in for 20 years.

The cops got a warrant to search the home after they claim someone sold a confidential informant heroin at the couple’s home.

Apparently, the word of one druggie informant is all the justification cops need.

Police busted down the door and shot the couple’s dog. The man responded by firing his handgun at the officers.

PHOTOS: Body Parts, Foul Language Dominate D.C. Women's March

Body parts, foul language, and hate speech took center stage at the third Women’s March in Washington, DC, on Saturday. Women and men clad in pussy hats carried signs cursing President Donald Trump and praising female genitalia and reproductive organs.

The March, which was held on the National Mall in 2017 and 2018, was centered this year at the much smaller Freedom Plaza venue. The move and pared down participation came after months of negative publicity about the Women’s March’s leadership and its ties to anti-Semite Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

ICE, FBI recognize International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting

WASHINGTON, D.C. — February 6 marks the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the FBI, and the Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section (HRSP) of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, all members of the Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center (HRVWCC), join U.S. and foreign government partners, non-governmental organizations, and local communities to call for the eradication of the practice.

Female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) is a federal crime, and any involvement in committing this crime is a serious human rights violation which may result in imprisonment and potential removal from the United States. Individuals suspected of FGM/C, including sending girls overseas to be cut, may be investigated by the HRVWCC and prosecuted accordingly.

The elimination of FGM/C has broad implications for the health and human rights of women and girls, as well as societies at large. This day serves as an opportunity to reflect on victims who have suffered from female genital mutilation/cutting, including many women and girls who have died or suffered lifelong health complications from the practice. The day also renews a global commitment to the health and well-being of all women, girls and communities by eliminating the practice.

Baby Killing Is Fine. Yearbook Photos Are The Problem.

Last week, Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam was hit with a shocking blast from the past: a photo on his medical school yearbook page of a man in blackface and another man in a Ku Klux Klan outfit. Northam quickly apologized for the photo, then said he wasn't in the photo and then admitted he had once worn blackface and dressed up as Michael Jackson for a dance contest. He nearly moonwalked at a press conference before his wife gave him a look that could curdle milk.

For this sin — the sin of an old, disgusting, racially insensitive photo — Northam now finds his political career on the skids. As of this writing, he's hanging on by his fingernails, even as his lieutenant governor struggles with dicey sexual assault allegations.

The same week that Northam found himself in hot water, he endorsed a Virginia bill that would have broadened the ability of women to obtain an abortion up to the point of birth. Virginia Delegate Kathy Tran, a sponsor of the bill, stated in defense of her legislation that women would be able to obtain an abortion during labor. Northam then defended the bill, adding that if a baby were born alive during such an abortion — he assumed that the abortion would be due to "severe deformities" or "a fetus that's not viable" — then the baby could be "kept comfortable" while the family and the doctor decide its fate.

Newt Gingrich: Trump's State of the Union changed history on Tuesday night – Here's what Pelosi must've felt

Every once in a while a speech is so effective and powerful it changes the trajectory of history.

President Trump’s 2019 State of the Union address was that kind of speech.

If you have not seen it, you should watch it online. Reading it will only convey 10 percent of its power. It was the interaction of the president with the members of Congress and the audience in the galleries that was so compelling.

The emotions of Tuesday night matched anything President Reagan achieved in his addresses to Congress. From the early mentions of people in the gallery – which were guaranteed to get even the Democrats to stand and applaud – to spontaneously singing "Happy Birthday" to a Holocaust and 2018 synagogue shooting survivor to chanting “USA! USA!,” the total performance and interaction with the members of Congress was vastly more powerful than the words on paper.

Furthermore, the delivery was presidential. The president interacted with the Democrats in a positive and cheerful way, which bodes well for bipartisan legislative initiatives for the rest of this year. By one count, the president was interrupted 98 times with applause. Both the left-wing Democrats and the never Trump Republicans found themselves standing and applauding again and again.

As a former Speaker of the House who had to stand and applaud President Bill Clinton when he said, “The era of big government is over,” I knew exactly what was going on in Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s mind. She had to sit and be pleasant while her major opponent got her own party to repeatedly stand with enthusiastic applause. She had to listen politely to the person she spends every day attacking. The vice president is always a happy and a solid cheerleader. When I was Speaker, Al Gore would sit next to me and enthusiastically applaud everything President Clinton said. Last night, Mike Pence was cheerfully standing and applauding as often as possible. Having the opposition party’s top cheerleader sit next to you just makes the Speaker’s job harder.

Speaker Pelosi at times could not help herself. She would conspicuously pick up the speech text and read it to find out how much longer she had to remain disciplined and pretend to be a good hostess (the president is the guest of the House). When even her most radical new members began standing and applauding, she must have experienced a bit of despair.

I knew the speech would become historic when, even before it ended, I saw a tweet from Jerry Falwell Jr. proclaiming, “Best State of the Union speech in my lifetime delivered by the best @POTUS since George Washington and it’s not even over yet! God bless @realDonaldTrump!”
