Train Derailment Victims Settle For $30 Million
Collision with SUV parked on tracks by suicidal man left 11 dead
LOS ANGELES - A commuter rail agency agreed to pay about $30 million to settle most of the lawsuits from a derailment that killed 11 people and injured another 180 after a driver trying to commit suicide parked his gas-drenched SUV on the tracks, attorneys said Wednesday.
Jerome Ringler, lead attorney for the plaintiffs, said Metrolink agreed to settle nearly 90 percent of the cases, including nine wrongful death claims and 15 serious injury cases.
He declined to characterize the cases still under negotiation because he didn't want to affect the settlements. Both sides are trying to resolve the remaining cases ahead of trial set for Jan. 4, he said.

STATEMENT BY GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY ON RETENTION OF STATE’S AAA BOND RATING
“Today’s AAA bond rating is – once again – an affirmation of Maryland’s smart fiscal policies in the midst of the worst national recession since the Great Depression. By returning an era of fiscal responsibility to our State, we have demonstrated that sound financial management is possible even in tough economic times. This highest possible bond rating not only demonstrates Maryland’s fiscal strength as one of only seven states to maintain the highly coveted designation, it also saves taxpayers money.
“I want to thank Treasurer Kopp and Comptroller Franchot for their leadership and sound management of our State’s finances. We have worked hard to make our state government more accountable and transparent While Maryland is not immune to the effects for this national recession, together we have made the difficult decisions to protect our State’s long-term financial health, invest in our future, and protect our most valuable asset – the skills and strength of our people.”

Wall Street Journal Surpasses USA Today As No. 1
NEW YORK
The Wall Street Journal is now the top-selling daily newspaper in the United States.
The Audit Bureau of Circulations won't be releasing figures until later this month, but the Journal issued its numbers Wednesday.
It says the average number of copies sold in the April to September period reached 2.02 million, up about 12,000 from the same period a year earlier.
That tops USA Today, which said last week that it had its worst circulation decline ever, dropping 17 percent to 1.88 million. USA Today has long been No. 1.
Audit rules allow newspapers to count some online-only subscriptions. The Journal, a unit of News Corp.-owned Dow Jones & Co., is among the major newspapers to charge for access to much of its Web site. USA Today does not.

It's Official: Dow 10,000
Blue-chip average reaches key milestone following better-than-expected results from JPMorgan and Intel.
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Stocks rallied Wednesday afternoon, with the Dow industrials briefly touching 10,000 for the first time in over a year, following better-than-expected quarterly profit reports from Intel and JPMorgan Chase.
The Dow Jones industrial average (INDU)rose as high as 10,001.58 with about 2-1/2 hours left in the session. It then stepped back slightly, to a gain of 128 points, or 1.3%, to 9,997.
The last time the Dow crossed 10,000 during a trading session was Oct. 7, 2008, when it briefly touched 10,124.03.
The S&P 500 (SPX) index rose 15 points, or 1.4%, and the Nasdaq composite (COMP) added 28 points, or 1.3%.
The advance was broad-based, with 25 of 30 Dow stocks rising. JPMorgan Chase (JPM, Fortune 500), Caterpillar (CAT, Fortune 500), Chevron (CVX, Fortune 500), IBM (IBM, Fortune 500), 3M (MMM, Fortune 500), United Technologies (UTX, Fortune 500) and Exxon Mobil (XOM, Fortune 500) were the biggest contributors to the Dow's gains.
"Today's market action is all about Intel and JPMorgan and just earnings in general," said Tom Schrader, managing director at Stifel Nicolaus.
He said that the weak retail sales report, also released Wednesday morning, indicates that the economic recovery is not going to be smooth-sailing. But regardless, "people are looking forward."
Stocks struggled Tuesday as a weak financial sector and disappointment about Johnson & Johnson (JNJ, Fortune 500)'s results kept the Dow away from 10,000.

Nazis Fear An Armed People: Schwarzenegger’s Ammo Law
Schwarzenegger’s SS Totenkopf death’s head belt buckle displayed on the cover of Time Magazine.
It makes sense California would enact such a law. The state is lorded over by an avowed Nazi.
”I admired Hitler, for instance, because he came from being a little man with almost no formal education up to power. And I admire him for being such a good public speaker,” Arnie said in the documentary Pumping Iron. The producer of the film, George Butler, considers Schwarzenegger a ”flagrant, outspoken admirer of Hitler.”
In a book proposal, according to the New York Times, Butler also said he had seen Mr. Schwarzenegger playing ”Nazi marching songs from long-playing records in his collection at home” and said that the actor ”frequently clicked his heels and pretended to be an S.S. officer.”
In response to Butler’s accusation, Schwarzenegger told the newspaper in 2003 that he despises Hitler.
He does? If so, why does Schwarzenegger wear a belt buckle bearing the SS Totenkopf, a Nazi SS insignia? Schwarzenegger appeared on the cover of Time Magazine on June 25, 2007, with Michael Bloomberg — who also has contempt for the Second Amendment — wearing the death’s head belt buckle. He wore it again nine months later in the March 2008 issue of Esquire Magazine.
Schwarzenegger proudly displayed the death’s head buckle a few months ago at the CeBIT 2009 IT conference in Hanover, Germany.
Schwarzenegger’s late father, Gustav, voluntarily applied to join the Nazi Party in 1938 when it was still illegal in Austria. He also voluntarily applied to become a member of the Sturmabteilung, the Nazi paramilitary wing, on May 1, 1939. He was a Hitler-worshiping brownshirt.
Arnie invited Austrian president Kurt Waldheim to his wedding in 1986 after it emerged that the former UN secretary general had long concealed that he fought in a German army commando accused of atrocities.
All of this may be incidental to Arnie’s signing of AB962, the California ammo bill. But then, considering Arnie’s flagrant display of an SS insignia, it does not seem likely.

Parents At New Jersey School Hope Meeting Will Assuage Obama Song Concerns
A New Jersey mother of a second-grader who was seen in an unauthorized video singing the praises of President Obama said she hopes to get some answers tonight at a public meeting held by the township's board of education.
The mother of a second-grader says she hopes to get some answers Wednesday night as to why her daughter was videotaped with the rest of her class singing the praises of President Obama at a New Jersey elementary school last spring.
Andrea Ciemnolonski, of Burlington, N.J., said she'll attend a 6 p.m. "work session" held by the Burlington Township Board of Education, which she hopes will assuage her concerns regarding security at the B. Bernice Young Elementary School.
"I still have questions," Ciemnolonski told Foxnews.com. "Mostly I just want to see what the school is going to do to improve security at the school. Clearly, if the children were videotaped, there's something wrong. They should not have been -- that's not permitted."

New Fire Boat Runs Aground On Way To Tampa
The navigational instruments said they were in the middle of the channel.
Then they ran aground on a beach near St. Augustine at 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The new $3.8 million, 69-foot-long Tampa Fire Boat Patriot suffered no damage, said Capt. Bill Wade, a spokesman for Tampa Fire Rescue.
"The boat came to a sudden stop," said Wade, who added there were no injuries. "It was pretty obvious what had happened. We had run aground somewhere."
Wade and the crew of seven stayed on the boat throughout the night until a tugboat arrived at noon Thursday. The tugboat pulled the boat off the sand and the vessel went on its own to a nearby marina to get checked out, Wade said.
Wade said that residents told them that about a dozen boats have run aground this year at the same location.
Along with Wade, the crew on the boat includes two Tampa firefighters, a fire department mechanic and three staff members from Metalcraft Marine, who built the vessel, Wade said.
They anticipated arriving at Cape Canaveral at 5 p.m. Thursday and hoped to arrive at noon Monday at Davis Islands.
The new boat, which was bought by a federal government grant, is needed to allow firefighters to work quickly, safely and be responsive to the large number of cargo ships and passenger vessels that travel daily to and from the Port of Tampa, Wade said.
The fire department has two boats now. One is 27 feet and the other is 30 feet, Wade said.
The new vessel has sonar equipment that maps the water column underneath and can refill scuba diving tanks on board.
It has multiple hose connections to fight fires. It can pump water equivalent to a dozen fire trucks, pumping about 13,000 gallons of water a minute, Wade said.
He said they will use the boat from the Port of Tampa and Port of Manatee to past the Sunshine Skyway bridge.
The boat began its voyage on Sept. 11 from Kingston, Ontario, where it was built by Metalcraft Marine.
A boat captain from the company was piloting the boat when it ran aground. Metalcraft was responsible for covering the costs of freeing the boat.

Another GOP Senator Open To Health Overhaul
The $829 billion bill was approved by the finance committee, 14-9
WASHINGTON - A second Republican senator signaled Wednesday she's open to voting for sweeping health care legislation this year, putting President Barack Obama closer to a historic achievement that has eluded generations of Democratic leaders.
But Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, told The Associated Press that the bill approved Tuesday by the Finance Committee needs substantial improvements to make coverage more affordable, contain costs, and protect Medicare. Nevertheless, she joined her Maine GOP colleague Sen. Olympia Snowe in endorsing the goal of far-reaching changes.
"My hope is we that can fix the flaws in the bill and come together with a truly bipartisan bill that could garner widespread support," Collins said in an interview. "I think this bill is far superior to the ones passed by the Senate (health) committee and the three House committees, but it needs substantial additional work."

Salisbury Zoo A Disappointment For Halloween Event?
I received a call the other day from a parent very disappointed in their visit to this years event for Halloween at the Salisbury Zoo. They mentioned cheap candy, (no chocolate) and the actual event being somewhat of a bore.
Being that I know this is a huge event for the Zoo each year, I thought I'd reach out to everyone and see if they had the same impression.

Verizon Takes Away Divorced Man's Unlimited Broadband Plan
They say that for people going through a divorce it can feel like you're losing half of yourself. As if it that wasn't bad enough, Verizon Wireless has taken away William's unlimited broadband plan on the account he used to share with his wife.
William writes:
I have actually been pretty happy Verizon Wireless until very recently.
I have one regular cell phone line with Verizon, and one of those nice little usb broadband modems. I have had both since about 2004. The great thing was that I had the unlimited broadband plan on my modem. They do not offer it anymore so I was proud of being able to keep my unlimited broadband plan.
Earlier this year, my wife and I got divorced. Among the thousands of matters to attend to, was to split our Verizon account into his and hers. I called up Verizon and explained that I needed to remove her from the account and have the account only in my name.
The rep said this was no problem, and it was quick to do. I asked him specifically to ensure there was no changes to account, and if the broadband account would remain the same. He ensured me that this would be the case, and even commented on how cool it was that I had the Unlimited plan. He told me I needed to make sure I kept it. Wise words.
I kept getting bills in the expected amount so I did not verify further at that point. This month I did read my bill, and I notice that my broadband plan has changed from Unlimited as expected to their new 5GB plan. This was clearly an error so I call up VZW to have them correct the error. I spoke at that time to rep number. 322590. She assured me that she would put in a request to have my account updated back to the grandfathered plan and I would get a call back the next day.
3 days passed and I received no notification so I called VZW back. This time I spoke to rep 319729, who was a supervisor she said.
She looked at my account, and said that VZW had refused to put the unlimited plan back on my account, and there was nothing they could do. I requested that because they had failed to provide me with what I was contractually entitled to, that they should release me from the termination charges on the account and allow me to close the account.
Rep 319729 said that it was impossible for VZW to give me the plan and I wanted, and it was impossible for Verizon to release me from my early termination. Now they are charging me $59.99 per/month for a service I did not sign up for, and do not want.
Rep 319729 said that there was a website that listed the terms and conditions that apply when VZW makes a change to the account, and it was my duty to read this mythical piece to understand what they were allowed to do, when they make changes to the account. Rep 319729 did not say what the Url for this document was.
What can I do? They took advantage of me, in a very trying time in my life, and they refuse to fix it, and they even rub my face in it, with this mythical website I am supposed to have read before calling to change my account.

When Jim Ireton was running to be Salisbury’s mayor there was no question that crime was a TOP concern of voters. Things don’t seem to have gotten much better since his election. At Tuesday’s meeting of the Salisbury Crime Taskforce Ireton provided some hint as to his solution for the crime problems – GRANTS.
While Jim’s FRIENDS – Frank Kratovil, Barbara Mikulski, Ben Cardin, and Barack Obama – may be doling out taxpayer dollars by the bucket full, at some point in time Ireton is going to have to DO SOMETHING about fixing the problems facing Salisbury. That means Ireton needs to understand that crime is one of, if not THE BIGGEST problem facing his once fair city.
At Tuesday’s meeting a member of the taskforce asked Ireton what was the status of a grant Salisbury applied for to replicate a highly successful crime initiative in Annapolis. Ireton’s reply was a song an dance about how “competitive” the application process was and how applicants were being “scored”.
“What will we do if we don’t receive the grant?”, asked the member.
Ireton’s response? “Well, I guess we’ll just have to apply for another grant.”
WRONG ANSWER! If this program is worth going through the hassle of applying for the grant, and it is truly effective AND if it will only cost approximately $150,000 to implement, then I’m quite sure that Ireton can find budget cuts to fund such a program. In fact, this is basically what councilwoman Terry Cohen told Ireton.
There are two problems in this scenario. The first is that Ireton just doesn’t get it. His record to date seems to be one of “Let’s spend the taxpayers’ money”, but he’s certainly not very big on getting results. The other problem is that Ireton lacks the courage to put someone in charge of the police department who will get results.
“Jim’s Friends” could lavish millions of dollars on Salisbury, but would the taxpayers actually see results as long as Allan Webster remains in charge of SPD? Given Webster’s overall record and his seeming desire to spend more time attacking elected officials than fighting crime, I seriously doubt it.
Ireton needs to wake up and smell the coffee. The citizens who put him in office will just as quickly throw him out without concrete RESULTS!. Salisbury voters aren’t interested in press conferences and ribbon cuttings. While cleaning up the river may be an important issue to many, it is strictly second tier when a majority of city residents can hear gunfire at night.
Jim Ireton defeated Gary Comegys in last spring’s mayoral election because he wasn’t Barrie Tilghman. Unfortunately, that’s precisely what the citizens currently have – Barrie Tilghman in a coat and tie. The people running the city are the same, and Jim Ireton is only there half a day to supervise them. Of course, Ireton doesn’t appear to have the backbone to tell them what to do anyway.
Start with doing something concrete about the crime problem Jim. Voters don’t care about grants. They care about results. Don’t come asking for a tax increase next spring without something to show for your efforts.

Insurers Emerge As Obama’s Top Foe On Health
Tenuous truce with White House has turned quickly into an all-out battle
For months, President Obama and his administration waged their fight for a health-care overhaul without a clear opponent, even courting the industry executives and interest groups that helped kill reform efforts 15 years ago.
But attacks on the leading Democratic reform plan this week by the insurance lobby left little doubt that two of the most powerful institutions involved in the debate — the White House and America's insurance companies — have abandoned any real hope of forging a compromise. What was a tenuous truce has turned quickly into an all-out battle, with both sides ratcheting up the hostilities and their rhetoric.
As the Senate Finance Committee on Tuesday approved a broad, 10-year, $829 billion bill to remake the nation's health-care system, Obama's top advisers and the insurers moved into a new, more intense stage of conflict.

No shame in walking away from mortgage
Those who ‘strategically default’ are using system the way it was designed
A solid two years into the housing bust, the national foreclosure wave doesn't show the least signs of abating. Banks that had called a foreclosure moratorium are now back to the business of taking back properties, and the foreclosure numbers are again at record highs. As the foreclosures rise, so too does the criticism of “walkaways” who hand the keys to their drastically devalued houses back to the bank.
Last month a study from the credit reporting agency Experian and consulting outfit Oliver Wyman estimated that close to a fifth of troubled mortgages involved borrowers who were “strategically” defaulting — walking away from mortgages they could pay but decided not to because they owed more than their houses were worth. Self-assigned guardians of financial ethics see the willingness of borrowers to abandon their mortgage debts as a sign of the “erosion of social and moral standards.” The aim of these critics is to shame debtors into sticking with their mortgages. That's something debtors should take with a grain of salt. There are many good reasons to keep paying your mortgage and avoid the black mark of foreclosure, but the immorality of sticking the bank with a loss isn't one of them.
Some observers, like Zubin Jelveh of the New Republic, have taken issue with the Experian-Wyman study's methods, arguing that it was too broad in defining “strategic” default. But unlike some other reports that play up the number of deadbeat debtors, this study uses a fairly narrow and defensible definition to arrive at its conclusion that 18 percent of mortgage defaults are “strategic.” (Experian showed the report to The Big Money, but asked that it not be posted.) The study focuses on borrowers who, once they hit 60 days late, roll straight through to foreclosure without ever making another payment and manage to stay current on all their credit cards.

STATEMENT FROM GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY ON THE PASSING OF CIVIL RIGHTS LEADER PHILIP BROWN
“I am saddened by the news today that we have lost a champion in education who fought for equality for all Americans regardless of race. Philip Brown has served as a model for a generation of younger Americans, particularly those born into injustice due to the color of their skin. He proved that we can preserve our history while challenging its flaws, exacting a more just future for the next generation.
“From a classroom in Annapolis, Brown confronted prejudice and inequality nationwide and in doing so, wrote a new, more honorable chapter in American history.”
The Baucus Bill Spending Vortex
Right now, House and Senate Democrats are meeting behind closed doors to figure out who they will tax and how much they can cut Medicare to meet what will be at least a $1 trillion commitment in new spending. Assuming for just the moment that they can make them match, Congress should look to the example of what Medicaid has done to state budgets.
Medicaid Mess. The commitment to Medicaid has become so large, it acts like a vortex, drawing everything else into itself. Congress should stop and take a good look at what happened to state budgets this past year. The extra federal matching rates for Medicaid came with strings attached—Medicaid eligibility could not be cut. But states still cut Medicaid providers. Medicaid was perhaps spared but that only meant cuts had to be found elsewhere to keep state budgets in balance. Medicaid was protected, but education, public health, mental health services, social services, child welfare programs, and public safety were cut.
Budget Gimmicks. It is understandable the President and Congressional leaders focus on what will be gained, as any politicians do to gain support for their initiatives. But there is also a time to ask, what will be lost? A trillion dollars in new spending and new revenues leave the federal government with very little margin to deal with the public health risks of a pandemic, rising unemployment, another Katrina, another crisis in world. Health care will spend real money and still rely on a lot of budget gimmicks. For example, Finance simply delayed the start of benefits and refused to fix the Medicare physician fee schedule.
Higher Family Spending. Yes, some families will get $16,500 in tax free benefits for health care under the Finance Committee version. But that money is going to come from someone else. And, under the Finance Committee plan, there will still be 25 million Americans uninsured. Many individuals and families will end up paying much more for their health care than they do today. Forget Obama’s promise of the $2500 annual reduction in family health costs.
The federal government is going to raise taxes to pay its new bill. What are families going to do? Clearly, they will have to cut costs elsewhere in their budget. Cutting Medicare payments and benefits to pay for new spending will help avoid going further into hock in regards to the federal budget, but those proposals do nothing to help family budgets.
Americans want solutions to the problems we face in the current system including the issue of the uninsured. But the legislation moving through Congress fails to meet the promise made by President Obama and what Americans as a whole want most of all—to lower the cost of health care for everyone. Failure to accomplish that now means the upheaval of our entire health care system at the cost of everything else.

Mayor Jim Ireton, Fire Chief Rick Hoppes & Deputy Fire Chief Bill Gordy Lied
This is a Canadian Company thru and thru.
I guess Jim Ireton's statements on how this will stimulate the American Worker's is full of Crap.
While some of the parts may be assembled in the U.S., Jim Ireton needs to stop lying to the taxpayers and start acting more responsible.
What would Salisbury do without Salisbury News to dig and find the facts. More importantly, if politicians and greedy jackasses like Hoppes & Gordy would simply stop abusing federal grants and other funding, perhaps America could start to recover. In the mean time, if you want to look at those individuals who are fully responsible for this financial cluster we're in, look no further than the Mayors Office and the Salisbury Fire Department. This is completely unnecessary and fiscally irresponsible.
DON'T ASK DON'T TELL, ANOTHER STORY THE MEDIA IGNORES
Obama's early mentor was Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the American communist party, who left Chicago to go to Hawaii in 1948. While still in Chicago, he worked with Vernon Jarrett, a young journalist, who became the father in law of Senior White House advisor Valerie Jarrett. Vernon Jarrett was closely tied to Harold Washington, one time Mayor of Chicago. Washington defeated the Daley machine with the support of Chicago's communist party and the local branch of Democratic Socialist of America. (DSA) Paul Buhle now heads DSA, he also serves on the board of Movement for a Democratic Society, (MDS) with former Weather underground terrorist, Bill Ayers.
Obama admits he was inspired to first move to Chicago in 198 by the election of Mayor Harold Washington. Enter Valerie Jarrett who worked for Harold Washington as Deputy Corporation Counsel for Finance and Development. Jarrett was Deputy Chief of Staff in 1991 when she hired Michelle Robinson, then engaged to Barack Obama. The three have been tied together ever since. Valerie Jarrett's mother, Barbara Taylor Bowman was a co-founder of the Erikson Institute. Erickson's board of trustees included Thomas G. Ayers, father of Bill Ayers.
While none of this is proof that anyone, other than Davis, is a Marxist and no one other than Bill Ayers is a terrorist, it does bring into question some more of the associations. Questions that the main stream media wont ask or if they know, wont tell.

Nemesis Everywhere
I have believed in the power of the goddess Nemesis (“dispenser of dues”) ever since I was introduced to the concept as a teenager studying classics, especially in the texts of Hesiod, Herodotus, and Sophocles.
Some of you know her also as a variant of eastern Karma, or the folk notion of ‘what comes around, goes around’, or the now common “ain’t payback a bitch”? We all agree on the symptoms: overweening success and surfeit (koris) lead to hubris (gratuitous arrogance), which in turn promotes destructive behavior (atĂȘ), that at last calls you to the attention of divine Nemesis — who ensures your ruin. At Rhamnous on the Attic coast there is a beautiful temple to the goddess, proof of her ubiquity and power.
Obama as All-Knowing Oedipus
As sure as sun rises, you readers knew that, as early as 2007, Obama’s fiery rhetoric about the disaster in Iraq and the good war in Afghanistan was not only disingenuous, but would come lurking back to haunt him — especially given the efforts of the talented David Petraeus, and the myriad challenges of the age-old tribalism in Afghanistan.
And so it has. He now owns the “good” and “necessary” war that, according to Obama, we supposedly wrongly “took our eye off of.” Now at last Obama is free [1] as he wished to go into Pakistan in hot pursuit of terrorists (and as he once boasted in the debates amid the trashing of the then big-target Bush administration.)*
Snap My Fingers — Guantanamo Closed!
Remember Guantanamo? He could have said in January: “Tough call. Eric Holder once thought it was fine. Where else do you put non-uniformed murderers, who are sort of foreign soldiers in a global war unlike domestic criminals, but yet not soldiers either as we have traditionally defined them at Geneva? We will have a long look at the facility, get bipartisan input from the Bush administration and the Congress, and then choose the bad rather than the worst choice.”
Nope. Instead, we got the hope and change soaring cadences about shutting it down within “a year” and “reset button” inanity—ad nauseam. That will prove to be impossible. Already he is throwing his Guantanamo czar under the bus, even as Mr. Craig blames (you guessed it) the Bush administration for his inability to depose of the detainees. (Did he really think that divine-sounding Germans and British leftists who shouted that we were running a Stalig would really want their own terrorists back home rather than in Cuba under lock and key?)

SUNDAY CLOTHES
'Hello,' said the little boy
'Hi,' replied the little girl.
'Where are you going?' asked the little boy.
'I've been to church this morning and I'm on my way home,'
Answered the little girl.
'I'm also on my way home from church
Which church do you go to?' asked the little boy.
'I go to the Catholic church back down the road,' replied the little girl.
'What about you? '
'I go to the Lutheran church back at the top of the hill,'
Replied the little boy.
They discover that they are both going the same way
So they decided that they'd walk together.
They came to a low spot in the road where spring rains had partially flooded the road, so there was no way that they could get across to the other side without getting wet.
'If I get my new Sunday dress wet, my Mom's going to skin me alive,' said the little girl.
'My Mom'll tan my hide, too, if I get my new Sunday suit wet,'
Replied the little boy.
'I tell you what I think I'll do,' said the little girl. 'I'm gonna pull
Off all my clothes and hold them over my head and wade across.'
'That's a good idea,'replied the little boy.
'I'm going to do the same thing with my suit.'
So they both undressed and waded across to the other side without getting their clothes wet. They were standing there in the sun waiting to drip dry before putting their clothes back on, when the little boy finally remarked:
'You know, I never realized before just how much difference there really is between a
CATHOLIC and a PRESBYTERIAN!!!
