AMAZIMG the DA has Sexual assault charges looming over him and the GIO didn't even get to do the investigation.
This was a California prior Sgt. from the police dept. I take no credence in anything she had to say. She was probably prompted by Pelosi to say those things.
He summed up the problem unknowingly. He justified the police action to shoot someone in the back based on deadly force policy that allow for deadly force with the “fear” of death. These pu**yholes on the police force are too fearful. Deadly force should only be applied if death is imminent, not fear based, that’s subjective to how cowardly the guy is holding the badge and gun.
