Love the response sounds about right--if you have all those requirements a toy is about right, wonder if you have children what kind of restrictions and requirements they have to have.
I went into a pet store in a mall around Norfolk. There were signs where the puppies were kept that said "financing available".
If you have to finance a puppy, what business do you have getting one?
