Man Who Threatened to Kill Police in YouTube Videos Fatally Shot After Trying to ‘Run Down a Couple Cops’

What was it the protesters were chanting in New York before those two officers were murdered? “What do we want? Dead cops! When do what them? Now!” Well, there are mentally ill people who’ve been taking that to heart.

A man was shot dead by police after they say he tried to run over officers in Drexel Hill, Delaware County Tuesday night.

The suspect is identified as 52-year-old Joseph Anthony Pacini.

Investigators say he can be heard on one of several video messages posted on YouTube saying, “Clearly these guys want me dead or in prison, and there’s no way in hell I’m going back to prison.”

Police say in the posts Pacini made several threats against law enforcement, including one particular officer with the Haverford Police Department.

“The lose-lose scenario: you try to arrest me,” Pacini said in one post. “Consequently, there will be serious and irreversible catastrophic consequences.”

Learning of the threats, Haverford police obtained an arrest warrant.

Around 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, multiple agencies went to Pacini’s Clifton Heights home, but Pacini got in his vehicle and left.

Officers followed him into Drexel Hill.

That’s when things escalated.

“As they attempted to stop him, he threw the car in reverse,” said Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood. “And he ran into the Chief of Police’s car from Clifton and tried to run over several other officers who were around the car.”

Uh... where are the "threats"?
These police cornered the guy based on symantics and stupidity, of course he is going to react.
Had they left well enough alone no one would have died.

Agreed. The word " if' is not a threat. They knew this bear was aggressive but harmless if left alone. Typical Leos poking with sticks. No warrant should've been issued. But again the rights of a citizen get violated by an escalated police force and cause death! This man was in his car. No weapons. The cops could've stayed by their cars and used a loud speaker. They have dangerous jobs as it is. Their stupidly of running up to a car is on them. Like when a cop jumps into a car after a traffic stop leads to a runner. They're not taught to jump in. They're trained to use cars stop sticks what have you to stop the threat. Once immobilized then approach! This is murder! Pissed of cops because they're threatened targeted this man.
