Stacie Elizabeth Roberts, 33, gave an undercover detective prescription drugs and $1,600 along with the victim's name, description and address. During the meeting she described what she wanted done to the victim and reiterated that she didn't want that person to be able to testify.
The Annapolis Police Department launched the investigation within the past two weeks after receiving information that Roberts inquired about preventing the victim from appearing at the trial.
