Saturday Will Be A 24 Hour News Cycle Day

While I haven't wanted to commit to delivering so many articles on Saturdays, we have been fortunate enough over the past two months to have enough news and information that we have delivered articles on Saturday, 24 hours. Tomorrow will be no different.

Ladies & Gentlemen, IT'S BEEN A LONG WINTER! I think we can ALL agree, we're about to enjoy the first weekend of great weather. I don't know about you but the pollen, (for the first time in my life) has been killing me. However, that's NOT going to stop me from heading outdoors this weekend and enjoy what we have been waiting for.

That being said, have a great weekend and as always we thank each and every one of you for your support.

Joe, go and get yourself some local honey. Take a few tablespoons spread out over a day, either by itself or in tea or even in just mixed in with some water is good.

1:45, I have tried EVERYTHING! I just spoke to a friend who has the exact same thing. On and off fever. Swollen throat. Nothing I have used in the past two weeks is working. It's time to pack up and go to Ocean City for a few weeks.

Everything was suppressed when Spring was suppressed. When the weather finally changed everything happened at once, making it hard for our systems to adjust. In addition to pollen issues the insects have been really aggressive. In another week everything should even out.

Resveratrol, the antioxidant found in red wine also helps relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.
As much as I dislike Sam's club I've found them to have the best resveratrol capsules on the market. If the capsules aren't an option you can always get a bottle of red wine and a box of dark chocolates, both contain resveratrol. Stay away from spicy foods during this period if you suffer from allergies. Spicy foods will make symptoms worse.
I think this year we not only have pollen but mold spores everywhere because of the damp weather we've been having.
