I absolutely would recommend this facility over Your Doc's In any day. I went there & was only in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Upon being taken back, I was treated with respect and also introduced to the nurses/dr's that I would be seeing. After my initial visit and treatment, I was released. Two days later, I received a follow up call from one of the nurses asking how I was feeling and if they met all my expectations. What a wonderful experience!

I went to Your Doc's In a few weeks back as I was having an allergic reaction and was also in my early stages of pregnancy. I didn't want to pay $100 co-pay through my insurance for the ER so someone recommended I visit Your Doc's In. Once I arrived, I immediately felt as if it was not very professional. The ladies behind the desk were on their phones & carrying on and joking about some things (laughing, etc.) I was in the waiting room for a good 30-40 minutes. I then was taken into a room & asked a series of questions. The woman said the dr. would be right in. 20 minutes later, a practitioner came in. I explained my symptoms and he had no answers for me. He prescribed me a few allergy pills and sent me on my way. Since I was pregnant, I chose to research the medication before taking it and it's a good thing I did! One of the medications say it was classified as a C, meaning it has not been tested safe to use during pregnancy.

I will never go there again!

I went there on a Sunday after a bike accident. Great service.

They are NOT owned by PRMC.

Take THAT Peggy Naleppa!

They provide a service and fill a need in the area, people always have a choice, ER or their family physician. When you are hurting and need care you will find it, I have even been known to say if the pain is bad enough I would accept a veternarian!

Great place to go.

I am assuming the owners or management of Salisbury Immediate Care posted this article to provide an update on the clinic and the services they offer. This is very good information. However it would be wise (from a business perspective) to clarify to the readers who the owners are. Since there are far too many in our community that have suffered poor quality or uncaring service from PRMC there would definitely be a marketing advantage if it is communicated that Salisbury Immediate Care is NOT part of the massive and evil PRMC empire.

If it is true they are not owned by PRMC I will definitely be going there. PRMC has the worst reputation and they have earned every bit of it!

Thank goodness there is another choice!

I've been to Salisbury Urgent Care several times, either after regular doctor's hours or on the weekends. I've always received great care and their staff has always been polite and professional.

Unfortunately, one time, I needed care after they were closed. I went to You're Docs In rather then the ER. That was a mistake. They took a urine sample and never sent it to the lab. This was discovered several days later when I kept calling for the test results and they kept telling me, "We'll call you when the results are in." I'll never go back there again!

I went there once for what I was told to be a spider bite. They took swabs and tested it. Two days later I had a very high fever and a very ugly infection. After going to the hospital I was told that it was MRSA. I called the Urgent Care Center after I was released from the hospital to ask questions about my care. I was told that the swabs tested positive for MRSA. My question at that point was why wasn't I notified by anyone from their center. Maybe if I had been told earlier and given medication, then I wouldn't have had to spend time in the hospital. An experience like this makes you doubt their services. However, there aren't many good places to choose from in Salisbury...

Great place to go with superior service. However, if you are over 65 and on Medicare they will not accept Medicare insurance as payment even with a secondary carrier like Blue Cross Blue Shield. I think that this is a trend among many medical providers because of the small amount that Medicare allows them for certain procedures.

The owner is Kent Rilling. He and his wife run a great business and the Center for Women's Health is also owned and operated by them.

I went there once and received excellent care. I recommend them over anyone.

Dr. Rilling is wonderful. I needed to go there several times and I like it when I can see him. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and explains what he needs to do to make me better. I wished I had gone to them when I got hurt and not to PRMC because the hospital missed diagnosed me and sent me home with a sprain when I had several broken bones.
The only thing they could do is change their policy for medicare patients because they deserve a great place like this too. There certainly is a strong market for them.
Keep up the great work!

I was treated poorly by their billing office. Their representative was unprofessional and i recieved no benefit from my visit there. Probably would prefer to go to a real doctor instead of the Physician assistants there.

Best care on the Eastern shore

Too true! Dr. Rilling and his staff are great and provide excellent service. I am happy to see the center doing so well and in spite the amount of business they have on a daily basis wait times are still short! They are going to need a bigger parking lot soon! What a great place.
