Delaware Senate Candidate: 'I'm Not A Witch'

In TV ad, O'Donnell says nobody's perfect and concludes with 'I'm you'

In her first campaign ad since winning the GOP primary, Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell assures voters: "I'm not a witch."

O'Donnell's been dealing with questions about witchcraft since a 1999 confession on a late-night talk show surfaced that she had dabbled in it as a teenager.

The ad begins running statewide on Tuesday. It opens with O'Donnell looking into the camera and immediately telling voters that she's not a witch.

I would love to hear her true positions on the issues. If only we could get pass the crap stories on "witchcraft" and the bull crap tea party catchphrases, "we want our country back" "obama is a socialist"

Why can't the politician see it? The normal american can see head on when the politicians try to throw dirt over stupid issues that have little to do with the issues at hand. Everyone has something in their past that the majority won't necessarily agree with.

What does her high-school friends have to do with the economy?

I'm all for Christine O'Donnell but I have to say, this is the stupidest commercial I've ever seen. O'Donnell needs to be more forceful and hammer away at her promise to try and block the Obama/Reid/Pelosi agenda due to surface during the lame duck session.

Ok, she's not a witch. She's just a dummy.

I think the people of Delaware should give a hard look at this Witchcraft story. An ordained Satanist from the state owned and operated for a century by the Dupont Family? I don't know, but where there is smoke there is usually fire.

This is the PR firm now handling Ms. O'Donnell. There will be no more truth from her, only truthiness.

Has made a subtle (not so subtle?) point.

Given the Dupont Family reputation as being involved with bloodline purity, intermarrying, and satanic occult activity there may be something to this witchcraft story. I don't know about Odonnel but I have a good understanding of the 1st state's 1st Family. It is ugly, and witchcraft involvement fits right in with their background.

How can anyone win in Delaware without Dupont endorsement - even if it is a behind the scenes endorsement?

If I lived in DE I'd be voting for Ms. O'Donnell. As far as all this witchcraft stuff, that doesn't bother me as I'm tolerant of others views and beliefs. It's the current issues facing this country that I'm concerned about.

Are you joking? You are tolerant of witchcraft?

Many people do not understand the occult and the spiritual matters of life.

Either you are joking (hard to believe) or you are simply ignorant of the ramifications of witchcraft.

Can't help but laugh at the flailing Democrats on here they're in desperation mode. Wasn't it Hillary Clinton who Held Seances In The White House trying to contact Eleanor Roosevelt? HAHAHAHA

My family will vote for Christine O'Donnell without hesitation. What really helped us to make up our minds was Al Franken coming to Delaware to campaign for Chris Koons (O'Donnell's opponent). Believe me Al Franken is no hero or role model to our family and the only Koons we would vote for would be car babe Crystal Koons!

I will vote for this crazy lady just so she can screw things up. It's kind of like cheering for Boise St. & TCU to go undefeated just to mess up the BCS. Let go chaos!!!!!

What exactly are the ramifications of witchcraft? I know all about the ramifications of Islam (running planes into buildings filled with people) but I admit I am clueless to the ramifications of witchcraft.
So if you plan on pointing out the handful of murders that centered on the occult don't bother.

Why aren't all these people who are so concerned with whether O'Donnell was involved in witchcraft aren't outraged over Obama's friendship with homegrown terrorist Bill Ayres who actually killed people with his antics?

To paraphrase Bill Maher, O'Donnel is unemployed, using campaign contributions for living expenses, has a lien on her property, and is running on the idea of bringing financial stability to Washington. So someone please explain to me how she is qualified to deal with the issues facing this country.

If anyone actually saw the "Politically Incorrect" footage, she claimed she dabbled in Witchcraft, dabbled in Buddhism and a few other religions before finally settling on Christianity over another option so she could continue to eat meatballs (not become a vegetarian). Does that sound like a person of strong convictions and beliefs?

Please 4:08 Bill Maher does'nt believe in God and makes cracks all the time about those that do. I'd rather have Christine O'Donnell in the Senate than most of the liberal Democrats that Maher seems to like so much.

5:08 and what is wrong with not believing in god? God won't solve our financial crisis or clean up the streets. I'd prefer more atheist or agnostic politicians actually.
