My Lost Dog

Hello,

I've posted my dog missing on Craigslist.com and received an email from someone who gave me your email & web-site and said you might be able to assist me. My dog Daisy went missing while she was at the sitters in Salisbury, MD on 10/31/09 while I was at a wedding. I live in New Jersey and I've posted 300 flyers in the area. I've have called, emailed & faxed her flyers to Vets, Humane Societies, Groomers, a television station in Salisbury. I placed an ad in the paper etc. I have even contact a spiritual person to she if she could "tell me where my Daisy is".
Daisy is microchiped & was also wearing a collar with our numbers on her tag. I don't know what else to do. I'm hopeing to go back to MD this weekend to pass out another 200 flyers. Attached are pictures of daisy and a similar copy of the flyer with the rest of the story on it. Feel free to contact me. Thank you for your time.

Lynn, I hope your Daisy is found soon. You did the right thing by posting it here. We love to make happy reunions. Can you provide the area so we'll know where to start looking.

Lynn, I have 2 Maltese and just love them. I lost mine a year ago and got her back. Human Society was a big help. The person who found her called them. Good Luck to you.

GOOD IDEA POSTING HERE! IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING THE DAILY TIMES NEWSPAPER HERE WILL POST LOST DOGS FOR FREE, UNLESS YOU'VE ALREADY GONE THAT AVENUE.

KNOW YOUR HEART MUST BE BROKEN---WILL KEEP YOU IN PRAYER THAT YOU FIND YOUR BELOVED PET!

Never trust your beloved pet with a sitter. I've read stories in which the dogs are lost and it's just so heartbreaking. Take them with you or leave them with a close friend or family member that you trust. I hope Daisy is found safe and sound.

First..I would like to thank everyone for your suggestions & kind words.
My dear Daisy went missing on the evening of 10/31. She was at the sitter while my husband & I were at a wedding. She was on East Main St. made a right onto Priscilla St. then onto East Church St. I was'nt told which way she turned. The police received a call from a woman that evening stating that she saw a small white dog running down Hammond St. I live in NJ & the next weekend we were back in MD & gave out 300 flyers.
I have another 200 in my car but unfortunatly we are unable to go back to MD this weekend.
This is a copy of an email I received from a woman yesterday (bless her heart.

I came across you posted on the Salisbury blog about your lost dog Daisy.

Back on 10/31, I was making left turn (on 13 coming from Salisbury) to go into the Wal-Mart in Fruitland when a dog like yours ran out close to the front my car. Of course, I stopped quick and tried to get the dog to get closer to me so I could grab it. Unfortunately, it didn't want any part of that and took off to where the Cherokee Bowling Lanes are. Don't know if this is your dog or if it stayed around in the area, but you might want to check the Tony Tank or SU area. Someone there might have seen your dog.

Please everyone.. Keep your eyes & ears open for my Daisy. She is microchiped & she also had a tag on with our phone numbers on it. All I want is my Daisy back. Please help me. I cannot even begin to describe to you all the pain in my heart over this. Today is 3 weeks that she has been gone. Please if you know anything call me at 201-956-0207. My blessings to you all.
