President Donald Trump warned Americans that Congressional Democrats were preparing to shut down the government over amnesty for illegal immigrants.
“The Democrats want to shut down the Government over Amnesty for all and Border Security,” Trump wrote on Twitter.
His comments followed a blowup of a potential DACA amnesty deal with Democrats, which he blamed on “Dicky Durbin” leaking details of a private meeting he had with senators.
Trump warned that a government shutdown would severely hurt the military “at a time we need it more than ever.”

Wells Fargo to close 800 more Branches by 2020
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Wells Fargo bank near you may be closing soon.
CNN reports that the company announced plans Friday to shutter 800 of its branches by 2020. The company cited Americans relying more on mobile and online banking.
Some analysts believe the bank is trying to curb expenses from its fake account scandal and other high-profile troubles.
Wells Fargo paid $3.3 billion in legal expenses last quarter.
Wells Fargo did not specify how many employees would lose their jobs.
The bank will have about 5,000 branches in the U.S. after it completes the closures, which is still more than any other bank.

Thousand of Restaurants may close after Min. Wage Hike
Restaurants are under increasing pressure from minimum wage hikes to pay workers more and pass off costs in higher prices for customers, Fox Business reports.
Eighteen states raised their minimum wage at the start of the year, forcing thousands of restaurants to adapt to rising labor costs. However, patrons will only absorb so much of the cost.
“When we increase in prices … we see guest count go down,” “Restaurant Stakeout” host and CEO of Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse Willie Degel told FOX Business. “The consumer is not willing to pay for the experience then.”
Degel predicted a dark future for the restaurant industry if labor costs keep increasing.
“I think you’re going to see thousands of restaurants close their doors,” Willie Degel told FOX Business. “Fine dining is going to go by the wayside.”

Palestinians Attempt to Bomb 1,000 Jewish Pilgrims Visiting Joseph’s Tomb
TEL AVIV – On Tuesday, Palestinians attempted to bomb Joseph’s Tomb, considered Judaism’s third holiest site, during a visit there earlier today by about 1,000 Jewish pilgrims.
The Times of Israel reports:
Army sappers detonated a cellphone-operated explosive device that was apparently planted by Palestinians at the entrance to the Joseph’s Tomb holy site in the city of Nablus early Tuesday morning, ahead of a visit by approximately 1,000 Jewish worshippers, the army said.
There were no injuries or significant damage caused by the controlled blast, and the pilgrimage to the shrine continued as planned, an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson said.
The 1,000 or so worshippers were escorted to Joseph’s Tomb — believed to be the burial site of the biblical patriarch — by IDF soldiers, border guards and Israel Police officers, the army said. According to the military, as the group was leaving the area, local residents began to throw rocks at the troops and the buses, causing no injuries, but some light damage to the vehicles.

Hudson Pushes Concealed Carry Reciprocity
WASHINGTON — Republican North Carolina Rep. Richard Hudson believes law-abiding Americans should be allowed to carry their concealed weapons in every state, and he’s hoping the White House will help him soon make that a reality.
“I can tell you, the president’s ready to sign this law,” Hudson told The Daily Caller Wednesday in an exclusive interview on the subject for TheDC’s “Newsmakers” series.
“President Trump actually campaigned on concealed carry reciprocity,” the North Carolina Republican recalled. “We’ve got a partner in the White House and we just got to get it to his desk.”
Hudson introduced the House version of the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act on January 3, 2017, and the bill finally passed on December 6. Hudson says he spoke with the president at the time, and is set to meet with Trump’s staff this coming week.

Evaluating the Damage: Immigration’s Impact on Black Americans
For decades, researchers and immigration experts alike have warned lawmakers and administrations of the negative impact immigration, both legal and illegal, has on the African-American community.
Two studies from 2008 reviewed in great detail and length just how much black Americans have been kept down economically by a U.S. immigration system that admits more than 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants a year, with no end in sight.
Cornell University’s Vernon Briggs Jr. wrote in his testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights of how, in 2004, mass immigration to the U.S. had led to black Americans being replaced as the largest minority group in the country, being overtaken by Hispanic-Americans.
“Although black Americans were 13.5 percent of the nation’s native-born population, they were only 7.8 percent of the foreign-born population in 2000,” Briggs noted. “Hispanics, on the other hand, were only 8.5 percent of the native-born population while being 45.2 percent of the foreign-born population.”
In his 2008 testimony, Briggs stated that there was “little doubt that there is significant” impact on African-American workers who generally compete for the same U.S. jobs that illegal aliens and legal immigrants are often looking to get.
Briggs says that this immigration impact makes poor and working-class African-Americans the “major loser” in the workforce.

Sen. Fake: 'In No Way' Comparing Trump to Stalin
Outgoing Sen. Jeff Flake, ?-Ariz., said Monday he was "in no way" comparing President Donald Trump to Joseph Stalin, despite a reference to the Soviet dictator in a speech he plans to give Wednesday criticizing Trump for his public comments on the news media.
"Joseph Stalin was a killer; our president is not," Sen. Flake told CNN's Christiane Amanpour on Monday night. "It just puzzles me as to why [Trump] would use a phrase that is so loaded and that has some deeper meaning, the press being the enemy of the people. That is a big concern. What this president does – the most powerful man in the world – has lasting implications and it has implications for journalists worldwide and for our free press in this country.
"If the American president was like Stalin, people like me would be in Gitmo, or worse. It just puzzles me as to why any American president would use a phrase so associated with somebody like Joseph Stalin. It just doesn't comport, and it's not good for any of us."

Wells Just Reported The Worst Mortgage Number Since The Financial Crisis
When we reported Wells Fargo's Q3 earnings back in October, we drew readers' attention to one specific line of business, the one we dubbed the bank's "bread and butter", namely mortgage lending, and which as we then reported was "the biggest alarm" because "as a result of rising rates, Wells' residential mortgage applications and pipelines both tumbled, specifically in Q3 Wells' mortgage applications plunged by $10bn from the prior quarter to $73bn, while the mortgage origination pipeline plunged to just $29 billion", and just shy of the post-crisis lows recorded in late 2013.
Fast forward one quarter when what was already a grim situation for Warren Buffett's favorite bank, just got as bad as it has been since the financial crisis for America's largest mortgage lender, because buried deep in its presentation accompanying otherwise unremarkable Q1 results (EPS small beat, revenue small miss), Wells just reported that its 'bread and butter' is virtually gone, and in Q1 the amount in the all-important Wells Fargo Mortgage Application pipeline plunged by a whopping 23% to just $23 billion, and at the lowest level since the financial crisis.
And while Wells' mortgage applications, a less forward looking indicator, was not quite as dire, it too was just shy of fresh post crisis lows at only $63 billion, just barely above the post-crisis low hit one year ago.

DHS Secretary Nielsen Insists She Didn't Hear Any Vulgar Remarks
Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen is standing behind her comments that she did not hear President Donald Trump use the word "s***hole" during last week's contentious Oval Office meeting concerning a bipartisan proposal for a deal on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
"I have no problem repeating what I've said," Nielsen, who was at the meeting, told "CBS This Morning" co-host John Dickerson in an interview airing Tuesday.

Tim Tebow on Confronting Abortion: Doctors Called Me a ‘Tumor’ Not a ‘Baby’
Minor League Baseball player and former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow revealed that he was almost a victim of abortion when doctors told his mother that he was a “tumor” and not a “baby.”
Speaking at the college student conference, 2018 Passion, Tebow told Pastor Louie Giglio that his mother was urged to abort him in 1987, NewsBusters reported.
“I was born in the Philippines to missionary parents, and I have a special birth story,” Tebow told the audience. “The doctors said that I wasn’t even a baby; they said I was a tumor.”
Tebow added that his siblings always joked that he was “Timmy the Tumor” when he was young.
But Tebow added that it was his mother’s faith that saved him.
“There was a lot of craziness with my entire – with my mom’s pregnancy with me,” Tebow said. “She decided to trust God and not what the doctors were saying.”

Shelby Steele: Failed NFL Anthem Protests Show Black Protest Has Lost Its Power
Social commentator Shelby Steele recently wrote an editorial for the Wall Street Journal wondering if the protests by black NFL players during the playing of the national anthem, signals the end of any weight being placed on public protests by blacks in America today.
With so many whites turned off by the NFL protests, Steele wonders if white Americans have finally “found the courage” to “judge African-Americans fairly by universal standards.”
“The recent protests by black players in the National Football League were rather sad for their fruitlessness,” Steele wrote in his January 12 editorial. “They may point to the end of an era for black America, and for the country generally — an era in which protest has been the primary means of black advancement in American life.”
Steele went on to call the player protests “forced and unconvincing” and said they were more “dutiful” than passionate.

Jackie Mason: Celebs Thought Oprah Speech Was Better Than Gettysburg Address
In these trying times, Jackie Mason is the Voice of Reason.
In this week’s exclusive clip for Breitbart News, Jackie weighs in on Oprah Winfrey’s widely-discussed speech from Sunday night’s Golden Globes, which immediately prompted speculation she may run for president.
“This is one of the greatest speeches they ever heard. Not one of the greatest. The greatest,” Jackie says. “Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address was nothing compared to her. The greatest speech in history. Nobody ever made a speech in the history of the world like Oprah Winfrey. You know why they say this? Because they finally got an enemy for Trump.”
Jackie says it all comes down to the left’s belief that Winfrey could actually beat Trump in 2020.
“Not only did she make the greatest speech in history, she’ll make the greatest president in history. Because you know what she stands for? "
"They don’t know either.”

The women who became Harvey Girls and pioneers of the West
They were the true pioneers of the American West – thousands of young women aged 18 to 30 who worked six days a week at ground-breaking rail station diners that created dozens of small towns scattered 100 miles apart from each other in the Southwest and West.
The majority of the brave women had traveled to these tiny and seemingly uninhabited areas leaving everything they knew behind, including their childhood homes and parents, just to have a chance to earn a decent wage and be independent, while unknowingly helping to change the landscape of the new U.S. territory gained after winning the pivotal Mexican-American War in 1848.
The acquired states, including Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, and parts of Colorado, Nevada and Utah, were largely unpopulated by Americans until people began migrating from the East Coast, Midwest and South for a fresh start at life by traveling via the newly built railroad system connecting the entire country.
Many of those Americans were following the popular phrase, 'Go West, Young Man, Go West'.

Navy SEAL Who Lost Eye in Afghanistan Now Battling for U.S. House Seat
Retired Navy SEAL Dan Crenshaw was serving his third combat tour in June 2012 when he encountered an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan's deadly Helmand province that took out his right eye and severely damaged his left.
Doctors said he'd never see again, but Crenshaw regained sight in his left eye after undergoing several surgeries and receiving specialized contact lenses. Four months later, fitted with a glass eye and his signature eye patch, Crenshaw was back on the shooting range in Mississippi, training to rejoin his teammates.
Crenshaw, who served combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and held leadership posts in Bahrain and South Korea before medically retiring in 2016, is now battling for a seat in the U.S. House.
"What makes me get up in the morning is knowing I'm doing something for the country and I was not ready to quit that," Crenshaw said. "I think this is why I'm driven to Congress now, because it's another path I can take to make a positive impact on people's lives and serve in a way that is meaningful and push for values that I believe in."
Crenshaw is one of nine candidates competing in Texas's March 9 Republican primary to succeed retiring Rep. Ted Poe, who represents the state's 2nd congressional district.

West Virginia bill would require all schools to offer a Bible class
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — A bill has been introduced by West Virginia senators that, if passed, would require all schools to provide an elective course on Hebrew scriptures and the Old or New Testaments of the Bible.
It's called Senate Bill 252 and was introduced by Sen. Mike Azinger, R-Wood, and Sen. Sue Cline-R-Wyoming.
They said the bill's purpose is to teach students knowledge of biblical content, characters, poetry and narratives that are pre-requisites to understanding contemporary society and culture.
Under the proposed bill, a student “may not be required to use a specific translation as the sole text of the Hebrew Scriptures or New Testament and may use as the basic textbook a different translation of the Hebrew Scriptures or New Testament from that chosen by the county board or school.”

The commanders of the two guided-missile destroyers that were involved in fatal collisions with merchant ships in 2017 will face military criminal charges that include dereliction of duty, hazarding a vessel and negligent homicide, after the two incidents that resulted in the death of 17 sailors total, USNI News has learned.
Cmdr. Bryce Benson, former commander of USS Fitzgerald (DDG-62), along with three Fitzgerald junior officers, face a mix charges that include dereliction of duty, hazarding a vessel and negligent homicide related to the June 17 collision between the ship and ACX Crystal that resulted in the death of seven sailors, according to a statement from the U.S. Navy provided to USNI News.
Cmdr. Alfredo J. Sanchez, former commander of USS John S. McCain (DDG-56), faces similar dereliction of duty, hazarding a vessel and negligent homicide charges for the Aug. 21 collision between the guided-missile destroyer and a chemical tanker off the coast of Singapore that resulted in the death of 10 sailors.

Another Utility Announces Lower Rates Because of GOP Tax Cut
Energy and heating giant National Grid announced Thursday it will slash a proposed natural gas rate hike ahead of next winter, citing the the passage of a federal tax bill spearheaded by Republicans and signed into law earlier last month by President Donald Trump.
The announcement states that Massachusetts customers can now expect to pay less next winter than originally projected, thanks to the decision to decrease a proposed rate hike by $36 million — from an $87 million increase to a $51 million increase. That’s a drop of about 41 percent.
The new tax reform cuts the American corporate tax rate from 35 percent — the third-highest in the world, trailing only the United Arab Emirates and Puerto Rico — to 21 percent.

Go home Hillary, you’re DRUNK: Hillary Clinton trashes Trump on Haiti, gets RIPPED by Conservatives
Hillary Clinton tweeting about Haiti and trying to shame Trump for calling the country a sh*thole may be the most out of touch and ridiculous thing we’ve seen on Twitter, and we’ve seen a LOT of stupid stuff on the social media giant. Especially with what we know about the Clinton Foundation and the way they used Haiti for donations to pay for things like weddings.

The anniversary of the devastating earthquake 8 years ago is a day to remember the tragedy, honor the resilient people of Haiti, & affirm America’s commitment to helping our neighbors. Instead, we‘re subjected to Trump’s ignorant, racist views of anyone who doesn’t look like him.

City Schools Slashes Maintenance Budget, cites increasing costs
BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- As Annapolis pours millions of dollars into Baltimore City Public Schools for emergency maintenance, a Project Baltimore investigation has learned North Avenue has been slashing millions from its maintenance budget.
Baltimore City Schools is under fire over freezing buildings. The frigid temperatures that kicked off 2018 created a maintenance nightmare for North Avenue. Eighty-five schools, nearly half its buildings, suffered burst pipes or broken heat.

"We have an infrastructure problem in this city. There's no question about it. We have some of the oldest pipes in the country," said Mayor Catherine Pugh.
In a District that gets nearly $16,000 per student, the fourth highest nationally according to the U.S. Census, a GoFundMe page was set up to buy space heaters after alarming images hit social media. Calling it an emergency, Governor Larry Hogan gave City Schools $2.5 million to get the heat working.
"Let me be clear, this is not to reward the people responsible who have failed, this funding will help kids freezing in winter,” said Gov. Hogan during a recent press conference.

DHS preparing to arrest leaders of sanctuary cities
Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed Tuesday that her department has asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.
“The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available,” Ms. Nielsen told the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Her confirmation came after California’s new sanctuary law went into effect Jan. 1, severely restricting cooperation the state or any of its localities could offer.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Tom Homan says those policies put his officers and local communities at more risk because they have to arrest illegal immigrants out in the community.
Mr. Homan told The Washington Times last July that he wanted to see local officials charged as complicit in human smuggling if they shielded illegal immigrants through sanctuary policies.

Google refers to Republican senator David Perdue as 'lying, unscrupulous politician'
Google referred to Sen. David Perdue on Tuesday as a “lying, unscrupulous politician” when the Republican senator’s name was searched.

Armed Federal Agents Seize 'Massive Store' Of Rebuilding Materials Kept From Puerto Rico's Hurricane Victims
Puerto Rico electricity provider was "hoarding" critical items needed to restore electricity to the island.
Months after Hurricane Maria ravaged Puerto Rico, nearly half the island's residents are still without power. Despite the Federal Emergency Management Agency sending hundreds of workers to the area to help restore the electrical grid, they've been at a loss as to where critical construction items, shipped to the island as part of the recovery effort, have gone.
Now, armed federal agents are reportedly taking the situation into their own hands. Over the weekend, FEMA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began raiding warehouses, where the Puerto Rican Electric Power Authority has been "hoarding" these "critical materials" out of reach of aide workers.

Former CIA Officer Warns: Deep State Is "Terrified" Of Trump, "Want Him Taken Out"
Former “high-level” CIA officer Kevin Shipp says President Trump has “declared war” on the so-called Deep State and the shadow government.
Shipp explains, “I differentiate between the ‘Deep State’ and the shadow government.
The shadow government are the secret intelligence agencies that have such power and secrecy that they act even without the knowledge of Congress. There are many things that they do with impunity.
Then there is the ‘Deep State,’ which is the military industrial complex, all of the industrial corporations and their lobbyists, and they have all the money, power and greed that give all the money to the Senators and Congressmen.

John Stossel: SPLC Is A 'Hate Group,' 'Money Grabbing, Slander Machine'
In a short for Reason Magazine, John Stossel slammed the Southern Poverty Law Center as a “hate group” and a “money grabbing slander machine” which “profits off hate.”
From Reason:
The Southern Poverty Law Center lists Ayaan Hirsi Ali — who grew up Muslim in Somalia and suffered female genital mutilation — as an “anti-Muslim extremist.” Just because she now speaks out against radical Islam.
They also list the conservative Family Research Council as a “hate group.”
That listing led a man to go to the Council’s office to try to gun down their workers. The shooter later told law enforcement that he picked the group because he saw they were on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s hate map and he wanted to fight bigots.

Trump's nightmare
Trump's day of reckoning ... The one thing that could dramatically diminish President Trump’s chances of avoiding impeachment and chalking up legislative wins is Democrats winning the House.
And, thanks to series of recent developments, Trump knows this no longer just seems plausible, but probable.
Hill sources tell us that a House Democratic takeover is now likely.
One strategist close to Republican leaders believes that a loss of the House is "baked in," and said top Republicans don't see a way to avoid it.
It would take a flip of 24 seats for Dems to take over. The average loss for the president's party in his first midterm is about 32 seats, and we're hearing forecasts of 40+ losses.
You can’t predict outcomes this far out, but these hard facts scare the hell out of Republicans:
Eight House GOP chairs have retired: You don’t climb to the top of power in Congress and leave unless you feel confident your reign will soon end. (Another factor: Chairmanships are term-limited from a Gingrich-era reform.)
Record retirements for GOP: Already, 29 GOP seats are open, a pace far exceeding the past two elections that saw power change hands.
Democrats outperformed their norms in turnout, and in total votes, in all seven 2017 elections. This is a clear indicator of energy.
Record number of Democratic women voting and considering running for office. This, more than anything, is a reaction to Trump and the #MeToo movement.
In polls, voters prefer Democrats for Congress by a 10-point margin. There is no way to spin this: +10 is terrible in a 50/50 nation.

Study: Over 200 Million Christians Worldwide Facing Severe Persecution
North Korea stands at the top of a list of 50 countries where at least 215 million Christians faced the most severe persecution in 2017, resulting in 3,066 deaths and 1,020 rapes mainly targeting women, revealed Open Doors, an organization that monitors ill-treated Christians worldwide.
At the National Press Club on Wednesday, David Curry, the president and CEO of Open Doors, unveiled the 2018 World Wide List (WWL) of the top 50 “most dangerous” countries to worship Jesus. Referring to North Korea, he declared:
Imagine in your mind a leader that thinks he’s god but acts like an animal — devouring his own people with his teeth where people are forced to worship at the statute of Kim Jung Un and bow down and lay flowers at his feet as if he was a god.
Afghanistan came in second place in the list of the top 50 worst countries in terms of persecution — where the cost of being a Christian can quickly turn into a nightmare and the last breath one ever takes.
During the 2017 reporting period covered by the latest World Watch List, persecutors killed 3,066 Christians, kidnapped 1,252, raped 1,020, and attacked 793 churches, noted Open Doors.

White House doctor deems Trump mentally ‘very sharp,’ in ‘excellent’ health
WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump is in good physical and cognitive health following his first medical examination as president, Dr. Ronny Jackson, the White House physician, told reporters Tuesday, noting that the president earned perfect marks on a cognitive test that he himself had requested.
Jackson assessed that Trump's overall health was "excellent" and that he has "a lot of energy and a lot of stamina," but added that he would benefit from a better diet and an exercise regimen. The president is "more enthusiastic about the diet part than the exercise part," his physician allowed.
Trump is 6 feet 3 inches tall and remains just shy of obese, at 239 pounds. The White House doctor would like to see Trump lose 10-15 pounds.
Jackson, a longtime presidential physician, also described Trump as "very sharp" and told reporters the president was "absolutely ... fit for duty," not just for the remainder of this term, but for another four years if he's re-elected.

UMass Amherst Sued Over ‘Egregious Free Speech Policy’
Young Americans for Liberty, the same student group that successfully pressured Bunker Hill Community College administrators into allowing the distribution of copies of the United States Constitution, is now setting its sights on what it describes as an“egregious free speech policy” at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
This week YAL filed a federal lawsuit against UMass-Amherst in an effort to overturn a policy they say “restricts all ‘speeches and rallies’ to one hour a day between noon and 1 p.m. on less than one percent of campus.”
The policy in question is listed on the school’s website:

N.H. Pot Dispensaries Now Cash-Only
Lebanon — Some of New Hampshire’s medical marijuana dispensaries have begun requiring patients and their caregivers to pay in cash.
Two companies, Temescal Wellness and Prime Alternative Treatment Centers of New Hampshire, notified patients of the move to cash-only purchases in Facebook posts published this week. Debit purchases were accepted before the decision, according to New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Communications Director Jake Leon.
Temescal operates dispensaries in Lebanon and Dover, and Prime operates in Merrimack.
“It’s because the service provider discontinued their service,” Temescal’s founder and chief executive officer, Ted Rebholz, said in a phone interview on Tuesday.
The fourth dispensary operating in New Hampshire, Plymouth’s Sanctuary ATC, had no such message regarding a move to cash on its Facebook page. The dispensary’s listed phone number appeared to be disconnected and an email was not immediately returned.

Does Our Country Have To Be A Profanity-hole?
As I write this my inbox is filled with email newsletters using in the subject line a vulgar word that refers to bodily waste. They come from mainstream news organizations, many of which are using the word in stories, columns, and even headlines. (If you missed it, the second half of the word is “hole.” Figure out the rest for yourself.)
The justification for this is the supposedly horrible thing that President Donald Trump reportedly said during an apparently unrecorded discussion Thursday with other prominent politicians about certain nations of the world sending their citizens to this country.
The substance of Trump’s point and the reaction to it are important matters, perhaps for another column.
But here’s another important matter:
When did it become O.K. to use profanities in news stories?

10 Immune-Boosting Supplements That Fight Cold, Flu Viruses
The flu season is in full swing with all states but Hawaii reporting widespread illness and deaths, and four times as many cases as last year at this time. The California Department of Health on Friday reported the flu contributed to the death of 42 people under the age of 65 (compared with nine last year) and six people over the age of 65.
The Centers for Disease Control and prevention says that 13 children have already succumbed to the deadly flu virus so far this season, but added that the season may have reached its peak.
If you haven’t already received your flu vaccine, it’s not too late. But that’s only one way to combat influenza, experts say.
“We don’t know when it’s going to end, but we anticipate several more weeks of flu activity,” says Dr. Christy Sadreameli, an assistant professor of pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Even if the vaccine takes a couple of weeks to reach its full benefits, it should offer some protection.
Dr. Nikki Arguinzioni-Gil, a licensed doctor of naturopathic medicine in California and Washington State, tells Newsmax Health that there are tried and true natural supplements and foods that can help boost your immunity against the deadly flu.
Here are her suggestions:

The Obamacare individual mandate is repealed. Here's what's next
After nearly a decade since the Affordable Care Act was signed into law, the U.S. is poised to find out what Obamacare will look like without its linchpin requirement for people to buy health insurance.
The sweeping tax reform bill that passed late last year included a repeal of the requirements that everyone has health insurance, starting in 2019. Obamacare allies, independent estimates, and Democrats say the move by President Trump and congressional Republicans will raise premiums and cause the program's insurance exchanges to crumble.
Meanwhile, new regulations from the Trump administration to expand access to cheaper, low-quality plans could have just as much of an effect on the exchanges, experts say.
Insurers are debating whether to renew participation in Obamacare’s exchanges in 2019 that offer coverage on the individual market, which is used by people who do not get insurance through a job or the government. Insurers face a deadline as early as this spring to decide whether to participate in Obamacare's insurance exchanges for 2019.
