Federal Indictment Charges 21 Defendants for Violent Drug Distribution Conspiracy Operating in the Cherry Hill Area of Baltimore

Indictment Alleges Violence Including 13 Murders, and 21 Non-Fatal Shootings; “Hillside” Enterprise is Fourth Rival Gang Prosecuted in Cherry Hill

Baltimore, Maryland - A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging 21 defendants for being part of the Hillside Enterprise, a drug distribution conspiracy which operated for 14 years in the Cherry Hill section of Baltimore. The indictment alleges that member of the Hillside Enterprise committed acts of violence in order to fund their narcotics activities and intimidate others who would interfere with the enterprise. The indictment was returned on September 8, 2016 and unsealed today. Thirteen defendants are in custody. Law enforcement is still searching for eight of the defendants.

The indictment was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Special Agent in Charge Daniel L. Board, Jr. of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives - Baltimore Field Division; Commissioner Kevin Davis of the Baltimore Police Department; and Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby.

“The most important thing law enforcement officers can do to stop violence is to make clear that killers will be held accountable,” said U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein. “Although the only crime charged in this indictment is a drug conspiracy, the allegations include 13 murders and 21 non-fatal shootings. Conspiracy cases are a valuable tool to put violent gangs out of business.”

Last Night, Hillary Claimed Nobody Hacked Her Email. She Lied.

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton claimed during Wednesday's presidential forum that nobody hacked her private email server. As usual, Clinton lied.

"There is no evidence my system was hacked," Clinton declared at the forum.

Broncos’ Brandon Marshall loses endorsement deal after kneeling for national anthem

Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall said he expected pushback. He knew not everyone would agree with his decision to kneel for the national anthem before the Broncos’ season opener against Carolina on Thursday evening.

He expected some to perceive his protest, designed to highlight issues such as racial inequality and police brutality, in a negative light.

Friday morning, his expectation became reality when Air Academy Federal Credit Union released him from his endorsement deal. Marshall became AAFCU’s official spokesperson in May.

“Although we have enjoyed Brandon Marshall as our spokesperson over the past five months, Air Academy Federal Credit Union (AAFCU) has ended our partnership,” Glenn Strebe, the AAFCU’s president and CEO wrote in a Facebook statement. “AAFCU is a membership-based organization who has proudly served the military community for over 60 years. While we respect Brandon’s right of expression, his actions are not a representation of our organization and membership. We wish Brandon well on his future endeavors.”

Republican congressman says conservatives should pray for Hillary Clinton

A tea party Texas Republican congressman said Friday that it's un-Christian to 'make fun of people who are impaired' or 'have special needs' – like Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Speaking at the Value Voters Summit in Washington, an annual gathering of evangelical political activists, Rep. Louie Gohmert said that 'whether you like her or not, Hillary Clinton has made clear she is mentally impaired.'

'This is not somebody you should be making fun of.'

While a hotel ballroom full of conservatives laughed along, Gohmert leveled new questions at Clinton about her health and mental fitness to be president.

TIRED: Five-day September weekend for Hillary?

Hillary Clinton must have had a very exhausting four-day week, because according to public schedules, she’s going to recover until next Wednesday.

According to HillarySpeeches.com, a website that tracks scheduled appearances and fundraisers, Clinton is not set to appear publicly again until she’s a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on September 14. For those keeping score, that’s five days.

Donald Trump says it was email answers that sunk Hillary Clinton's NBC performance

Donald Trump has taunted Hillary Clinton over her 'poor' NBC town hall performance on Wednesday after her campaign complained about host Matt Lauer.

Trump said Clinton's own 'dumb' and 'confused' answers over her emails doomed her night, not the amount of time Lauer spent asking her about them.

The Republican also singled out a veteran who suggested she should have been jailed for how she handled confidential information as another reason viewers picked him as the winner on the night.

Salisbury Will Experience The Same

Revitalize Downtown with affordable housing, (or whatever Democrats want to call it these days) and watch what happens. I have to wonder what they'll call it this time. Let's see, they fooled all of you with that River's Edge project, claiming it would be filled with "ARTISTS". Talk about a huge Section 8 project on the River!

So True

Presidential Puppet? Hillary Wore Earpiece Radio Receiver During Live TV Townhall Event, Had Answers Fed to Her!

Editor’s Note: If you watched the town hall last night, you now know what kind of naggy, bitchy housewife tone Hillary intends to take with the country for the next four or even eight years if the system makes her president. But she can’t even do election town halls without having answers and cues fed to her through an earpiece… so how is she going to be president again?

Oh, that’s right, they’re all puppets.

SuperStation95 in New York City has confirmed with our sources in the NYPD, that Clinton was using a very expensive earpiece receiver to receive stealth communications from her campaign handlers during Wednesday’s Presidential Forum carried live on NBC.

While Clinton was fielding questions from NBC’s Matt Lauer and the public Wednesday night on live television, a quiet buzz started circulating in New York law enforcement circles about Hillary’s left ear. NYPD sources confirm Clinton was wearing an ‘inductive earpiece,” the same technology employed by almost all lead Broadway actors to receive forgotten lines and stealth off-stage cues from directors.

Obama Tells Foreign Audience That Americans Are 'Lazy'

President Obama twice on Wednesday suggested to a foreign audience that Americans are in some ways lazier than citizens of other nations.

Speaking at a town hall meeting at Souphanouvong University in Laos, Obama said that Americans can be lazy when it comes to protecting the environment as well as when learning about other cultures.

“Usually, if you see the environment destroyed, it’s not because that’s necessary for development,” Obama said, according to a transcript provided by USA Today reporter Gregory Korte. “It’s usually because we are being lazy, and we’re not being as creative as we could be about how to do it in the smarter, sustainable way.”
