A Message From Congressional Candidate Andy Harris

Friends,
Last night was a late and frustrating night. Shortly after 2:30am this morning, the Special Session of the General Assembly ended with the passage of the largest tax increase in Maryland history. I voted against every single tax increase. I even helped lead the filibuster against these new taxes, but sadly the filibuster attempt failed by 1 vote.
The tax-package passed by the General Assembly will increase taxes by $1.4 billion dollars in the first year. Over the next four years, Maryland's hard working families will pay almost $7 billion more in higher taxes as a result of this tax-package. The taxes amount to about $1,222 per person in the state of Maryland over the next 4 years.
Governor O'Malley called the Special Session to solve the long-term structural deficit, but sadly the General Assembly adjourned without solving it. A structural deficit of over $50 million dollars still exists. If slots fail or the economy takes a downturn, which it undoubtedly will as a result of these tax increases; the structural deficit will grow. One of the reasons the structural deficit exists is because the General Assembly actually increased spending. During this Special Session, the General Assembly passed new spending programs to expand state-run healthcare and funding for the bay. No real budget cuts were made because no budget was before the General Assembly. Governor O'Malley can ignore the recommended cuts the legislature proposed when he submits his budget for next year.
Here is a summary of the tax increases passed by the General Assembly:
Sales Tax:
The sales tax was increased from 5% to 6%. This increase will be felt most by businesses on the Shore. Residents on Maryland's Eastern Shore can just drive to Delaware to avoid the 6% sales tax in Maryland. Jobs in Maryland will be lost because of this increase.
Sales Tax Expansion:
The sales tax was expanded to include computer services. Comptroller Franchot believed expanding the sales tax to computer services will hurt Maryland's economy. He stated, "Computer firms form the nucleus of the state's new economy" and that the sales tax "plays into the hands of those who would unfairly question Maryland's business climate.
Surprise New Fee:
A surprise new fee was added to the final bill. The fee for a title certificate will be raised from $23 to $50. Despite O'Malley's statements last summer opposing such fee increases as being to onerous for working families, his tax-package will raise $32 million per year from this fee increase.
Income Tax:
A new progressive income tax was established. Currently everyone pays a flat 4.75% tax on his or her income. The new brackets are as follows: 5% for single filers making more than $150,000 and joint filers (married couples) making more than $200,000, 5.25% for singles making more than $300,000 and joint filers making more than $350,000, and 5.5% for single and joint filers making more than $500,000.
Tobacco Tax:
The tobacco tax was increased from $1 to $2 a pack.
Slots:
Slots will be on the ballot in November of 2008. I sponsored an amendment to ban a slots location in a given county if a majority of the people in that county vote against the referendum. I believe if people in a county do not want a slots parlor in their back yard, the state should not force them to have one. Sadly, this amendment failed.
Each of us has until January 1st to prepare for these tax increases. These tax increases are an early Christmas present from the Democratic leadership in Annapolis (actually, they would probably call it a "holiday present").

Vernon Powell (IMO) Has Nicest Display On Plaza
.jpg)
Rather than making it real easy on all of you, I chose not to display all of the photos I have of the Downtown Plaza, encouraging everyone to take some time out and go down there and see what these fine property owners have to offer for this Holiday Season.
The one above was my favorite but it's truly a tough call as there are so many to choose from. Get back with me and let me know which one you like the most.
Do YOU Kiss On The Lips?
.jpg)
I don't know about any of you but I was raised to always kiss a FRIEND on the cheek, that's the respectful thing to do.
However, the Tilghman Administration, (some of the sickos) kiss right on the lips and think nothing of it. NOW, I'm not at all saying I'm right and hopefully comments will straighten me out if I am in fact wrong, but if my Wife EVER saw me kissing someone on the lips, she and I both have something to worry about.
Anyhow, perhaps Porqueena will see this photo and straighten someone out right away?
There Are No Gangs In Salisbury, Right Chiefy?
.jpg)
I know, at first glance you're saying, what Gangs, right?
Former Councilwoman Lynn Cathcart pointed out to me the other night that these young ladies with the red bandannas hanging out of their pockets are in fact Gang Members. They were at the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Well, all I can tell you is, they seemed pretty pleasant to me. Not all Harley Davidson owners are Pagans either.
What You Won't Read In The Daily Times
Are you aware of the ash being used in the landfills from Power Plants is also a contributing factor to the pollution of the Bay (include the Wicomico River - since Wicomico uses ash from Indian River power plant)? This ash contains metals and other contaminates that did not burn. Also do any of the Green Idiots realize the Rivers in Pennsylvania empty into the top of the Bay and that is where the Bay begin dying not in the middle where we are located. I hear nothing about the Chromium Plant, (that was where the Inner Harbor is now) cleaning up their pollution or paying fines when they closed and moved out of State. With these facts how can the Farmer be blamed?
Accountability!
.jpg)
Ladies & Gentlemen, As you know I wrote several strong posts about the Zoo over the weekend and I must strongly state the following points.
Barie Tilghman has made it almost impossible for anyone to keep her in check by forcing ALL Council Members to go through her office and not ANY department heads.
If you'll recall, this all started when Councilwoman Terry Cohen called the AZA on her own and started asking questions about the Zoo. This infuriated Jim Rapp, Ron Alessi and Barrie Tilghman. Terry was onto something HOT!
Nevertheless, in the end things are starting to come to a head at the Zoo and IF others had normal access to information the citizens wouldn't be screwed all the time. In other words, why build a $2,000,000.00 building if it's completely unnecessary? Well, you can't know that if Barrie keeps it covered up.
Then we move onto the photo above when last Monday Louise Smith was attempting to close the Council Meeting while Councilwoman Cohen was speaking. Louise had her hand on the GAVEL while Councilwoman Campbell interrupted her to make sure Cohen got to say her peace before all was said and done.
At the point of embarrassment, Louise knew she couldn't gavel down Cohen at this point and she allowed her to finish what she was saying. However, if Campbell didn't insist Smith recognize Cohen, it would have been over. Point being, Louise Smith was absolutely 100% hand picked by the Mayor and everyone was fooled, screwed and absolutely LIED to with her campaign promises of accountability.
How else could you get a mirror image of Mike Dunn as Council President unless Barrie picked her out herself and pulled a fast one on everyone. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY and the Citizens need to once again take back their City and stop this Mayor from continuing to have complete control over Council Members.
I guess Louise Smith will be the next target of this Blog until she starts changing things back to an open form of Government. In other words, it's War.
Please Read Weekend Zoo Posts
If you missed visiting this weekend, please take the time out and read the Zoo Posts I put up this weekend. Don't make me have to re post them, LOL.
The 11th Most Dangerous City In America Just Got Worse

I was tipped off yesterday that things weren't so good for Salisbury but my sources tell me things are a lot worse than what Duvall said this morning. He's stating we're now the 10th most dangerous City in America. My sources stated we moved into 7th place?
Either way, you're NOT going to read about this in the Daily Times because it is of course the Tilghman Times. The Times has been promoting things were better, of course doing NO research whatsoever and simply reporting whatever Chiefy says or Barrie.
More to come once we break down the numbers better......

Duh, Huh, What, How Was I Supposed To Know Mr. Hazel?

"When a facility loses AZA accreditation/certification, the SSP may work with the facility for up to two years to help manage the population and facilitate disposition of animals owned by AZA institutions. The facility will not be a member of the SSP, but may still be considered during the planning processes. During this time the SSP cannot move SSP animals to that facility."
You tell me Ladies & Gentlemen, do YOU think the Salisbury Zoo is going to get any Red Wolves? NOT if the SSP & AZA have anything to do with it. "During this time the SSP cannot move SSP animals to that facility." The Red Wolves ARE on the SSP List and the Zoo cannot obtain them without their permission. Looks like this Mayor has got some explaining to do.

Is Mayor Tilghman Hiding The Zoo's Outcome?

.jpg)
.jpg)
.jpg)
Ladies & Gentlemen, the Salisbury Zoo could be in very deep trouble! You see, there's a program called the SSP Program, (Species Survival Plan) that somewhat overrides the AZA. There are many animals in the Zoo that belong to that program.
What it means is the following. The Salisbury Zoo is pretty much the bottom of the barrel when it comes to being selected for exotic animals. That being said, when Jim Rapp would reach out to this group to replace an animal that died, this group would search to find something that might fit their wants and needs but here's what the Salisbury Zoo would get.
I'm no expert but I'd say about 20% of the animals that are brought into captivity simply cannot handle it. They freak out, similar to the Spectacle Bear now in captivity at the Salisbury Zoo. This animal is drugged every day so he doesn't display his neurotic behavior as badly. Some animals do just fine in captivity, others do not. The ones that do not are perfect candidates for places like those at the bottom of the barrel such as the Salisbury Zoo and Rapp being the Idiot that he was down there jumped on the opportunity to get one of these animals no matter what the conditions were.
The former Veterinarian Dr. Jimmy Tragle, my Wife Jennifer and another veteran Zookeeper went to Jim Rapp and flat out insisted they not get this Bear as they looked at his history and knew he would be a serious problem. Rapp ignored this request by three EXPERTS and went and got the Bear anyway. Hence the heavy drugs this animal takes daily to suffer while pleasing you, the Public!
All that being said, this SSP Program is somewhat complicated Folks. Once you get an animal, you're pretty much stuck with it, unless some other dip sh*t comes along and says, oh, I'd like that animal at my Zoo. This is just not going to happen. Now, here we are looking at a $250,000.00 investment into a Red Wolf Exhibit and GUESS WHAT? There's a VERY strong change that the Salisbury Zoo will NOT see these animals arrive and there's an even greater chance that this is exactly why Jim Rapp, John Jacobs and Carrie Samis are no longer employed for the City of Salisbury.
The Red Wolves are a species of animal that would only be brought in through this AZA Program. No AZA Accreditation, No Red Wolves! This would explain why the Mayor wants to move forward with a building the AZA is demanding they build but like Jennifer and I said years ago after the AZA came through and did their former inspection, they left a laundry list of things for the Zoo to fix and complete. The Daily Times REFUSED to print that list because they said, Come on Joe, you've already caused enough damage. The City is trying to fix all the things you've brought to light, why do even more damage if they have to do all these other things the AZA is demanding?
I had stated years ago to the DT that it was only right that they expose EVERYTHING and they simply refused. If they had, we wouldn't be facing many of the problems we are seeing with the Zoo right now because EVERYONE would be made accountable, INCLUDING the Mayor. Nope, the Daily Times had to have it their way in the hopes that everyone thought the Albero's were nuts.
So now the Hazel Family has invested more than $250,000.00 into the Red Wolfe Exhibit and they also donated another $50,000.00 for the new Master Plan Designs, all of which will not happen either. The Mayor I'm sure was confronted with having to make a decision as I'm confident the Hazel Family was NOT happy with what was about to happen at the Salisbury Zoo.
My guess is that the Mayor has know what was going to happen to the Zoo for a good 2 years now and after she learned of all of the screw ups, dumping into the river, human feces overflowing into exhibits, all the evidence of wrong doing within the personnel, (especially Jim Rapp) she pulled the plug on all of it yet she wanted to make sure the Albero's didn't get credit for the outcome. That's cool. However, this Mayor owes the Taxpayers and especially the Hazel Family and explanation and she needs to immediately expose what the future plans are for the Zoo.
With the financial state of the City, it's a tough sale to say everyone should just pony up all that cash and raise taxes to satisfy the Zoo. The Salisbury Police Department needs cars. The Fire Department needs equipment BADLY! No, I don't mean a Boat. I mean a ladder truck, a tanker and serious items that are needed, not wanted. There are MANY roads that need to be paved, period. The City is so screwed right now it isn't funny.
This Mayor took control of each and every department and screwed each and every one of you Taxpayers by doing it her way. There's been no accountability. The LLC's the City is doing business with regularly is questionable as well as the fact that this Mayor has shut down ALL Council Members from confronting Department Heads without her being present. This is paranoia Ladies & Gentlemen and IMO she should be impeached or whatever you would call it.
Look, every day I have so many new things going on in this City it isn't funny. Nowhere else in America could someone have a field day like I have with exposing things. When is everyone going to finally get it. YOUR Mayor is suing me and she's a Public Figure! Is there actually a single person out there that believes the foundation of how America was designed should be taken away because Barrie Tilghman has been offended by saying a Mayor does special favors for FOB's? It's part of the territory, yet not in Salisbury.
Anyhow, Salisbury Citizens better start waking up because this is just one situation I know of. Imagine just how many others have been covered up in each and every department. Can you imagine just how much will be EXPOSED once this Mayor is voted out of Office? Hell, I'd vote for someone affiliated with Debbie Campbell just to get to the bottom of all she has done right away!
In closing, many of the animals in this program and or sponsored through the AZA could be pulled from the Zoo right away. The fact that this Mayor stated to three candidates that they are looking at other things right now and these candidates didn't fit those wants and needs tells me this Mayor has confirmed the AZA is pulling the plug and the City has no clue what's about to happen down there.
This is the e-mail address for the entire City Council. I strongly suggest ALL of you start writing them and ask for answers. sbycouncil@ci.salisbury.md.us
Gas Has Risen 50% Since This Date Last Year

Perhaps someone would like to explain this time just why gas prices are up 50% since last year? My answer, because Americans are stupid. We're like battered women who get beat up and keep coming back for more. Oh, it will be better this time, Bush is so sorry! BITE ME! Something has to happen because we're about to hit a Depression and every one's going, huh, really?
Uh, Oh, I better be careful, eh? I may get sued by yet ANOTHER Politician. ROTFLMAO!
Wayne Gilchrest Gets A Piece Of Granddad's Mind
.jpg)
Today I got a letter from Wayne Gilchrest on "Congress of the United States House of Representatives" letterhead.
The letter was addressed to me personally and covered topics which would be of particular interest to business owners. Since I am a registered Republican and a business owner licensed by the State of Maryland, I can only presume that he got my name and address by purchasing a mailing list from either the board of elections, DLLR, or a local chamber of commerce. Either way these list cost money.
The letter contained a copy of Gilchrests signature and at bottom of the letter, in small print, was the statement "This mailing was prepared, published and mailed at taxpayer expense".
I find it disturbing that he would send this letter to me and countless others during the months preceeding an election year since it was paid for by taxpayers dollars. What I find most disturbing, however, is the underlying deception attached to this letter. It is obvious that the letter was sent as part of a campaign strategy, yet if questioned later could be "technically" justified as an attempt to communicate to constituents the issues which are likely to come before Congress in the future and his position on these issues so as to solicit input from the voters. Bullshit! I've never received any letter from him before. To me, it is obvious that he is currently using taxpayer dollars to fund portions of his campaign. In a time when taxpayers dollars have been stretched to thier limits, how can ANY candidate justify spending more of those tax dollars for personal gain.
Wayne, I have voted for you in the past - but those days are gone. My parents raised me to believe that when you take anything that doesn't belong to you, it's considered stealing and the last thing we need in office is another self serving thief!

A Response To A Question About What Should Be Done With The Zoo
"Joe...seriously, what would you and Jennifer propose to get this train wreck back on the tracks? I think it's time you guys threw something out there, some type of outline or something on some place to start getting this place back up to speed. I think you guys have some ideas you could offer. The place is an embarrassment and movement of some sort needs to begin sooner rather than later."
First you need a political power change in Salisbury. Upper Management should not have to fear for their jobs solely on their ability to kiss the behind of our beloved Mayor. They should be rewarded for good performance and made held accountable when things take a turn for the worse.
What the Zoo is in desperate need of is some new blood on the Zoo Commission. Ron Alessi has been covering for the problems there long enough. The current crew are as stale as stale gets and so are their ideas and abilities to get things turned around down there. You need some folks with some enthusiasm. You also need to end this, "we have always done things this way and we can't change attitude." Life is about change and compromise not, set in stone policies and closed mind thinking. If the Zoo would be better served financially, as well as safer, by charging an admission fee; do it! Take away the pedophiles easy escape route and make folks comply by the Zoo Rules rather than letting them free flow through two entrances.
And please don't hand me the, "we can't afford a couple of bucks to get in." Take care of that with free days. Every Zoo in the Country that charges has several free days for the folks that can't afford their $10 and up entrance fees.
Most importantly find a Director that has business sense. You don't need a PhD in Zoology to run a great Zoo. As long as you have competent staff and a good veterinary support team, the animal end of the operation should run great. But without a dynamic figure at the helm that can RAISE FUNDS and INTEREST in the Zoo your dead in the water. We've had enough of that in the past, it's time to turn things around.
The City has a new Public Works Director, tell us what made him so qualified to run a Zoo as well? Everything is hushed up and as the taxpayers may not have any say as to who the City hires, in the very least they could tell us more about him and or let us have an open mic evening with him. I doubt anyone would treat him poorly. He seems to be a very nice man but I would like to know a lot more about him.
If we're to consider who just might make a great Zoo Director, find someone locally who has successful experience in raising money. If that can't be accomplished, find someone who has this experience with other Zoo's a pay out a little more to get them. They will pay back the City with the simple funds they raise and take the burden away from the taxpayers fronting every expense there any more. It's a business, treat it like one.
Many don't like the salary Gary Mackes makes with the County but guess what, he's worth his weight in gold in financial returns, like it or not and or agree or not, it's true.
Barrie Tilghman has known first hand just how bad things have been at the Zoo and I can confidently tell you that because I'm the one who personally sat down with her and John Pick and exposed it ALL. Barrie Tilghman covered all the dead animals up at that Zoo and never once admitted there was a problem, even though depositions clearly showed differently as well. This is a woman that cannot be trusted and IMO couldn't care less about the animals there. This was proven by her keeping Rapp, Samis, Alessi and several others on the payroll. They should have been terminated and removed immediately.
Other answers are, IF the entire City, (BY VOTE) chose to keep the Zoo, I'd close the Zoo, wait 2 years and try to regroup. If the interest is still there in two years, find another location and rebuild the Zoo at another location. I don't want to hear, it's always been there crap. It's a horrible location. It wasn't bad for a few animal petting Zoo but we're talking about exotics that are very expensive to purchase and even more expensive to feed, care for and keep healthy.
That Zoo was NOT designed to do what it's currently doing. How many of you agree that the Bison are in a large enough area? I can tell you, (I believe) the law in Maryland is 1 acre per horse if you want to own a few horses. They have had what, 4 Bison in that small area eating sand! There shouldn't be 2 Jags in that exhibit. It's too small for one, yet they kept insisting on having two. The soil at the Zoo is crap! You have had animals pissing and pooping on that soil for more than 50 years now and there's no septic system, respectfully. They complain about chicken farmers, what about the Zoo and the hundreds of pounds of duck chow the Zoo puts out daily attracting the Canada Goose to the river year round. You all know what they leave behind as well.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the soil should have been replaced every year, yet Rapp refused to do so when he got there, even though it had been done yearly in the past. This is why Jennifer and I have been so insistent on Foot Baths. Look, it's so cheap to do so daily and the end result is the control of Avian TB throughout the Zoo. It won't stop what Rapp let get out of control but you can at least control it.
Then there's a true professional Zookeeping Staff. Should everyone choose to rebuild a new Zoo, they need to hire professionals and not former drinking buddies of Jim Rapp. You have lawsuits in the making by hiring 90 pound Zookeepers lifting50 and 100 pound items all the time. Yeah, they might be nice people but damn it, it's a business, treat it like one. You don't put 90 pound football players on a professional football team. In some business, people are built to handle certain jobs and quite frankly this is one area people can get seriously hurt.
Relocate that Zoo, if the interest is still there. I can assure you, IF they chose to do so and follow these guidelines I'd be one of the first people in line making a donation to do so.
I could go on and on about what should and or shouldn't happen at the Zoo. I truly believe the Zoo should be closed down, wait till after the new elections for Mayor are over and let the new Mayor deal with the Zoo's future. It can be a serious part of how people run here. A Presidential Election is run on how they might handle the War, the Country's financial state, blah, blah, blah. Make the Candidates accountable for how they would resolve the bullshit this Mayor has created.
Then if you like the ways things have been done in the past, vote for Barrie Tilghman. If you want change, (in which this is another reason she doesn't want you all to know and be accountable for) you'll vote instantly for a new Mayor who is also qualified to redesign the City and get things back in order. Think about this as well. Do you truly believe a new Mayor would agree to a $10,000,000.00 Fire Station and or a $36,000,000.00 Master Plan for the current Zoo? I DON'T THINK SO! However, that's how Barrie has been running the City and quite frankly she's screwed it up.
In closing, VOTE! Get off your asses and get to the Polls for once and act responsible! Some look at Debbie Campbell and say, she's always complaining. She's always voting against things. WELL, HELLO! How are things working for you now, IDIOTS? Yes, that means the majority of you. You sit back and expect things to change and get better without YOU putting ANY effort into it.
I want to see the Tilghman name disappear from this community. Same goes with Alessi, Rapp, Comegys and many others. The only way things are going to get better is based on accountability, something Louise Smith completely LIED to all of you about. Track records speak volume. Debbie Campbell is out for the best interest of whom? YOU! Just because a guy like Gary Comegys or Ron Alessi speak nice to you doesn't mean they know what the hell their doing! Their TRACK RECORD can tell you who they are. Choose someone in the future with a track record of knowing how to run a business. It's that simple. Hire a Zoo Director that has a TRACK RECORD of raising money!
Finally, do NOT let Barrie Tilghman all of a sudden come to all of you and say everything is fine or everything will get better at the Zoo. NO IT WON'T! The buildings are falling apart, no one there can deny that. There are too many animals, (even though the inventory is only 1/5 of what it used to be) in that Zoo. Close it down and send those animals off to others Zoo's that can professionally care for them. If the will of the citizens are there to open a new one, so be it, I'll help out. Until then, these animals have suffered enough and it's time to close it down.
Sorry for being so repetitive. I get wrapped up in this subject like there's no tomorrow because we truly care. That Zoo is horrible Folks, it truly is.
IN ADDITION:
I have put more thought into this question and there is yet another answer. One that might be more balanced and fair for all parties concerned. I strongly believe the Salisbury Zoo should become a Regional Zoo. Although this Mayor would rather shut something down before she'll lose complete control over it, I think the Zoo should be funded by other municipalities/counties. By doing so, you not only bring together a very large amount of richness in ideas and decision making, you also bring together communities sharing a special interest in one Zoo, everyone's Zoo.
While I believe the Salisbury Zoo should in fact be relocated, IF it were to happen, more people need to be involved and certainly more responsible for the cost of such. This could get exciting, couldn't it?
Thanks To Jim Rapp & John Jacobs, The Salisbury Zoo Will Lose Its Accreditation

The AZA is not going to give the Salisbury Zoo another chance, it's over! So why isn't Barrie Tilghman and the City Council telling any of you so? Because they want to build that $2,000,000.00 quarantine building at taxpayers expense.
There's no Zoo Director and there's no Vet. Tech at the Zoo any longer and the people applying for positions there don't have what it takes at the salary the Zoo is offering.
I'm NOT going to expose how I know this information but I can tell you from 1st party information that the Mayor & Ron Alessi have screwed that Zoo right into the ground and people have been leaving left and right because they knew many months ago the AZA was dumping them, period.
John Jacobs screwed up at the WWTP AND the Salisbury Zoo. Jim Rapp never had a clue what he was doing. Carrie Samis was a paper pusher who was useless without the Rapp connection and Steve Sarro saw the writing on the wall and bolted as fast as he could get out.
So the GEM of the City of Salisbury is screwed, period. I ask again, why haven't you read ANY of this in the Daily Times? Because it's the Tilghman Times!
No matter what the City/Zoo does, there is NOT enough time now to hire a Director and continue with the AZA. Barrie Tilghman absolutely 100% knows this but she's keeping it from the Public because she wants to claim they lost it because they couldn't find a Director.
Let me send this message right to Barrie Tilghman. Do you think people that applied for the job wouldn't contact me and fill me in? So what's the game plan Folks? My guess is typical politics. They'll come out telling everyone they lost their accreditation with the AZA and now we have to spend MILLIONS making the Zoo a better place and get it back. Oh, you'll hear stuff like, the AZA truly wants to continue being a PARTNER with the Zoo, IF we're all willing to bite the bullet and get OUR Zoo back into shape.
BITE ME! The Zoo is in a 100% flood plane zone and when, (NOT IF) the Zoo floods out, most of the animals will die! It's now time to close the Salisbury Zoo Ladies & Gentlemen. They have come out of the wood work to play their rolls on PAC14 whenever they desperately need or want something but let me assure you, at the maximum there are 15 people, (mainly young adults in their early 20's) that actually support the Zoo. You have been tricked into believing the Zoo has the bullshit 300,000 visitors each year and while the counters have been BROKEN for many, many years, they're NOT going to spend the $100.00 to replace it because the numbers are in their favor.
So look what you did Jim Rapp & John Jacobs! The MDE visits were probably the final straw with the AZA and trust me, the AZA was well aware of the lies Jim Rapp stated about the illegal pipes being installed 30 years ago, before his time. That was a HUGE lie as those two exhibits were built while Jim Rapp was the Director of the Zoo. The pipes may have been old but Rapp tapped INTO those pipes and illegally dumped into the Wicomico River and Ron Alessi knew it as well. They flat out LIED to all of you and that's a fact.
So squeeze those cheeks again Ladies & Gentlemen because Barrie Tilghman & Co. will now ONCE AGAIN go into Damage Control Mode because that pesky Albero broke yet another HUGE story and you know the end result way ahead of time.
