2020 Democratic front-runner Joe Biden said his administration would fire Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents who arrest and deport illegal immigrants who are not guilty of felony crimes, adding that he doesn't "count drunk driving as a felony."
The former vice president made the comments at a Vice News forum on minority issues in Des Moines, Iowa, on Monday evening.
When asked what changes he would bring to the agency as president, Biden, 77, said he wants to change the fact that children of illegal immigrants live in fear that their parents will be arrested and deported.

implies with his statement is "I don't count drunk driving as a felony"( for
the Elites,politicians or potential Dumbocrat voters)

It's pretty much a new low for him to disparage drunk driving penalties to curry favor with illegal aliens when he spent decades creating, spreading and repeating a lie that his deceased wife and daughter were killed by a drunk driver. The facts suggest the other driver was sober, and his wife may not have been.

Incorrect 4:06... after a certain amount of DWI convictions, many states make it a felony.. including Delaware.
My husband was nearly killed by a drunk driver who was in the US illegally. The drunk driver ran a solid red light and broadsided our car. The car was totaled, my husband had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance, and the uninsured drunk driver who was in the US illegally was not held accountable. This happened in VA.
