Found on Whaley road near whitsville road. He has a gray coller, older dog. Very friendly. 443-366-4886. I can't keep him but I couldn't leave him to get hit. Thanks

Ok then. If you can't keep him then let him out of the cage and let him go. Remember, he left where he came from for a reason. Simple. Feed him and put him on the porch, and if he wishes to stay, he will. You locked him up for no reason. He found you, you didn't find him!
I found him walking down the road for a car to hit him. Yes he is locked up some but he's warm and has food and water. I would want someone to do the same for my family pet.
Hopefully this post will help him find his way home. It's way to cold to leave the poor thing wandering to find his own way home. Maybe see if he has a micro chip.

How irresponsible and downright ignorant. Not only could the dog have gotten hit by a car, but the people driving would have felt terrible. Thank God, there are people like the one who took this poor old dog in until the owner could be found.
